SOUS VIDE VACCUMED BAG UNDER WATER COOKING

I got the book solely out of curiosity. It's a very different way to cooking. The immersion machine is not super expensive. The food holds the nutrients and comes out delicious. Lots of different recipes. They are easy to follow. I'm already dropping hints to friends and family for a Christmas gift. I like that the temperature is controlled. It's a slower cooking process. The cookbook includes rubs, seasonings and sauce recipes - to make sure everything tastes delicious. I'm all for cooking food with health benefits. 500 recipes Wow!! Always love trying new things.

Excellent Guide

I first heard about Sous Vide cooking on the Food Channel. I thought this book would help me figure out how to do it at home. The description of the process, the minimum equipment needed and the recipes have enabled me to be successful.
