Repeat After Me is a short, quick listen. It's a book filled with 52 quotes you can use in your daily life to help quell anxiety or stress, something I think a lot of us deal with on a daily basis. You can choose to listen to all of them at once, then go back as needed and listen to the one that may work best for you during the week. One quote a week means one whole year of calm. Who wouldn't want that? The narration is very easy to listen to, as well. The narrator's voice is very soothing, and I found myself drifting off to sleep multiple times while listening to the audio book. If that's not the ultimate form of calm, I don't know what is. An inspiring, helpful guide that's easy to follow along with on an as-needed basis, Repeat After Me is a book anyone can benefit from.
This is a well written book filled with advice and info on healing from anxiety issues. I like that the author has personal experience with this issue and learned ways to overcome it that she is sharing with others.
