Born in Algeria, when it was still a French department, I was exiled to France with the rest of my family after its independence.
After studying law, I devoted myself to journalism, mainly in the field of cinema, which was and remains one of my passions.
During my conscript time, I was hired by a French publishing house to write the memoirs of actress Romy Schneider, and went on to write an essay on cinema, which led me to organise several festivals on this theme before becoming a film distributor and then a producer.

In 1983, I moved to Hollywood, where I participated in the production of an action film directed by Simon Nuchtern: "Savage Dawn". Back to France, I became a full-time ghost writer. Between 1986 and 1991, I collaborated in the writing of more than twenty novels and essays.

I returned to journalism in 1992 and in 18 years I made nearly 20 documentaries in conflict zones, mainly in the Middle East, while publishing articles in many newspapers, including Le Figaro and the Jerusalem Post.
This exciting experience allowed me to get back to writing novels. "Beyond Red Lines", my first book published in English, reflects my knowledge of terrorist and secret service circles.
I now divide my life between New York, Paris and Tel Aviv, which has become my main residence.

My review:- A shocking and terrifying discovery that could change the course of history. This book take the readers on a breathtaking adventure that blurs the line between fiction and reality and raises questions about the potential reincarnation of the Third Reich. Darwis Haikal had been riding for a few minutes when he felt the first tremor. He had to face lots of ups and downs, he could make out that his city had just suffered a earthquake of terrifying force. Darwis gathered enough injured people together to fill the waiting room at Meuraxa Hospital, where he had finished his internship some ten years before. He was worried about his own survival, but most of all terrified that his people were all over there, so close to the seashore, in an area where the waves must have measured as high as fifty feet. He spent those uncertain moments reliving the happy moments that his wife, Faridah, had given him in their five years of marriage. Who was Darwis ? Why had the author shared his story in the begining ? Melany and Jennifer had met at a party hosted behind her back by her friends Julie and Stephan to celebrate her birthday at the same time as his return to D.C. She didn't know what Jeffrey's position was at the INR or Bureau of Intelligence and Research, the intelligence agency of the State Department. Later Melany Carson and Jeffrey finds themselves in terrifying life threatening situations. What will they do ? Will they be safe or will they end up risking their life ? What happens next in the story ? The writing style along with the narration is well structured and beautifully maintained throughout till the end. The language used is rich and lucid, easy to understand. It took me few hours to complete these 334 pages. The cover looks historical and unique along with a straight forward tittle.Highly recommended to each and everyone reading this review especially the young readers and beginner's who are looking for something gripping and interesting to read. Overall, a perfect read.

After just reading Beyond Red Lines I was a little disappointed in this one.

It's two stories with two different timelines and two different places which come together at the end.
Confused? Yeah me too and I read it.
It took me a while to get in to and then the author leaves you with a twist. He probably thought it was a great idea. Me, it just left me surprised.

Enjoy!

I read the entire book to find out what the big secret was, but of course I shouldn’t have bothered. One dimensional doesn’t begin to describe the characters. It’s hard to believe that the author is Israeli the way he portrays the Mossad operatives.
