“At the end of your savagery, what is there, dear Peregrine?” The Raven-possessed Andrew staggered hideously; another surge of energy streamed from the bottom of his heels, to his chest, and then to his fingertips.
He held a palm outwards, then finished,
“I apologize for believing in such a way, but at the end of your savagery, there-”

“-is nothing.” It was no small matter. The Battalion meet two warring clans, the last standing in a eternal arena, and are forced to dissolve their allegiances. The allure of unstable power attracts the warriors- the new clans are speckled with supreme beings possessing an ominous force. As winter begins its reign over the realm, the ravens atop the trees begin to feast. An destiny is imposed on the Battalion- one they cannot alter.
