This book was obviously written for beginners on the Keto diet. If you've been doing Keto for awhile, there's nothing new here. You probably already have most of the recipes in the book. The only ones that were new to me were the cheesecake recipes. I haven't tried them yet. Once I do, I'll update my review. If you are new to Keto, there's some helpful information about the diet itself along with recipes that are tasty and filling.
The first third of the book explains the key factors of the keto diet. The recipes are divided into sweet, cheesecake, and savory. Even though there appear to be many recipes, there are only a few basic recipes. The rest simply add an ingredient or two to the basic. Some of them use almond flour. Others use coconut flour. I prefer the ones with almond flour, but that's just a matter of personal taste.
