Kayla is a stay-at-home mom, trying her damnedest to keep it all together. What a well deserved win for Mrs Dauphiney. Great book tell all the thoughts a busy mom puts in her journal. I don’t feel so bad about what I wrote in mine. Very enjoyable read. Short fast paced story. I do recommend and I thank kindle unlimited for offering this book because the author is new to me. I’m looking forward to seeing more from her. Thank you

4.5/5⭐️📖 This was a really good, relatable read. The diary format made it feel more relatable and easy to digest. Just like anyone who journals, Kayla was raw, honest, funny, and demonstrated a mental exhaustion that many women carry in their homes and marriages.
Kayla’s exhaustion and frustration felt authentic, and I appreciated how real the relationship dynamics were. Although I wasn’t a fan of her husband! 😂
This was easily a 5 ⭐️ star read but I knocked off 1/2 a star ⭐️ because I hate cliffhanger endings!!!

Hilariously Funny

I've never had a book that's has kept me reading with so much laughter in between. There was compassionate moments that were not funny. However, the book itself gave me so much joy to read even through hardships, relational friendships and family. I enjoyed this book. Big thumbs up!!!

This story is an easy read. Many mother’s will be able to relate to the drama that unfolds in the diary entries. It felt like I was reading a real diary. The way it’s told made me laugh out loud.

I gave it 5 stars although I wished some diary entries had been shorter as my little ones interrupts me a lot. But, it’s easy to get into and I’d definitely recommend it.

This should be a staple gift at every baby shower to really prepare new mums of what to expect in an entertaining way.
