Thoroughly informative management concepts were expansive and easy to read. I am not a natural business-minded individual but I had no trouble reading and comprehending the books contents. I especially appreciated the last two chapters on initial career planning and managing one's career. I would highly recommend this book for any LIS graduate student or professional.
