Excellent textbook that doesn't spend too much time on pathophysiology. Highly recommend for all emergency medicine trainees & practitioners.

I actually read this entire book cover to cover within a year for my residency. It was a lot, but I learned what I needed to know. At times far too detailed, but it is considered one of the key reference texts for EM for a reason.
