Whoever tore them apart is dead…

Baaz Hamdi is a criminal, but he will do anything for his wife, Rahmah. So, when a setup lands Baaz in jail, his top priority is freedom, so he can have Rahmah back in his arms and in his bed. But to protect himself and his wife, Baaz can't tell anyone where he is, not even Rahmah. Too many people could use his family against him. All he can do is wait and dream of his wife.

Abandoned with no money and an inconsolable baby, Rahmah grieves over Baaz's disappearance. All seems lost until she meets a handsome stranger who helps her sort out her life. Despite her love for her husband, Rahmah is alone and desperate. Without a clue whether Baaz is alive, dead, or simply gone, Rahmah decides to end her marriage and rebuild her life.

But Baaz is hell-bent on returning to his rightful place in Rahmah's bed and her life.

Packed with moral ambiguity, intrigue, and steamy open-door scenes, Trapped in Sin will get your heart racing in more ways than one.

What's not to love? Strong male hero who will do anything and kill anyone who keeps him away from his family; a heroine who seems to have given up but still yearns for her beloved's touch, and a manipulator making sure they stay apart. This book has it all. Baaz was intelligent and strong alpha male. Rahmah may seem sweet and good, but don't think you can steamroll her. They were an incredible couple with great chemistry.

I also enjoyed that it makes one think about our definition of 'a good Muslim'. Is it the Imam in the Masjid preaching during the day but drinking alcohol at night? Or the ladies who are 'properly covered' yet judgemental of those still finding their way? Fact is everyone is on their own path and finding their own way.
Mafia romance isn't always my first choice of romance but this book is up there with the great ones. Counting down the days for the next book in this series.

Baaz Hamdi was love love of his wife Rahmah's life but he disappeared without trace leaving her with their fretting young son Junaid, little did she know that her husband had been taken away from her due to a conspiracy by people that he trusted.

This is a well written and well researched story into the lives of Muslims, especially the women. it is a story of religious differences and prejudices, gang warfare, conspiracy and bribery, the displeasure of both Rahmah's and Baaz's families to their mixed religion marriage, the greed and corruption that reaches even the higher religious leaders in their society.

Rahmah was a good practicing Muslim, Baaz lived on the wrong side of the law but their love was all consuming even though it was tested to the limit.

This story of Baaz and Rhamah is a very good one. Baaz is a man who was willing to give up his way of living for Rhamah who is a true dedicated Muslim. Things got in the way of that and he couldn't bring himself to tell her what happened because he was ashamed and scared that she may leave him. They had people trying to keep them apart . But Baaz would not let that happen not matter what. This book has alot of action, drama, secrets, lying and backstabbing. All the works of a good book. Loved it.I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Another new author for me who displayed exceptional writing skills, just lacked with what I was hoping would be an interesting plot. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for single mom power, but this story just lacked depth and understanding. I did appreciate the detailed information and insight regarding the Muslim culture though. Learning about how women are viewed in the culture along with how differences of religion are handled, opened my eyes to a lot of unknown territory. Overall, the story just did not completely pique my interest.
