Rate this book
A corpse on the tracks. A killer in the woods. Which way do you run?

Ten people board a luxury private train on its maiden run through Alaska’s most magnificent mountain ranges.

But not all will make it to the final destination…

Private investigator Asha Kade is on board as they travel in opulence on a railroad built during the Klondike gold rush.

But just as they enter a desolate mountain pass, the train comes to a screeching halt.

There is something up ahead on the snow-dusted tracks.

It looks like a dead body.

A wolf howl in the distance signals danger. There is something eerie beyond the woods.

Who put the cadaver on the tracks?

What is the cabin in the mountain hiding?

Can Asha overcome the harrowing nightmares of her own dark past to expose the elusive killer before she becomes a target too?

Asha Cade is back trying to solve the murder of a man in Alaska. Asha and the girls are hired to go on a train through the Alaska mountains to protect a prominent mining company owner. As Asha finds out, everyone on the train has secrets. The action and suspense kept me excitedly anticipating the ending that had me reeling. I would highly recommend it to readers ho enjoy strong female leads who know how to handle themselves. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Nothing is more terrifying than the fear of the unknown

Do you have any nails left❓

Another NAIL-BITING story from a very talented master storyteller ❣️

I am completely addicted to reading about the adventures of Asha and her Red Heeled Rebels "found-family". This new series is just as addictive❣️ Enjoy❣️

Asha, Katy and Tetyana take a job of protecting a wealthy elderly gentlemen on a train to Alaska. The train suddenly stops in the middle of no where because a body is on the tracks. A boiler explosion makes the train disabled. Trapped with no means of communication. A plot for revenge puts everyone in danger. A page turning thriller.

A must read!

A macabre start to an excellent book. It had me totally gripped from the start and just got better!

A crooked gold baron, feels his life is being threatened and calls upon RHR, Asha Kade and her team, to assuage his paranoia or save his life.

A luxury steam train, on an old, rickety track, in a remote network blind spot (what could go wrong). The brakes screech to a halt - something is on the tracks, half covered by fresh snow..... And so the tale begins.

I received an ARC and I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review.

When Asha and her team are offered a chance to go to Alaska while protecting an elderly man, she jumps ar it. When their train is stopped by a corpse on the track, and their boiler blows up they are stranded in the mountains. While trying to figure a way out, they discover an abandoned town, with a recluse man living there. With a severe hailstorm on the way, and a killer on the loose, who can they trust? They discover more than they bargained for? Will they survive their latest adventure? Buckle up for a rollercoaster of a ride. This one will keep you on the edge of your seat. Even though I was given a copy of this book by the author, it in no way influenced my opinion and this is my honest review.

Well I have to say that Tikiri Herath has done it again! Giving us a book that is jam packed full of suspense! Taking place in the Alaskan wilderness, it's a pretty cold and isolated place to have a breakdown! Especially with characters that seem to change every time out team thinks they understand them! The ending is fabulous as it twists and turns and throws you off until you have no idea what is going on! And then boom it is all laid out and you wonder why you didn't see it coming! Can't wait for the next book!
I received a free download of this book from the publisher. This review is my own honest opinion.
