I’m a big fan of Josh’s work and this book is no exception. I have been messing around with this concept but haven’t been able to dial it in correctly. This book filled in the gaps for what I was missing.
Jailhouse strong books are all brilliant. Short but sweet this, and although I won’t copy the workout plan as listed, it’s definitely broadened my thoughts on training
Great book with a lot of new ways of grouping exercises and reps. A couple of pics of some of the lesser known exercises would be great. But overall very good book.
