Still as marvelous as the original version, aka Mega Robo Rumble ^_^
I mean the only changes are a better art style improvement, extra content like drawing tutorials and some hilarious, sidesplitting mini comics about things from Freddy's perspective... you get the drill.

Also I am in love with how it also addresses gender dysphoria when Alex explores on his gender identity crisis after one incident where Jamal still never learnt from what he experienced in the previous book and says "You're no boy!" in front of Alex.
Also my blood is pumping in excitement for moments such as Wolfram being first shown, and the battle between him and our titular bros! Like really, how much epic do you really crave for when looking at moments like these!
And yes that cliffhanger ending got me on the edge of my seat as Alex finds some answers on what/who are the Super Robo Seven (who are mentioned in both the first book and the second book) and even who Wolfram is and the past news surrounding them such as (SPOILER ALERT!) what happened during the incident that caused the "death" of Wolfram (which lead to hints of a backstory on why Wolfram grew distrustful of R.A.I.D. and wanted revenge on Dr. Sharma)

As said before, I really enjoy the hell out of this book and it's content that it has to offer. I like the mix of humour, mundanity, action, adventure and suspense. It's like if Cherub done well meets Astro Boy meets the snarky and clever humour of Skullduggery Pleasant. And I definitely have high hopes on the remake of Mega Robo Revenge called Robot Revenge on how will and I repeat, WILL deliver emotional moments and adrenaline pumping action and suspense in a humongous packing punch full of excitement what with the now brighter colour palette as established by the remakes of those three Mega Robo Bros books.
And as always, our hats will go off to you Neill, you are such a great and innovative man!
