Ok Savant and Addison!!! Y’all’s love match had me a bit concerned going into this but I LOVED their story!!
We were first introduced to Addison as Naeem’s life coach + therapist in book 3 of this series! She’s a fixer of lives and known to help enhance the quality of your life. It wasn’t until we get a glimpse into her story that we learn the reason why! I guess if your life is in shambles, fix the lives of others 🤷🏽♀️😅. After Dijon recommends that Savant see Addison since she’s been so successful with Naeem and his progress, she agrees and baby from day one Savant said he was read to grab her hair and fk her from the back 🤭😈 his words not mines 😆……Well ok then saddle up cowboy!
Savant is extremely protective of his siblings and at times this leads him to sacrificing his happiness to do so. After having Addison’s ear and letting his guard down he had no idea that the love of a woman could change him for the better!
Secrets threaten to break the bond that Savant and Addison formed but one thing Savant will always be is a man of his word and when he vowed to protect and be there for Addison that’s exactly what he did! I throughly enjoyed their story! These two owe me nothing!
Im ready to get back into Naeem and Dijon’s story because the DNA results are in…..😳

Savant is that dude!
I have read every book in the Black Mayhem series so far, and this book is my favorite ! I loved Savant and Addison from the first few pages! B. Love makes a book bae like none other. This is a full romance with traces of street, and suspense as well. Savant is perfection, even with all his imperfections. I love this series and can’t wait until the next book to drop.

OG love
I was surprised by how loud Savant came across. For some reason in the previous books he gave me chill, calm spirit vibes. He was absolutely not that and I loved it. Savant was the oldest son, the OG of the family. However, he was not the leader of the Black Mayhem Mafia as one might expect. The truth was when it came to his family there was no strategic thinking, it was protect them first period. Which didn't allow him to lead across other families. He understood and honored his role in the family. As he saw his younger siblings progress in life, he had the urge to do the same.
Savant set out to meet Addison and his first words to her were off the chain. It was at this moment I knew I was gonna love Savant. His story was everything like I knew it would be. Addison couldn't deny their connection and they eventually pursue a relationship.
Addison was complicated because she was actually running from an abusive previous marriage and she was keeping a lot of secrets. She taught others to be open and honest, but was scared to be judged by her past.
Ultimately Savant realizes that Addison is it for him. He helps her move forward and accepts her for who she is. Another great story.

This Black Mayhem Mafia installment was everything👏👌. The way Savant spoke to Addison at their first meeting l😛eft her and I SPEECHLESS. Savant knew from first glance that he had to have Addy. Addy had secrets and she made a tough decision in her past. I honestly did know know how to feel about that because I really liked Addison. The chemistry between these two was🔥💥💦. I am so in love with this family. You have got to read about these folks. The men are the truth, the women are baddies and the stories pull up in and keep you wanting more!! Another great read by B Love🙌🔥👌👏💥😍😘

Loved and Protected
I never thought I'd get the chance to see Savant this way...trust me, the view is beautiful. It's so hard being the protector of your entire family. Your hopes, dreams and desires always seem to take a back seat. Addison was just what he needed. And as much as she tried to fight it, Vant was exactly what she needed too. Andy threatened to sabatoge all of Addy's hard work in rebuilding her life....but Vant said "not tuhday or tuhmar" 😂😂😂 I can't wait to experience more of their love. But I guess it's time to see what Destiny will bring to the mix....along with her daddy.

He Really.Is The Man!!
Well there is a new book boyfriend in town and his name is Savant! The writer gives us the complete package and oh my goodness its everything you want.This was a story for the grown and sexy and it delivers on all fronts. We get an alpha male that says I want more from life,I deserve more out of life and I just want to have a real love for me. This was a story that deals with some heavy subjects but the writer delivers and its in that adult way that's been the theme throughout the story. This was not only a really good story ,but it is so book club material and a very worthy addition to a really.good series.

Savant + Addison
The drama! I loved it. I think reading about a man healing from childhood trauma is sexy. I was literally taking notes while listening to this audiobook. Addison’s back story was wild and interesting. That lady went through so much, I just found it interesting that she stayed in the city after she left her situation.
The real star of the show was Savant. From the beginning he was giving real BDE. He knew exactly what he wanted, and I definitely would have folded from that first interaction in Capitol Grill. I am so glad he was able to get some closure and healing.
This series just keeps getting better.

I love what Addison did for Naeem and Savant. She helped them heal and release toxic people from their life but I can't get behind her leaving her children with an abusive murderer. She can justify it and say she was scared but that was all the more reason to take them. Thank God Andy didn't hurt them but seeing their mom Whitney abuse didn't help them mentally at all. Addison was 100% fucked up for that no matter how she tried to justify it. Any static Savant gave her over it and mistrust was warranted. I'll never look at her the same now. I'm not really liking any of the women in this series that much...

Down Goes The OG!!!!!
The OG done messed around and fell in love. B. Love was pulling my heart strings with this one. I received a healing I didn't know I needed until I read this book. It is a true saying that God will meet you right where you are. You don't have to take my word though. This series is another classic, another banger. All I want Vant to do is talk that talk to me. LAWD!!! On another note, I'm a whole heaux out here in these book streets. Just call me Mrs. Black!

Better and better and better and BETTER
This is officially one of my favorite series! I love how things are coming full circle and we’re about to get Naeem’s story too. This one is going to be a bumpy ride. BUT back to Savant and Addy…what can I say other than #FEELS 😭. Savant came in guns blazing for Addy & I ain’t mad at him. I loved their communication, the willingness to try, & the exploration between their characters. The lesson behind each of these books is really a great take away for whoever reads the series & that ending 🤯! I can’t wait until book 5.

So happy for Savant. I was waiting to read about the oldest Black brother. I wanted to know his back story as well as if he would have a love interest. Addison was perfect match. Two imperfect people on a healing journey from their past. Savant is a true protector not just when it comes to family but to those who he deems he can help at all cost. What was the most emotional for me is his closure with his mother. Also Addison reestablishing a relationship qith her daughters. Can't wait to read the next story.

The Perfect Match
Honestly Savant found love at first sight with Addison. I understood Addison’s dilemma with not wanting to share with Savant regarding her past. The scene with Addison and her ex-husband had me shock and I was happy Savant came just in time. Although that ordeal drifted both Savant and Addison away from one another, I’m happy it didn’t break the love they shared plus both needed coaching to move forward positively. I hope Addison grows closer with her daughters. Most of all I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Savant and Addison.

book 5 in the series. this is Savant and Addison's story. savant is the older brother and he is extremely protective of the Blacks. Addison is a life coach (tho some of her techniques sound more like therapy vs. life coach). Dijon (Savant's sister) talks him into working with Addison after Addison helped Naeem. First meeting and Savant is applying pressure. he is attracted to Addison and makes it known. they soon become a couple but Addison got mad secrets. I wasn't sure if these two would make it. luckily we get an HEA.

I was glad that Savant was able to work through his issues and find the love he so desperately needed in his life and Addison was the one to give it to him. The way Savant forgave his mom and how he handled the situation was beautiful. He did that so that he could love Addison properly and I loved that for him. The ending with this Destiny chick is something else. I'm so ready for the next part.

I hate when a book is going ok. It's a novella. The pacing is brisk. The MMC gives good "choke on this d*ck"isms. And then a trope you don't like pops up. And you try to ignore it, the MMC is giving out hand necklaces but the more the book goes on the more the trope ticks you off. Then 60% comes and still The Secrets and Lies. Lies and Secrets. I finished but it wasn't an engrossing read. I never really got over that conflict with the FMC and tge MMC didn't really pull out ALL the stops. He just kind of fell into protective mode. And the big reveal for Naeem was just 😮💨

I was so happy when he decided to face his issues because he deserved to be loved. I loved him and Addison's chemistry. She was the perfect fit for him. I'm glad to see things working out for Addison. Can't wait for the next mafia book.

Mercy
Man, this book right here had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I thought books 1-3 were good, but this one here takes the cake. Now, I have to wait until November 1 to read book 5 and that is going to be the best book ever! The story line is amazing and the characters are beasts! Book 5 needs to come out before the 1st of November!! I recommend all of these books!! Man!!!

Great read!!!
I really enjoyed this book! I loved seeing a street guy willing to do anything to keep his family safe find someone to love which softened his heart! I still don’t understand why Addison would not be honest with Savant and tell him the whole truth giving what line of business he was in underground. I can’t wait to ready Naeem’s story next! I am ready for the ride that this series gives!

Ok you outdid yourself with this book. Savant was bae for sure and I love how he was open and willing to do the work to better himself. Addison was perfect for him and her situation was a struggle for her but I’m glad she overcame. I won’t give away any details but this book was good from page one til the end. This is definitely a must read. The Black Mafia Crew is an intense bunch. Can’t wait to read Naeem’s story.

This is why it's worth waiting for books to come out completely. I can literally read this series one right after another I'm loving it. I like Savant he's like my big sister he takes his job very seriously as the oldest.

It was easy to figure out what Andy’s threat was. I’m just waiting for Scar to come face to face with the man who killed her father.
The author’s writing is very predictable so I believe Colt is that man. And, I believe Marie’s mom is going to show up again. Now, all I need is for Addy to be pregnant whenever someone gets pregnant they a have extraordinary love session. Will, Vix get a book.

Stirring!🥺
This book answered so many questions I needed answered and some I didn’t know I needed answers to! When you have a mother like Dijon and Savant’s always passing judgment but never love forgiving them and praying for them is all you can do! I have two sisters and a brother who is deceased and my mother’s lack of showing love did something different yet negative in all of us! This was a great read I love ALL the it encompassed on so many levels! On to the next!😒

This may have shot up the list for Best Book in the series! Seriously though Savant is my dude! He didn’t ask Addison any questions about what he saw whe he walked through the door. Her ex husband was brutally attacking her and he did the right thing! He sent old wife beater Andy home to the Lord honey! That was one of my favorite scenes! Oh Savant definitely is my dude!!! Definitely worth the read!

Ooh Wee, I absolutely love Savant. Not only is the OG, but he is a sweetheart as well. Savant had a lot of mommy/daddy issues. He hadn't dealt with them, so they filtered over into his relationships. Dijon having him to call Addison was a boss move. She knew that she could help her brother. Addison needed help as well. So they were perfect for each other. Amazing love story of finding peace and forgiveness.

B wrote this story very well. I definitely like the flow of this plot. It was a romance novel but not overly sappy and emotional. Savant and Addison were made for each other. They balanced each other well. She helped him heal and he helped her regain the missing pieces of her ❤ and happiness.

I loved Addison in this book. She speaks so positive. I loved that she uses affirmations! This book really digs into Savant and helps you learn more about him and why he is the way he is. And I love it!! It’s a must read!! It will leave you wanting to experience more with the Black Mafia Family!!
