Felix Maxwell was destined to be a loser, born on one of the weakest races and on the least favorable of situations, he was forced to face adversity head-on as he traveled across the vast universe where dangers laid in every corner, one day traveling in hopes of riches he stumbled upon a ruin where a supreme being laid imprisoned, in a stroke of bad luck the being laid its eyes on him and tried to take over his body, forcing itself upon him.
but fate hadn't given up on him!
he woke up in his younger body, 20 years in the past with the fallen being trapped in his soul.
In his past life he had been a loser, giving up on things mid-way and never striving for greatness, he was a side character who made the strong shine even brighter, but not on this life.
he swore to himself he would strive for glory, he would take advantage of his knowledge and emerge as a supreme being!
I was sceptical of whether to put this on my read list or not but after finishing this, i have got to say this is definitely one of the best webnovels I've read(which also doesn't have a manhwa).
The first like 1000 chapters are good but honestly this book isn’t that good. It’s just very entertaining
Felix Maxwell is one of my favorite characters (his name sucks I know)
The story is pretty amazing not because it’s well written but because he can come up with a bunch of random games and still find entertaining and witty ways for him to outwit and beat his opponents.
It’s like if you put Ready Player One, with Fantasy and SciFi. And literally everything it’s good but like honestly it was just so dumb but I love it. Asna is in my top 10 girlies tho she’s goated and Felix is just such a booty hole but hella smart that he’s also goated.
The majority of the book is phenomenal but during the last third the author had some personal issues and the quality drop is very noticeable, nonetheless it’s a very good read and the ending is perfect. The world building is probably the best i have ever seen in a novel, the actions scenes, character development and plot are all top tier. The writing quality could definitely use some improvements though.
This is literally the best of the best . On ifcthe very best piece of literature thatvi have ever encountered in a long time. Got me hooked from the very first three sentences and now am Fully addicted to reading this and I hope to see more from the author.
I only got to chapter 5. I feel bad rating this since I’m the only rating so far, much less review. It seems very mediocre, so I stopped reading.
Grammar: Some spelling errors.
Style: 1/5 I disliked it Everything seemed dry and lame, as if a child was trying to write a book. Clumsy sentences that run on or don’t flow well are the norm. I understand that the first chapters are often worse, but if they can’t be bothered to edit the first chapter after getting to 500, I don’t have high hopes for quality writing later on either.
Characters: ?? Idk, I’ve barely started.
Story: might be disliked It’s hard to get a feel from so few chapters, but I’m obligated to say that the first chapter is a bunch of pointless action sequences with characters that we know are going to die. The whole first chapter is just a flashback. That’s annoying. Immediately after, they transition to some other character that’s not the main character, which is also annoying, because they’re just filling up my brain with all kinds of information that I have to remember in case it’s relevant later. I read to relax, not to be made to remember 10 things in search of a good experience.
