I fell in love with Raine and Kade’s story in Knocked Up by the Doctor. This is that story, plus plenty of more that is just as addicting and steamy.

A one night stand turns into a surprise baby and the doctor just so happens to be the father. Raine is a loveable character, she has taken the pregnancy in stride from the start and is determined to be the best mother she can be. Kade got the shock of his life and given the fact he is a doctor, he is rather protective of Raine. He is broody, but I loved seeing a caring and lighter side come out of him.

I loved the chemistry between Raine and Kade. I loved how their relationship progressed throughout the course of this story. It was fast paced, but never felt rushed or that it was missing something. These are two characters that will have you falling in love and rooting for.

If you’re looking for a steamy, surprise baby romance this is one to check out.

Harlow does it again with this story, she just sucks you right in. She brings Kade and Raine story, where we got a little in-site from Knocked Up by the Doctor. She includes the first 6 chapters and an additional 8 chapters plus the epilogue.

After a night of letting loose for Raine, she is dealt with some scary yet exciting news. She goes to the doctors and come to find out, the guy from her one night of letting loose is her doctor. From then on they both have to navigate through their feelings for each other. They both step up to plate when its needed the most.

If you love unplanned pregnancies and age gap romances, this one is for you.

Firstly be aware that this book is Kade and Raine’s full story. The first 6 chapters were in Knocked Up By The Doctor and after that cliff hanger, I couldn’t wait to dive in to read their full story and see how their journey transpired.
We first met Raine in The Model as she is Lexie’s assistant and I liked her. After reading the previous book, I fell hard and fast for both Kade and Raine. Imagine your shock when the hot man from your one night stand turns out to be your OBGYN and the man who is the reason you need an OBGYN.
There was plenty of steam as the chemistry between Kade and Raine is just as intense as it was at first. I really loved the journey they were on, it was heart warming to watch them both grow as they came together to develop a relationship.
It was a fast paced, well written story that I loved from the first to the last chapter and have no hesitation in recommending.

A one night stand turns into an epic HEA.

Ok I must say I read Raine and Kade's first part of their story in "knocked up by the doctor" which ends on a cliffhanger. So this book is now their complete ending and I absolutely loved it. If you want a one night stand, surprise baby, and a whole lot of steamy moments then you need to read this book!

Raine is such a sweet character and she has a lot thrown at her with a surprise pregnancy and a man she isn't quite sure about after a few hiccups in their sorta relationship. She definitely is a relatable character and just makes you love her.

Kade was the perfect broody alpha that made you swoon at times and frustrates you with his foot in his mouth issues lol. He definitely redeemed himself by the end of this book.

All in all I must say this was a fast paced book but didn't like for emotions at all. This book does move fast but you don't feel like you missed any moments between these two. I loved the chemistry these two have and how easily you fall into this story. I was quite sad it ended so fast but honestly Harlow, gave it the perfect ending. This author has the great ability of weaving together a story that has heart, drama, swoonworthy moments, and the perfect HEA's I have read.

I voluntarily signed up for an ARC for this book with nothing to gain from it other than giving my honest opinion/review of this book. So I honestly can say I recommend this book for any reader who wants a fast paced romance with a HEA. The author did a fabulous job giving relatable characters and the chemistry is on point, so get ready to be sucked into this book till the end.

Book 4 in the Love is Blind series. I first read Raine and Kade’s story in Knocked Up by the Doctor and I didn’t want it to end and now I can finish the rest of their story after the cliffhanger. This was a great continuation of their story. If you didn’t read the novella, you will be able to get their whole story in this book and let me say it was worth it. Loved Raine and Kade. The chemistry between them was off the charts. Can’t wait to read more from this author.

I was so thrilled when I learned that this book was coming out. I absolutely loved Knocked Up By The Doctor and wanted more of the story, and that's exactly what I got with The Doctor. I was very excited to find out the rest of this story and I was not disappointed. Kade and Rayne made me smile as I was reading their story. I do like to see the returning characters from the authors other books! I also really love the friendships between them women in these books and how they have each other’s backs always.

The Doctor is the full version of Knocked up by the Doctor. You may recognize Raine if you have read The Model by Harlow, she’s Lexie’s photography assistant. She gets a steamy and intense story and she deserves it. You can read the beginning of this story in Knocked Up by the Doctor, now!

I think from title it’s pretty obvious that our sweet Raine finds herself Knocked up by Dr. Kade. This story is HOT, like you might need to keep a fan nearby while reading it. Raine is reserved and the quintessential good girl, but Kade comes in and knocks her whole world off of its axis. Raine comes out of her shell and meets this gorgeous stranger and drops all her inhibitions to have a wild night with the sexiest man she's ever laid eyes on. All the outcomes are not what she expected but is it possible they could work out for her in the end? You will have to read her story to find out!

Raine works for Lexie (the photographer from The Model). It’s the night of Lexie’s exhibit and Raine’s instructions are to let her hair down and let go, find a man and have fun. So she goes and does just that! Finds this hunk called Wade and has an epic one night stand, the kind that keeps on giving, since she found herself pregnant two months after. And to top all things, when she goes to the doctor to get checked, the doctor assigned to her was none other than Kade!!

Thus begins this cute story that used to be a novella and was re-written to extend the story of Kade and Raine. I’m pretty sure lots of readers begged the author to complete their story!

In spite of this being a total surprise, Kade takes to the idea and accepts the responsibility of having a child with Raine. Since Raine had escaped the morning after their tryst, he was initially grumpy. When Raine gets extreme morning, afternoon and night sickness, he moves her to his apartment to take care of her and then this story goes off running.

Lexie appears a lot since she’s close friends with Raine, so we get a lot of Lexie/Ryder cuddles. Kade and Raine squabble as they work to their HEA, and it’s short and sweet and steamy. Too cute!

loved! hot & steamy

I may be in a minority but I love surprise pregnancy romances so I was so excited for The Doctor. Raine & Kade have a very hot one-night stand which ends with Raine sneaking out in the morning….an action both of them regret her doing. Thinking they will never meet again, both are extremely surprised when a pregnant Raine goes for her 1st doctor appointment and her OB/GYN is none other than Kade. He’s shocked to his core and she’s a bit pissed by his reaction…..can they get along well enough to try to raise a baby together? As they try to navigate a pregnancy, figuring out how to co-parent and even just starting to really get to know each other feelings start to develop which both aren’t sure will strengthen their relationship or ruin their co-parenting.

This is a hot & steamy read. It’s a journey watching Raine & Kade figure everything out. I’m also a bit obsessed by some of the side characters from other books that we get to see in this story. Overall, just a really fast-paced, steamy, emotional story that ends up with more than just a baby as a surprise between these two strangers.

If you like, accidental pregnancy romances then this will be right up your alley. Also, if you’ve read “The Model” you will have met Raine - she is Lexie’s assistant. A chance meeting with a tall stranger leads to a night Raine will never forget. She is modest and shy, totally unaware of the effect she has on the opposite sex. Yet Kade brings out a wild sexy side of her. He is sexy, dirty talking and oh so hot. Layne really steams up the pages with these two. Despite an unforgettable night - the cold light of day brings reality back and Raine slips away before the potential awkward morning after conversations. Imagine Raine’s shock when she realizes she has more than her dreams to remind her of her one-night stand. The shocks keep on coming when she meets her obstetrician only to realize he is her baby daddy! Kade’s initial reaction to being a father is not the best, but he does redeem himself. Kade and Raine are back with big bang...

This was a fun, fast paced read with so much steam packed. I read Kade and Raine's story in their first book " Knocked up by the docter" which ended on a cliffhanger. Love how the author has wrapped up their story...though it was fast pace...it still managed to sweep me off my feet with its intense love.

The drama involves around Raine finding her pregnant from a one night stand...but it doesn't end there...the doctor who diagnosed her is the Father. I had so much fun read this one...where Kade was a broody A-hole, Raine was such a sweet soul. Opposites attracted is apt for their story.

The Doctor: Kade and Raine (Love is Blind#4) is the full version of Knocked up by the Doctor and I loved the opportunity to really get to know Kade and Raine as well as finding out how their journey ends. This is a wonderful example of how one night can completely change your life.
Big changes are happening for Raine and Kade and they both need to figure out where they go from here so what does the future hold for the couple who were meant to be together for just one night.
This was an entertaining read that has the perfect mix of love, passion, banter and bickering, it’s a book with all the feels and I was so glad I joined the journey because this story is all about two people growing and learning together, it’s about finding your happy medium while suddenly having someone else in your life, it’s about two impect The banter and bickering was fun, the chemistry was steamy so I guess all I need to say is please one click this gem

I can’t believe I paid yo read this book🤦🏽

This book started off great but quickly became disappointing. The author rushed and jumped to the present so fast that I couldn’t feel the connection or see how they fell in love. One minute, they’re in a steamy scene, next page it’s 4 months later n …. Then chapter is a month after and she’s delivering the baby. He’s a doctor and first time dad and there was no mention of him attending doctor appointments, ultrasound m seeing his baby for the first time. Although they said they love each other, you can’t feel it. I regret buying this book and do not recommend reading it. This book could have been better if the author put more thought into the book. One minute, he doesn’t do relationship, next minute he wants a relationship. What changed? Never met his parents or learn about his family background. And her family life was so vague

The Doctor is the continuation of Knocked Up By The Doctor with Raine and Kade. It is a steamy sweet read with emotions all over the place.

The book was the prime example of a one night stand gone wrong. It has surprise baby featuring into the story line as well. Both Kade and Raine have to figure out how to move forward with life now that they have big changes happening. I love sweet Raine and how she finally gets a happy ending. Kade is the for sure the sexy doctor who has a way with words. I loved being able to read past characters from other Harlow Layne books and seeing them interact with a Raine and Kade.

This book is definitely a feel good romance that you’ll easily love the characters. I definitely recommend this book for all!

I had previously read the novella version which appeared in an anthology and I was so excited that I’d be reading their book as a standalone. This is an accidental pregnancy romance full of lots of sweet and sizzling moments. I couldn’t put it down because it was one of those books that isn’t filled with too much drama and it’s just about the relationship development of the two learning how to function together for the unborn child but it becomes so much more. The chemistry between these is is off the charts which kept me wanting more. I was left with a smile on my face and the sweet nature between them the two just couldn’t wait until they admitted how they felt for one another.

One night stands and surprise pregnancy are right up my street. I don’t know why, but I just adore these stories. Throw in a doctor and I’m even more interested.
I first came across Raine and Kade’s story when I read “Knocked up by the doctor” a few months ago. I really enjoyed it, but I needed more. A lot more. So, when I discovered that Harlow Layne was releasing an extended version, I was super excited. I know this is only a novella, but it just felt a bit rushed at times for me. I quite enjoyed it, but I just think there was lots of potential for more to Raine and Kade’s story. I just felt like parts were missing. I don’t mind time jumps in a story, but I just felt like it rushed the story too much towards the end.

This book includes Knocked Up by the Doctor and continues until the resolution of their relationship. St the end of the first part of the book, Raine has concluded that Kade is a jerk. Unfortunately, Lainey has to go out of town and Raine finds herself alone, very sick, and in need of help. Without any other options, she calls Kade, who is an OB after all, and he comes immediately to her aid, not only helping her feel better but ultimately bringing her to his home. Through the pages of the book, the couple works through their mistakes from their beginning as well as some ups and downs in between to reach their happily-ever-after. This is another relatively short book which can be read quickly. It is sweet where it makes sense to be sweet, steamy where that is warranted and meets the criteria for a feel-good romance. Why not give it a try? I am voluntarily leaving this review after receiving an advanced complementary copy of this book.

If you have already read Knocked up by the Doctor then you know how much The Doctor is needed to get the full story as Harlow Layne left us with a major cliff hanger.

I could not wait to get my hands on The Doctor so I could get all of Kade's and Raine's full story. This is a great, quick, read that I could not put down and read in a night. One night stand mixed with a doctor/patient twist was amazing!

Harlow never disappoints with her stories. I have yet to find one I did not enjoy. She pulls you in all while keeping you updated on previous characters from past books, which I absolutely love!

Well this book will have you feeling HOT!!! Raine and Kade are smoking and the chemistry is out of this world.

Raine is Lexie’s assistant and friend, you may remember her from The Model. Kade is newish in town and working as an OBGYN. Raine and Kade meeting a gallery and have one night together that was amazing. Now, months later they run into each other again in the least likely of places.

Raine had gotten real bad morning sickness to the point Lexie sad she either went to the hospital or call the baby daddy Kade for help.

The moment Raine and Kade reunited sparks flew. These two had so much chemistry.

This story was full of emotions and had you not wanting to put it down..

I met this author at the Hard Rock Author Event in Tulsa and fell in love with the cover… I mean a man with just a towel covering his junk. 🥵 I grabbed the book flipped it over to learn it had a pregnancy trope and I was SOLD. I couldn’t buy it fast enough. After a friend saw the book she even downloaded it on her kindle and read the whole thing while I drove the 5 hours home. 🤣 I constantly would hear “Well shit, that was hot.” “ I want ice cream.” “Dang you’re gonna love this book.” And yes I loved this book. It was everything and more than I expected. Now I must read the others in this series bc the way this author writes is definitely my style! She has a new fan in me! 😍

I finished this book this morning. I loved reading it very much. Raine, Lexi's assistant found love in this book with a Doctor and became pregnant by him and didn't know his name or anything about him till she went to see an OB to confirm her pregnancy only to fine out it was the man that she had
went home with and slept with him at/from an event that she was at with Lexi and Ryder Williams as Lexi's photographs were being displayed. She left come morning never got his name nor left hers as well. After some ruff time they finally got together and were very happy and had a baby girl.
Now on to the next and last book in this series.

The Doctor is the full story of Raine and Kade. Their hot story started in Knocked Up by the Doctor which ends on a cliffy. The story continues from chapter 7 of this book, The Doctor.
I loved this story because Raine and Kade together are so hot! It’s pure chemistry between them! And also: Lexie and Ryder (from The Model) are playing a part in it.
It is really cute to read how sweet Kade is for Raine and their baby. As always: I loved the epilogue, a look into their future as a family.

OH MY!! A boss's prerequisite to have fun. A chance meeting, one night of unbridled passion with no restraints. Hot, steamy and oh so breathtakingly sexy. Definitely did not disappoint. Patiently waited for the continuation of Kade and Raine's story and devoured every bit of it. Raine is all things pregnant, from morning sickness to hormonal mood swings, an intense sexual appetite and the second guessing of all good things. Kade his ego crushed, not trying to be an ass oh so yummyness and wanting it all. Somehow finding their way. Loved it.

What a Epic read . The Doctor by Harlow Layne is the conclusion of Of Raine and Kade’s journey . Let me just start by saying Wow !!! I could not get enough , I was so hooked and have been since I first stated their story in ( knocked up by the doctor ) . The chemistry and heat between these two is combustible. What a steamy , sweet read , full of emotion and awesome characters . Harlow is one of my very favorite authors, I absolutely adore every single book she has written and this one was no different. Surprise

After the encouragement of her boss Raine goes out on the town hooking up with a hottie Kade, knowing first names only it's steamy and sexy and lots of fun, oops happening and needing to see the doctor Lexie makes appointment with her doctor who at last minute gets changed to a different one, the s##t hits the fan and tempers flare, can they work it out and be friends, can they coparent, sizzling love lurking around for them, amazing story with snippets of other friends, I have voluntarily read and review this ARC, thank you for the privilege, Dana Zamora

This is the full version of Knocked Up By The Doctor and features a side character from The Model. This is sweet while bringing the steam and while Raine doesn't think she and Kade work they absolutely do. There's a couple of bumps in the road but seeing them come together was a delight and this was super quick read and I would recommend this and this whole series if you're looking for intense and hawt reads. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.

This book is the full story of Raine & Kade. We were first introduced to them in a very short novella, Knocked up by the Doctor, in June 2021. Truly wonderful story about two imperfect people who were perfect for each other. They bicker, argue, and respect one another. This book has it all, romance, friendship, accidental pregnancy and vulnerability. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Mmm this novella was just meh to me. I liked the beginning, but after Raine found out she was pregnant the story deteriorated for me. The encounter in the OB office was strange, then Kade being angry all the time and doing a sudden 180 and not being able to live without Raine. Then the whole ‘ex’ situation and super fast resolution of that..it gave me whiplash. Quick read with some schmexy scenes, but not my jam unfortunately. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
