About the author

I am a grandfather (seven times over), a Splatterpunk Award-nominated and 666 (Sixie) Award-winning horror author, a photographer and videographer, a (former) musician, a News Producer, and an avid consumer of media.
Originally from the Twin Cities in Minnesota, I spent most of my life in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
In September of 2022, I moved from my long-time home in South Dakota to the Pacific Northwest, where I'm working as a morning News Producer for Good Day Oregon on KPTV/KPDX.

I greatly enjoyed Nicolas P. Robinson's unnerving novella, You Will Be Consumed, and was eager to read more of his writing. Daemonica really hit the spot for me. And the best part is, it will be leading to a longer story. Layla is a young lady whose brother, part of a demonic cult, was killed by a religious cult. Layla is out to get revenge for her brother's death, using a drug that will enable demons to enter her body. This is not a simple story of good versus evil. These concepts are constructs that may not even be real. This story is a fast and furious read about revenge, and leaves you wanting to know more. I am greatly looking forward to the author's forthcoming book continuing the story of Layla, Daemonica in Claritate (Devil In the Splendor).

This is the first story I’ve read of Robinson’s. I really enjoyed this gruesome short about Layla and her possession. Too short to tell you too much but at 75 cents on Godless it’s not going to break your piggy bank. Well written, gory enough and great story. Looking forward to reading more about Layla in the future.

Holy shit what a awesome original short story. Nikolas P. Robinson you fucking rule and I am so glad that this is going to be a longer story. If you haven't read this go fucking check it out now. This story is one of my favorite reads of this year. Highly recommend this and all of Nikolas P. Robinson. Just a very gifted storyteller. I am a huge fan man

Voluntary demonic possession, and gory revenge! Perfect!
This short story from Nikolas was tense, fast-paced and blood soaked. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and am very happy there will be more from Layla and her exploits!!

Daemonica is a super fun short ride. Written from the perspective of Layla, we get a little background on her life. The loss of two horrible parents leaves her in the care of her hard-working brother. She has to avenge his death, and does so in a sick and twisted way.

Nikolas Robinson gained a new fan today, and I cannot wait to see where life takes Layla.

WOW. This story really hit hard for being so short. I really hope that Daemonica In Claritate is still in the works as I enjoyed this story immensely.

Daemonica follows Layla. Layla is a young woman who has recently lost her brother to a religious cult. Her brother was a satanist in a demonic cult. Layla is ready to avenge her brothers death. She has a special surprise that none of them will be expecting. Daemonica is a drug that enables demons to possess ones body.

This story was written extremely well, fast-paced, and filled with blood and gore. Such a great revenge story. The kills were top notch. Superbly detailed and read like a movie!
