I might be one of the youngest surgeons in the country. But as the in-house doctor in the hellish top-secret prison my father runs, I'm like a trapped dove in a cage with bars that are all too real.
That is, until prisoner 5049 ends up on my operating table.
He’s massive and strong, his powerful body marred with tattoos and a maze of scars that tell a story. It’s obvious that he’s dangerous. His presence terrifies me. Everything about him tells me to run. And yet I can't seem to get away from him. Even at night, in my dreams, Maksim is there, haunting me.
Nobody can tell me how or why he’s here. But when a prison break lets loose the monster himself, I suddenly find myself locked in hell itself with the very devil who's been stalking my dreams.
This is wrong. His gaze shouldn't set my body on fire. His voice shouldn't melt me into a puddle. His rough touch should make me tremble in fear, not ache for more.
The rules of Yellow Creek Prison are simple: Don't get too close. Respect the fear you feel. Don't let your guard down.
I broke them all. Now, I’m his.
This standalone extra gritty Bratva captive romance comes with a few trigger warnings, but is guaranteed to leave your kindle steaming! Safe, absolutely no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a perfect happy ever after.
A reader first and foremost, Jagger Cole cut his romance writing teeth penning various fan-fiction stories years ago. After deciding to hang up his writing boots, Jagger worked in advertising pretending to be Don Draper. It worked enough to convince a woman way out of his league to marry him, though, which is a total win.
Now, Dad to two little princesses and King to a Queen, Jagger is thrilled to be back at the keyboard.
When not writing or reading romance books, he can be found woodworking, enjoying good whiskey, and grilling outside—rain or shine.
“He’s so big, and I’m so tiny. But I’m also so so wet—so wet that his size glides right into me”
quinn coolidge 🤓 daughter of warden (sheriff?) of the illegal prison she works at child prodigy, graduated hs at 12, college at 14, med school at 18, and is surgeon at 22 really fucking stupid and alive by pure luck
maxism zaitsev 🦍 “russian mafia” served in army, former heroin addict who tried to kill head of Volkov bratva, instead successfully failed and was taken under wing snatched off the street and taken to this prison fav past times are being shanked every time he steps out of cell and growling 🐕 (a total of 99 times)
the plot maxxy is jumped by three prisoners, all of which he manages to kill. doctor quinn to the rescue, she stitches him up, but his shackles are looser than she expected so he escapes and instead of killing her or holding her hostage, he breathes down her neck. cause he didn’t her hurt, she believes he’s a good guy and completely disregards he was hacked half to death 🌚 sparks fly, they zing and he’s convinced she’s an angel & she’s convinced he’s a Good Samaritan 😇 + 🦸🏻♂️ he gets his ass beat again, kills those dudes too and quinn decides she needs to keep an eye on her prison boo so sneaks him a phone. at night he calls her, they get raunchy and have phone sex thru a 1 gb flip phone that was somehow not tracked. next day they make out thru bars and a magical prison breach happens, they escape to her office and he eat her out & probably gave her a yeast infection after not brushing his nasty teeth cs he was stuck in a hole for who knows how long 🤮 yada yada she gets rescued, doesn’t see him for a month and goes to visit him again, another prison breach, and she drags him out of prison half dead to a remote cabin. he gets abducted again but hulks and flexes his muscles to break chains. nothing important happens after this, they get their happily ever after 👰🤵
literally hated every fucking character. the sex was terrible, skimmed over every scene, I came for prison sex and didn’t even get that 🤡 lastly what we lacked in every aspect of a good prison book, we got compensated with a nice sprinkle of racism 🤪
Quinn has been a doctor at her fathers secert prison and she's needed to stich up a inmate who is a monster from what they say and when she's inside with Maksim there's a spark from both she wants to know more about him and Maksim also wants to know why he didn't use her as hostage. He'll be good.. and boy I felt bad for Mak.. he was hurt alot he was stabbed, punched, beat up to get info but he never gave any and he enjoys being around his new obession and finding out why someone wants info..
Quinn I swear she was a level headed person when it came to her dad.. I would probably already snap the way he talked to her like man.. but glad she stuck to her guns.. there relationship was slow-ish.. wish we saw more of them outside the prison..

a note to jagger cole — it’s not bad to write about older women and non-virgins.
so i finished this book and i knew it would be so bad but my ass never wants to back away from whatever i’m about to enter when i feel something tell me hell no.
literally quinn the fmc — high school at 12. college at 14 and then medical school at 18? how is that even possible, she ain’t that damn smart.
i just hate quinn’s inner monologues. she’s so fucking annoying and makes me want to bang my head against the wall. she’s so uptight about wanting to be called “doctor” and not “miss” pls stfu😒 !! plus don’t even get me started on maksim, his inner monologues were also boring and i’m glad when they was beating the shit out of him.. it’s the fact that if he ever existed i wouldn’t even patch his ass up, just let him bleed out🌚.
ANDDDD another insta-love book in this series and i am soSICKandTIREDof it. if you’re already falling for someone you just met and don’t know any damn thang about them then something is wrong with your head, quinn.
”But the downsides kill all the good parts. I work alone. I can’t tell anyone about my job—anyone I know from my day-to-day life.” omg i am so glad and yet i do not care at the same time. this is what she gets and i wish the end of the book she caught STD’s and died from it.
”It isn’t until I’m in my car, alone, that I let out the breath I didn’t realize I was holding.” i mean we all know she would’ve been dead by now so that is a goddamn lie.
the vibes of this book were so bad, i look like i’m complaining too much but when you read such a horrible book, you can’t help but do so!!
i’m going to show you guys a little something that had me embarrassed and wanting to stop reading..
”What?” She grins. “Nothing. I’ve just never seen PB&J look so sexy.” JAGGER COLE THIS SHOULD’VE BEEN YOUR CHANCE TO QUIT FUCKING WRITING!!
i completely understand why people do not enjoy when a man writes and i don’t blame them. it’s obvious jagger cole can’t write a woman but of course he can write about a man and the beast within him.
"Family might be family, but toxicity is nothing anyone needs in their life. When you’re a kid, your family is who you drew out of the hat when you were born. But when you grow up, you’re allowed to choose."
Jagger Cole has delivered another impeccable book❤️❤️❤️. I am not sure how he does it but I fall madly in love with every single couple in this amazing series. Maksim and Quinn are perfect. Their chemistry is 🔥🔥🔥. The heroes in this series a just the perfect alphas and the heroines are amazing and badass. There was never a dull moment in this book, I couldn't put it down, the story was just so intriguing. The action in this book left me on the edge of my seat. Each book in this fantastic series stands apart from the others but fits perfectly within the series. This is a series that I will reread time and time again and enjoy every time.
3.8 stars. This was honestly really sweet. A Lot sweeter than I expected it to be.
There’s a forbidden aspect to it all that was super hot. Quinn is the doctor/surgeon for the black site, maximum security, prison that Maksim is detained in.
That first meeting between them is scary and intense, and invokes absolutely filthy thoughts inside Quinn’s innocent little head.
Then the fantasies and flirting begin. Also, the rule bending, and eventual breaking starts.
I was expecting Maksim to be harsh and much more taunting than he actually was. After he gets that first full look at Quinn he softens. Towards her at least. He’s like a big, scarred, growly teddy bear with her.
The plot was fun and exciting, though the ending was just a little too easy for my personal tastes. The tension and back and forth between the characters was hot but also a little too easily dissolved for my tastes. The characters were interesting, each with their own hardships, though Maksim’s really take the cake when we see flashbacks of his life a decade before. Definitely check TWs if you’re sensitive to things like addiction. The sex was steamy and the dirty talk was hot, but again I just wanted some extra little oomph. I mean they were talking about his roughness throughout the whole book so I was expecting more dominating, rough handling than what we got. Not to say what we got wasn’t fun and sexy, but it was very very tame compared to what they were building it up to be.
I guess that’s really the biggest issue I had with this book. My expectations weren’t fully met, and I know that’s mostly on me, not the author. The book was still really enjoyable and sexy. I just had expectations going in that sort of dampened my enjoyment a little bit.
Oh well. I still had a good time, so I still call it a win.
🔥Posibile spoilere! 🫣😉🙃☺️
*spoilers at the end* Ok so I feel like I love this book but also hate it. I'm so torn. It felt like it was pulled from the author's ass and I'm still trying to figure out if it was good ass play or not. I will post some spoilers and what I thought about parts of the book at the end.
Have you ever read a book where it's good but the whole time you're rolling your eyes. This is that book
The sexy scenes were hot. So damn hot. And I think that's one of the main reasons I kept reading this book. Even tho I'm iffy on the book I still couldn't put it down. The reason I'm iffy is because it's such an unrealistic and unrelatable book.
Spoilers below
*Spoiler Alert* Ok so the plot, characters, all of it was so unrealistic and like WTF. The, h, Quinn is some prodigy. She graduated high school at twelve, college at fourteen, and then medical school at eighteen. Who the hell does that. Then to sleep with an inmate. But what really got me was Quinn being a doctor she knew exactly what those scars were on Maksim's arms yet she slept with him with no talks of birth control and diseases. Hello! Your supposed to be a doctor yet someone who admitted to using needles for over 7 yrs u just let him screw you with no protection or no talk about being clean? Another thing was once they broke out Makes starts saying he's leaving so she doesn't get in to deep or into trouble for helping him escape. That whole part felt off and pulled from left field. He was so determined to be with her while an inmate but all of a sudden he wants to walk now? Wtf? Like is said I'm torn on this book
The whole time I read this book I rolled my eyes it was just so out there. But again the author had to do something right because I couldn't put it down. So I'm leaning more toward it felt good when the author pulled it from his ass!
A different kind of love story. This is not a conventional love story. Not even for a mafia love story. Not to me at least. She’s a doctor and he’s locked at a black secret government contracted prison. Off the books. He planned to use her a human shield until he laid eyes on her. His angel. She’s a bit naive. Somehow these two will have a happily ever after.
This series just keeps getting better and better. Maksim’s backstory was tragic and his flashbacks were rough to read. Loving Yuri all over again of course. The FMC was lovable and intelligent. Fierce and formidable. Not another timid female waiting for the MMC to rescue her. She’s the true hero of the story.
This book follows Maksim and Quinn's story. This is the last book in the Bratva's Claim series. This is a good ending for a series. I felt like there was a lot of oh shit moments! I love how Quinn is uber smart but not completely naive even though she grew up quicker than people her age. Maksim's past was horrid. I love how selfless he can be when it comes to people he cares about! Ends in a HEA.
Omg I knew Maks was going to be my book ! This was a total action packed, steamy , over the top book ! Maks and Quinn are basically bracing for their lives throughout the whole book . The twists and turns and family secrets that come out through the book keeping you wanting to read more. Stolen secret kisses , fooling around in a prison cell … you def want to read this book …. Oh and the hot secret cell phone calls ! Jagger def didn’t disappoint in this book … the only bad part was it had to end at some point … I would def read a second part for this couple !
Not a cliffhanger. The whole story was in the prison, which kinda sucked. Did roll my eyes on countless occasions. Quinn for being a super smart 22 year old surgeon was stupid as hell, Maksim made me wonder if he was wanting Quinn simply because she was the only pussy available. It is a prison after all. He did prove mega alpha in all ways, she proved naive in all ways. So really the book was story line perfect.
Quinn is a surgeon. Only she doesn't work in any hospital. She works at the Yellow Creek Detainment Facility in Tennessee. The facility doesn't officially exist for the U.S. Government. It's an off-the-records super-maximum security "black site" prison.
The 40-acre farm doesn't grow or raise anything but has impenetrable cells over 200 feet underground underneath the barns. Air missiles hide in the hay bales throughout the fields.
These prisoners are the worse of the worse even too high of a value for Guantanamo Bay or too dangerous for a top-level prison. This facility is operated by a private mercenary group run by The Colonel. Her father.
But, what makes Quinn special is that she is a genius. She is a 22-year-old surgeon. And her controlling father who never spent any time or effort on her had her locked into a five-year contract with the U.S. Government to work in this facility giving her no chance to finally live a normal life.
So here she is going through massive metal security doors into contained metal halls with holes in the ceiling to release gases in case a prisoner manages to escape their metal cages in their private cells and having to breach other metal doors to get to this point. Her dad did not scrimp in planning this facility.
When she arrives at the surgical room she waits for her patient. The wall in front of her starts making a turn as its teeth begin to open where she sees her patient. The half-unconscious man was jumped by three men in the shower and has multiple stabs with hand-made weapons to his ribs and back. The three men were dead. He didn't need any weapon.
All she is told and sees in his file is that he is a monster. No name and or reason he is being held prisoner. But she is a doctor and it matters not to her, she made an oath to heal and it's better for her not to know if they are mass murderers or of the Taliban. So she begins to work patching and sewing up his wounds.
When she turns back to the patient after clearing her supplies, she is shocked that the man who shouldn't be able to move from being beaten and so much blood loss has actually escaped his cuffs and is looming over her. But over her fear is her realization that this Russian is the most gorgeous man she's ever laid eyes on.
Maksim feels the soothing hands of the woman stitching his wounds. He hates that he's going to have to take her hostage to get out of wherever he's being held, but this is his first opportunity in over two months to escape. But, when he gets a good look at her he can't go through with it. She's an angel. He knows he's getting ready to go back into the bowels of this place, but he needs her name.
Quinn. When he finally gets free he's going to find her and never let her go.
Maksim is in the Russian Bratva and his boss, Yuri sent him to Chicago to head up their new operations. He had just picked up his rental when five humvees cornered him, put a bag over his head, and beat and tased him trying to get information about his boss.
What they don't know is that he will never give up any information. Yuri is like a father to him and is the only reason that he is alive. He was in the Russian army in Afghanistan and the only way to survive the horrors was to find an escape. And he found it in heroin.
He was finally dishonorably discharged when after leaving rehab he starting shooting again. You only had to walk ten feet in either direction in Afghanistan before having people trying to sell you drugs. There is no rehabbing in Afghanistan.
In order to feed his addiction, he fought in death fights. The winning purse - heroin. That's how Yuri found him. He and another junkie made the unfortunate choice of trying to rob Yuri. A choice that the other junkie died for, but for some reason, Yuri didn't kill him. Although locking him in a basement and beating the addiction out of him almost did.
So they aren't getting any information from him. He has faced death and survived. There is nothing they can do to him to get him to turn on Yuri.
This book... I have read close to 300 books this year and this book is number ONE! I absolutely LOVE this book. It is very well written and the characters are fully developed, but the author's descriptions drew me into this story like I was watching an action movie on the big screen.
This book is action-packed from the start of the story. You get to see all the facets of Quinn. Yes, she is a genius who was entering college at the age of thirteen, but we also get to see her deep connection with her best friend and her compassion with healing, even if it is healing the worst men imaginable.
Maksim is just my forever book boyfriend. This is a man who lived for years homeless feeding off his heroin addiction. Doing anything it took for another hit. He is with the Russian mafia and even restrained managed to kill three men with his bare hands, but when he grabs Quinn and presses her into the cell bars intending to use her to escape he can't. He may have had his hand around her throat, but it was only to restrain and not harm.
I love how the author brings a gentleness to this man who has lived his whole life in violence. The chemistry between Quinn and Maksim is sizzling the second their eyes meet. She tamed the monster without even saying a word.
This book is full of action and I mean literal action - prison breaks, escapes, but it is also very erotic. I highly recommend this book and if you haven't read a Jagger Cole book you are missing out.
Another hot and dark but romantic read 😍😍😍 Maksim is locked in a black site prison but doesn't know why... there he met the hot shot doctor and fell head over heels in love with Quinn. They bond through pain and sutures and it gets steamy as well 😉 I love this bratva series❤❤ It was sweet, dark, action packed, steamy, romantic with twists and turns and wonderful main characters👍👍 Can't wait for the next bratva story 👍👍
Hot, steamy, and action packed! There’s so much tension, drama, and passion between Maksim, the enforcer for one of the most feared Bratva families, and Quinn, a young and feisty surgeon who fall for each other in the middle of a conspiracy that involves both of their families! This is a definite must read!
THE BRATVA’S LOCKED UP LOVE is the sixth instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult BRATVA’S CLAIM erotic, romance series. This is thirty-four year old, Russian soldier turned Volkov Bratva member Maksim Zaitsev, and twenty-two year old, physician Dr. Quinn Coolidge’s story line. THE BRATVA’S LOCKED UP LOVE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Maksim and Quinn) using present day and memories from the past, THE BRATVA’S LOCKED UP LOVE follows Dr. Quinn Coolidge, the in-house doctor for a secret, black-ops military base, run by a man she thought she knew but when a prisoner is repeatedly attacked without provocation, Quinn finds herself falling for a man others consider a monster and a killer. Enter Russian Bratva members Maksim Zaitsev, and the man with whom Quinn will fall in love. As the attacks against Maksim increase, Quinn struggles with the truth about the who and what of where she works, a truth when revealed, will force Quinn to choose between family and love. What ensues is the forbidden but building relationship between Quinn and Maksim, and the fall-out as the attacks against Maksim continue, and our heroine is pulled further from the direct line of fire.
Maksim Zaitsev has no idea why he has been held prisoner in an unknown facility. He has done nothing to warrant the imprisonment and treatment but a familiar pattern begins to emerge, possibly connected to the Bratva back home. Quinn Coolidge is a prisoner in a gilded cage. Working in the underground prison, Quinn begins to question the people in charge, and quickly discovers that she can no longer trust the who and what of her current situation.
The relationship between Quinn and Maksim begins as patient and doctor but quickly turns into something more. With each attack against Maksim Zaitsev, Quinn is pulled into the aura of that man with whom she is falling in love. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and passionate but I dislike the use of a certain four-letter word.
The secondary and supporting characters are most, if not all, are questionable on so many levels. We are introduced to Quinn’s best friend June, who in the end, aids our heroine with yet another run for her life.
THE BRATVA’S LOCKED UP LOVE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, greed, obsession, family and love. The fast paced and character driven premise is intriguing, intense and gritty; the romance is fast and furious- the sexual chemistry is intense; the characters are animated and energetic.
No one writes Bratva romance like Jagger and every book gets better and better!! This is my new FAVORITE and you have to check it out immediately!! The way that Jagger writes his characters is amazing! The only thing better than the story itself is the HOT steam that he writes!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 It will melt your kindle and make you need a cold shower.
Maksim is my new favorite Bratva!! He is locked up in a for profit black site for reasons that he doesn’t even know. When he’s injured, Quinn, the resident doctor, is called in to repair him. His plan is to use her as a pawn in his escape, but one look at her and he knows he could never hurt her. His thoughts are filled with her beauty and gentle touch. His new goal becomes protecting her and keeping her safe.
Quinn is an amazing character herself! She has excelled at a young age, becoming a doctor at the age of 22. She could have been a doctor anywhere, but her father runs the black site and demanded she work for him. When she begins to take care of Maksim she realizes that something is very wrong at the prison. For someone who is stuck in the “hole” all the time, he ends up injured a lot. She’s also starting to question why he is even in the prison in the first place.
There is tons of intense suspense in this book. There is a prison riot and Quinn is in danger from the dangerous prisoners that are now running free. There is a prison break-in and again Quinn finds herself in danger but not from anyone you would have expected. Maksim is tortured a lot and interrogated on top of being a former druggie who struggles with his demons.
Along the way Quinn finds answers that she won’t like and is determined to help Maksim even if it means breaking the law. The ending is amazing and you won’t see it coming! You have to read their story today! It’s epic and amazing and a steamy suspenseful ride all the way! You will LOVE Maksim and Quinn! Their chemistry is off the charts! They are my new favorite couple and I couldn’t have loved their story more!
I received an advance copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
This book stood out in this series. It was full of action, passion, and it really kept you going! I needed to know why he was there and whats on earth was going on?! I couldn't put this book down and read it fast.
I felt so bad for Maksim because the poor guy went through a loooot in this book and he didnt deserve it!! But i'm sure he believes it was worth it as he found his true love and light in the ordeal.
I absolutely loved this couple. They are one of my favorites. I honestly dont find anything wrong or flawed in terms of them getting together. Although her past of being a genius was a bit off putting and felt unrealistic. The 2 of them was just beautiful and I wanted more of them lol You can feel their chemistry off the pages of the book and how they connected throughout the book was so sweet and I felt like I was watching a movie.
I was a bit pissed with how once Maksim finally got in contact with Yuri, Yuri was very slow and useless throughout the book. I know Cole wants the story to be longer so the couple can get closer and develop and stuff. But, It made Yuri look pretty powerless and again useless. He is the leader, how did he not get him out even that month later with the time skip?? It made no sense since he is Yuri and knew where Maksim was. It was a plot hole even though it was probably done on purpose for the main couple. I just didnt expect for Maksim to literally be in the prison the whole book! I was expecting them to eventually escape at some point and he would take her with him back to Yuri. And the story would continue on from there. or they would be in the run with Yuri backing them up. Something like that. So, I was surprised. But I really enjoyed it. Just hated how much Maksim went through.
I believe this book had the best chemistry and bond between the main couple compared to the other couples in this series. It was such a fun and wild ride!

Listen... the prequel to this series being titled "The Bratva's Hostage" is accurate. I am the hostage in this scenario because I felt like every book I read in this series was against my will. And maybe you're wondering "why did you bother reading all of it then?" My mother did not raise a quitter. I started the series, so I had to finish it.
I wish I had kept a tally of every time someone smiled 'thinly' through the whole series. I don't know that I've ever experienced such a repetitive phrase. Not to mention all the FMCs are small virgin women and all the MMCs are big macho men with mommy and daddy issues. Don't get me wrong, I love a good grumpy man, but when each one is a carbon copy for SIX books? Come on now.
Starting off, I thought "yeah, this plot is better than the ones before", only to speak too soon as the ship started sinking. The writing errors, the phrasing, the fact that we cannot stop mentioning how big certain appendages are with every synonym I've ever heard (the fan favorite being fat as it's mentioned in ALL SIX OF THE BOOKS at one point or another).
Am I going to stop reading stuff by him? Probably not, as it seems I'm a glutton for punishment. I am taking into account this series was written in 2021, so I'm HOPEFUL his writing has improved. I'm not counting Jagger Cole out yet
They Just Keep Getting Better! After Yuri and River's story, I didn't think it could get any better. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!! Quinn and Maksim's tale is raw, gritty, and super steamy. Targeted by a crooked, ex-military Colonel who now runs a secret, black ops underground (literally) prison, Maksim finds himself incarcerated in this hellhole because the Belsky Bratva heir has a vendetta. Enter Dr. Quinn Coolidge, the Colonel's daughter who has been roped into working for Daddy as the prison doctor. Time and time again, Maksim finds himself being attacked and tortured by other prisoners and guards who are on the take. After patching him up from the first attack, the attraction between them is electric and neither can forget. After the second attack, Quinn begins to realize that these attacks are not random but have a very definite goal - to glean information from Maksim about his boss, Yuri Volkov. She soon realizes that he needs to get out of this place and decides to help. I'll let you find out for yourself how everything shakes out from there. Jagger Cole, once again you knocked it out of the park!
What can I say, but I love this series. Each time I think Jagger can’t out do the last storyline, he proves me wrong, This is the sixth book in the Bratva series. Please note you don't have to read them in order, but to enhance the story I would highly recommend doing so. This is the story of Maksim and Quinn.
We were introduced to Maksim in Owned by the Bratva King. Maksim is strong alpha who unfortunately knows pain to the highest level. He had flown from Russia to America to see his boss/friend Yuri, when he was captured and put behind bars in a secret prison. When he is injured, he has a plan to escape until he sees her. He knows she is his. Quinn is the prison doctor who is stronger then she thinks. There is an instant attraction which she can't explain. All she knows is her body and heart only want one man.
Once again Jagger Cole has delivered hot sex scenes with sweet moments. Please note some scenes maybe a trigger for some readers. There was certainly some twist in the story, which I didn't see coming. Do yourself a favour, if you are looking for a quick hot read, read this book now.
Wow! Another fantastic book from Jagger Cole. Never get tired of these Bratva books. This one was about Maksim who was being held in a private prison and being tortured and victimised. But not for the attention of a young doctor, named Quinn Coolidge who happened to be the daughter of the guy who ran the prison. I felt so bad at what Maksim was going through. He really had it tough and I was glad when he found Quinn. One had to know he wasn't as bad as he was making out. I loved the slow build of the relationship which was strictly taboo. The dynamic and chemistry between them was electrifying despite being platonic primarily. It had a really feel good ending and they find what they are looking for, despite breaking all the rules. This really was a surprise, not that it was a brilliant book, because i knew it would be, just more so the direction it went in. I loved reading this book and can't wait for more. Fantastic work!
This was an ARC and this is my honest review of this brilliant book!!
