Warning: A bad boy with a heart of gold wants the shy, curvy librarian. Steamy with hints of sweetness, this quick, hot romance is perfect for a night in!
Hallie prefers steamy, insta-love stories where the curvy girl finds love with a filthy-talking hero. And when she ran out of reading material, she decided to write her own stories. If you want a quick, hot read, she's your girl!
The only thing bad boy about him was his appearance. The way he treated her was beyond sweet. I'm not sure how I felt about her though. I mean I get her hang ups to a degree, but to suddenly change your mind didn't make sense to me. I mean give it at least a day. And the Tees and Jeans club was a little too cheesy for me. And the fact that they were going to get their pictures taken to celebrate their 10th anniversary was a touch beyond for me. But I liked that the "problem" wasn't allowed to blow up beyond control and that they handled it well. It was a nice, quick read.
She is not the typical leading lady in her world. She is the quiet, introverted, keeps to herself, shy one in the corner. She is buttoned up, covered up, wearing glasses librarian, literally.
He is the tattoo shop business owner, covered in ink, loud, determined, biker looking man that no one thinks would ever be interested in her (including her). He was someone she never saw coming, and yet made her feel safe and seen.
These two are like oil and water when looking at them individually, however when together, they just seem to make sense.
Finn is a tattoo artist. He meet Abigail when she came into his tattoo shop with a guy she was dating. He was instantly attracted to her. He thought he was good enough for her. Then he learned she had stop seeing the guy. He goes to the library to check her out. Abigail is a librarian. She is going to be thirty soon and still a virgin. She is curvy; wears glasses and cardigans. She decides to take a chance with Finn. Quick hot steamy read.
Abby and Finn's love story was so special. I enjoyed reading how he met her while she was dating someone else except he never got anywhere with her. She was shy, quiet and introverted. It was hard for her to let people touch her, until Finn. He brought her out of her shell. This was such a good ending to this series of stories. Written by Cindy :)
I love a tattoo artist romance and this one didn't disappoint! Finn is the kind of book boyfriend I adore. He's all possessive alpha with a heart of gold and a soft spot for his woman a mile wide. I love how they work through Abby's feelings about touching together. It's a quick read, but it's complete and leaves you feeling fulfilled.
I really liked this story. Loved Finn and how he showed his emotions. Abby and Finn were so sweet together and even though they looked like opposites they were a perfect match! I will be reading the other 2 stories in this series. I apparently started with the last book. Highly recommend.
Fast, sweet, sexy, and satisfying! This novella is like a burst of sexy happiness all wrapped up in a cute story! I probably read it too fast, but it was so easy to fall into the story and the character's lives. It's part of a series of equally cute fast and sexy romances, but I think this one is my favorite!
This. The author has a knack for including small details that add to the charm of the story. In one post she writes about how the heroine’s glasses were digging into the bridge of her nose while kissing and i found that kind of spot on as something a nerdy girl would notice while making out.
Cute little quick spicy read. Obviously the pace is super fast and very insta-love. Not a huge plot line or many obstacles or groveling. But it scratched an itch and it did so with good writing, great spice, and just enough fluff.
This was as sweet as the other two in this series. I enjoyed the "Tees and Jeans" series and recommend it for a romantic read. This last book was remarkably romantic as they got together and worked out her intimacy phobia. Once that happened, they got their HEA.
That ex was a huge jerk and I’m sure a disappointment to everyone around him. He’s a sad little boy that lost a good woman because she didn’t fall for his crap.
This installment in the Tees and Jeans series. Quick read where FMC tinds her HEA with MMC who looks rough but is patient and willing to put her needs first.
