Once again we are transported  into Colin's world of drakens, dwarves, goblins, orcs and other mysterious creatures.  Enter Snorri, a dwarf on a quest. Through his many adventures we come to know Snorri. He is stubborn,  impulsive and single-minded. He is loyal and trustworthy. He is a hero. But in his heart is a single hatred that burns and consumes him. Where will it take him? What will happen when he comes face to face with his arch enemy?  Read and find out!   No spoilers here.

There are times when the writing is brilliant. The tension rises and you cannot read quickly enough. Although not as polished as Myra, the first book in this series, it is an excellent read from a young and aspiring author
