Always a pleasure to hear it out by Swami ji himself.. I got through this via Audiobook and it was very informative. Swamiji talks about a typical person and how they can benefit from a humble and peaceful way of living life. Living each moment as it passes and staying in connect with the divine.. Be a better human..
