Madeline designs and sells her own line of plus size clothing. She has her own shop and does well with the business. Her goal is to help women feel good about their bodies no matter the shape or size. Alec is a wealthy businessman she meets on the hotel roof lounge while at a photo shoot getaway for a magazine recognizing successful women in business.
I love the message Madeline wants to spread throughout the world! Love her big family. I like that Alec tracked her down after their interlude in the hotel. Great heart warming steamy read.

Too hot for public consumption
This book is about Madeline and Alec. As a BBW, she has released a line of size-inclusive swimwear and opened a new store Beach Body. At the celebration of her Woman of the Year honours, she makes some great contacts and is on a high with the successes of the last week. When she leaves the party and heads for the elevators to take her to her room, there’s only one other person waiting. He pays her a lovely and genuine compliment and she’s taken aback by his good looks. He asks her to join him for a drink on the roof-top bar and she agrees to do so. As Alec introduces himself and offers his hand to her, he holds it a little too long, and she feels a spark of electricity jump between them.
They share some drinks while they learn more about each other. They also share a dance and a beautiful kiss before a smashing sound breaks them apart. A breather is definitely what they both need. While he’s in the bathroom she makes her unexplained escape, and Alec finds himself feeling disappointed as he doesn’t have any of her details.
Months later, back at her home town of Haven Falls, her mum and sisters are trying to convince her to take some time out for herself, after all of her recent hard work and success, and go out on a date! But she says the store is currently her one and only love, and is pouring all of her energies into that. When she returns to her store after a quick break with her family, a handsome guy is waiting for her. It’s Alec! He has sought her out and asked her out, which she’s actually agreed to.
After a wonderful day and evening spent together, she reciprocates by inviting him to a family cookout. He is immediately liked by everyone there, including the children. Her sisters’ comments, confidence and smug smiles irritate her a little, but also give her a semblance of hope of something more with Alec.
But when she’s late for their dinner date the next night, Alec is understandably concerned. Madeline is under the wrong impression, as she shows him that she knows exactly who he is, and doubts his interest in her as a person, rather than her business. It’s going to take a special kind of grand gesture to have Madeline even consider listening to what he has to say, before even contemplating forgiveness. Who could he trust to help him with this important task?
This was a great read – fun but serious, sweet but steamy, and really enjoyable! The characters were wonderful, the settings were perfect, and the family surrounding them was so supportive and loving. There were some funny moments as well which kept the story light-hearted. I loved the ‘every body has a beach body’ concept. I could sure do with some swimwear from Madeline’s line! And I applaud your cover choice too. I was refreshingly authentic! I give this book four and a half beachy stars.

C.L. Cruz kicks off a brand new series, Le CRV Magazine Women of the Year, with Beach Body. This is another brilliantly written (but I expect nothing less with Ms Cruz) instalove romance. Madeline is a smart, savvy entrepreneur, in New York City to receive an award from Le CRV Magazine, highlighting her plus-size beach-wear designs that she sells in her own boutique in her beachside home town. In the elevator the night before she is due home, she meets Alec who is instantly smitten with the beautiful woman. He invites her for a drink in the hotel's rooftop bar, and after they share a few dances and an intense kiss, he knows she is meant to be his - unfortunately, after a trip to the restroom, she disappears. When her issue of the magazine comes out months later and Alec knows how to find her, he shows up at her boutique - and this time he doesn't plan to let her get away! This is a fast-paced, steamy and oh-so-sweet instalove romance you won't be able to put down - and that will make you anxious for the next installment of this awesome new series.

WOW - love this quick read story! This is about entrepreneur Madeline and Billionaire Investor Alec. They meet up on a great day for Madeline and she would be on the front cover of LeCRV magazine which will boost her already busy business. She is in beach body swimwear and well she is a plus-size woman and as she states "everybody is a beach body"! I love that quote being a plus-size myself I can relate to being shy of wearing some of that swimwear that just adds more material but is really made for thin ladies. Although I have found my own swimwear, here she is shocked when handsome Alec comes toward her and asks her out for a drink when she was just going to go to her room and rest for her next day's trip back home. Sparks fly and I love that he went looking for her in the story. I love how the niece was also brought up and the issues with her self-confidence. At times it does take a good-looking man to bring back the confidence we sometimes lack.

Madeline can't believe that her show has taken off as well as it has. After celebrating her achievements, Madeline runs into Alex at the elevator, who invites her up for a drink. After spending time with Alex, it is to much and she leave when he steps away from the table. Months later, Alex steps into her shop, although he wants to see her again, he has other thoughts on his mind.
Beach Body is a sweet and amazing story of wanting love and finding it. Alex has the biggest heart, and has found a woman that is in to him for him. Madeline works hard to get what she wants and has put love on the back burner. When they meet the chemistry is starts to burn, when the meet again it the heat only intensify.

This is a great read, fast paced, easy read and great characters. Beach Body is the book 1 in the Le CRV Magazine Women Of The Year series. Madeline is a curvy beautiful woman inside and out, family oriented and an all around good person. She designs swim wear for the curvy women. Alec is an only child and a business billionaire investor.
Madeline is in NY adding at an event where she is getting an award and she meets Alec at the elevator and there’s an instant attraction. Alec spots Madeline on Le CRV magazine and heads to her home town to seek her out. The two can’t seem to forget about dancing and having drinks on the roof top bar in NY.
I really enjoyed reading about Madeline and Alec and their instant attraction to each. This an awesome beginning to this new series.

Madeline is in New York for a photoshoot for Le CRV magazine, she along with several other curvy beautiful women are being honored for their work. Madeline designs swimwear for all body types, her tag line, every body is a beach body! After the after party she is ready turn in for the night, but a chance encounter with a sexy man, Alec in the elevator has her joining him for drinks on the rooftop bar. They enjoy each other’s company, share a few dances and a steamy kiss. Needing a little breather Alec excuses himself and Madeline leaves, she is not the one night stand type and she felt the evening was headed that way. Alec is upset that she left, he didn't have her last name, her room number or her phone number. He catches a break when he sees her on the cover of Le CRV, the article talks about her shop and gives him the info he needs to find her. She’s surprised when he shows up at her shop, they chat some and decide to go on a date that evening. They have a wonderful time and agree to meet the next day for a family cookout. Everyone in her family likes him a lot. He said he wanted to talk to her and asks her to dinner the next evening. Part of Madeline’s business is online sales so she had a social media presence and many of her family members are featured in her TikTok feeds to promote her swimwear line. When she starts getting comments in her feed about Alec she is confused. He’s a billionaire? Why did he not tell her? When she confronts him he sadly makes it worse by putting his foot in his mouth. Madeline thinks he’s just here to invest in her business and is not really interested in her as a woman. He realizes he screwed up and gets the help of her niece to make a TikTok apology. She sees it and forgives him. Epilogue back on the same rooftop bar this time with her whole family where he proposes.

This book is part of the Le CRV Magazine Women of the Year series and focuses on Alec and Madeline. Madeline was in NYC for an event when she ran into Alec and they had a great night of dancing before Madeline leaves to go back home. For months after that night, neither one could forget each other and constantly thought of each other. When Madeline's issue of Le CRV came out and Alec saw it, he took it as a sign that they were meant to be together and went to see her since he finally had a full name and a location for her. I loved how great Alec and Madeline were together. This was a great book and an excellent addition to the series.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Madeline and Alex. Madeline is a designer of plus size swimwear and is honored in a magazine for business in New York. While there, she meets Alex and they have an instant connection. They have an amazing time talking and when Alex excuses himself to use the restroom, Madeline panics and flees, leaving without a trace. Alex tried to find her, but she returned home. Alex is a successful businessman and when he sees the magazine article about Madeline, he goes to find her. Alex wants to prove to Madeline he wants more than a fling. I really loved this story. I love how Alex tracked Madeline down and wanted to take the time to prove to her he was serious about being with her. Another great one.

This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. When Madeline meets Alec, the connection is instant but when they part ways will they meet again?
The chemistry between Madeline and Alec is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

This is a really quick read but very enjoyable. It’s a story about a plus size woman Madeline, who has a line of swimwear that are designed for women with curves and she has been made woman of the year. On her way back to her motel room after the celebration, she meets a man called Alec and it’s instant attraction, Madeline leaves him on the rooftop and goes home the next day. Six months go by and he finds her again and the rest they say is history. It’s really cute story that has a low amount of heat but high intensity of love at first sight.

Madeline is a young woman who has finally made it, she is in New York for a photoshoot of female entrepreneurs and when it was over she met a man named Alec on her way to her room and he asked her for a drink she took the risk and they kissed and she ran away she went back home the next morning and thought about Alec but realized she would never be happy living in the big city. Alec Fisher shows up one day at her shop and she is thrilled when he tells her why he is there. A cute little short story of instant attraction, misunderstandings, and a chance at love. Let me start with I have not read a book by CL Cruz that I did not like, they are short and steamy with HEA. Madeline is a designer of plus size swimwear and is a plus size girl. She goes to New York City to be honored as women of the year for CRV magazine. She meets Alec and ducks out on him the night before she leaves town. Alec tracks her down to her store back in her hometown.
This story is filled with chemistry between the characters which all leads to some steamy scenes. This is second in the Le CRV Magazine Women of the Year and is a standalone.

I thought this was a really sweet book. Madeline and Alec were great together. I really liked the connection and the chemistry between these two. Madeline and Alec only shared a little bit of time together one night in the city but that was all it took for Alec to know that he found his person. Madeline can't forget Alec but she tries to focus on her business instead. Fate and Alec's determinedness won't allow Madeline to get away from him again. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. C.L. as a great author.

Madeline was an inspiring designer and online influence encouraging body images for all women. Alec a lonely billionaire looking for a home. They meet at an elevator in NY City and he invites her to the rooftop bar. Both enjoy their time together. He excused himself and went to the restroom and when he returns she's gone. Left just knowing her first name. She goes him and enjoys the success of her swimwear line until she sees Alec in her store. The get together and things look good. Her family loves him until she finds out who he is. You'll have to read what goes on next. It's really good. Enjoy. Written by Cindy :)

Beach body is a book that has Madeline a designer opening up her own boutique. Her motto is supposed to encourage everyone to love their body. With the model Beach body everyone has a beach body. There is conflict because she meets an attractive man and yet she disappears after dancing with him on the rooftop and having a couple drinks for hours. So much later he basically Hunt her down because they are both thinking about each other to the point to distraction. He knows a lot about her but she doesn’t know a lot about him. Plans for disaster? I hope not, I don’t like cliffhangers.

Alec is a business billionaire in town for a meeting. Madeline is a BBW swimsuit designer and is featured in Le CRV magazine. They meet but she is not looking for a one night, and secretly he is not either, but she disappears on him. When he sees the magazine article, he tracks her down and the slow burn becomes much hotter. Loved the characters and the situations they get into. The storyline has some ups and downs, with a few surprises here and there. Wonderful story that puts a smile on your face with the HEA. Can not wait to read another book from this series.

A cute read in this Woman of the Year Series. From the moment Madeline meets Alec there’s and energy between them. After spending a wonderful evening with him, Madeline runs away. Alec can’t forget Madeline and when he sees her on the cover of a magazine advertising her beach wear line, he knows what he must do. This was an entertaining story with characters that really clicked. There’s a little misunderstanding and lots of sizzling chemistry. Madeline is a plus size swimwear designer and one of the women chosen as a woman of the year and Alex is a wealthy business investor. I loved the way this author brought Alec and Madeline together and how he was determined to find her after their brief encounter. This is a sweet, slow burn love story with likable characters and a happily ever after. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

This is such a brilliant read.
She is a successful designer of plus sized swimwear and at a party to celebrate her new line when she meets a Alec.
The chemistry between them is off the charts but before they really get to know each other she disappears.
What happens when they meet again? Will they get their HEA when she finds out who he is.
Brilliant ending.

I really liked this one. I felt like Alec was a great guy and Madeline was fun. I liked the concept, she meets this handsome guy in the big city but runs away before it gets too serious. I thought it was adorable that he tracked her down. The chemistry between these two was great. After a misunderstanding and stubbornness threaten their romance, these two get their HEA. Quick, sweet read.

Cute story!
Madeline had just opened a swim wear store called Beach Bodies and meets Alex on the night she is being celebrated. They hit it off.
This is sweet, intense, romantic and steamy. Alex is to die for. And Madeline is not so confident and a little evasive but they just work.
Well written and has delightful characters plus an uplifting plot. Fantastic book!

Madeline and Alec 's instalove story is just swoony, to him it doesn't matter that she is a plus size, he likes her even more. I like her motto and also think that if you want a beach body, you just need to have a body and go to the beach. I liked that he went after her and that in spite of her insecurities due to her weight Madeline still didn't let love pass her by.

Loved it
Brilliant read great characters. Madeline works hard and is in New York as she has been selected to be in the CRV magazine on the way back to her room she meets Alec and joins him on the roof top bar after a lovely evening she runs from him when he has to go to the bathrooms.
Alec won’t let Madeline get away and when he sees her on the front of the CRV magazine he goes to her home town to get his woman the one he is always wanted thinking about Madeline.

This book was a page turner with lots of sizzling heat!!! I can’t wait to read book three!!!!
