“The best high performers are fully human and fully themselves, with their limitations reframed as strengths." Reading this book by Richard Young has given me many insights into High Performance and productivity. He writes of his experience in training Olympic athletes, but the lessons are applicable to all realms of performance. I really liked his description of Flow - “Flow comes from accumulated experience and awareness, and can be directly and deliberately achieved through preparation. It cannot be called upon at will, but you can create the conditions to enable flow to occur more often.” Watch my 3 minute video review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zn0w...
