Loss leader for a website

This book while it alludes to great things does not have any details - you know, the stuff you need to actually implement. For example cardio - explains the various modes/methods but to get the detailed plan you have a link to click. Surprise the cardio training plan isn’t available but nutrition coaching is. If you need a little more than vague advice this is not the book for you

BLUF: Read completely through once and use the summaries to build a good working template of a personal plan forward. Pan to do some research on the core topics afterward because the topics are not discussed in-depth. Major drawback is that a third of the book is devoted to the author's sources, so the book page count is fluffed up.
