Good fast read
I absolutely loved Esmeralda. She was so such a strong character. I loved how she was her own priority. Even though she had her pick of guys around her she was not your typical mafia princess well I guess queen. It has action angst and romance. I truly enjoyed this book from this author which was a first for me from her and I was happy I read it.

Fast paced rollercoaster
This book was a fun quick read. Super fast paced with a bad*** heroine and her choice of any guy around her. But she isn't the typical FMC, she doesn't go around sampling all the goods. She focuses on herself first and finds real love.
Through all of this, there are villains you love to hate, awesome fight scenes, and a shoot out or two. All hail Esmer, Gomez mafia queen.
