Loved the conversational feel of this book and the blend of resources and affirmations and advice and history of self care for Black women specifically that was the reminder I needed
As Chloe Pierre writes, “we stan a wellness queen,” —something she certainly is and something you just might end up as after reading this meditation of what it means to take care as a Black woman. The questions this book prompts you to ask yourself will jumpstart conversations with the self worth having.
