I would give this 4.5 stars. My third grader and I read this together in her homeschool. We enjoyed the inspiring story and its connection with the Trinitarian Bible Society which our family supports; my only criticism would be the author’s writing was rather verbose at times and didn’t lend itself as well to being a read-aloud.
