Truly, Honestly 💿🎷🎛🎹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My thoughts:
💸It Could Happen To You by Donna Hill - This was a bit of a slow start and choppy but once I got into it I couldn't put it down. Pages 1-84
📖 Page 140 Matter Of Trust Chapter Seven - This story is similar to the last in writing style and theme but this MC is on my nerves, it's like she isn't serious about her future and is stuck neutral, she has a problem with every solution.
🎭A Matter Of Trust by Francis Ray - I didn't care for this one. It was okay. The main character was very indecisive. I didn't get why the director has to sleep with his cast, but whatever. I wasn't feeling the writing style or the story.
Pages 84-169
📖 204 Sweet Surrender Chapter Four - I have barely gotten started but this one seems to be the best story so far of course this is the reason why I grabbed the book.
💅🏿Sweet Surrender by Rochelle Alers - This was the best story so far.
Pages 171-267
🎷🎛🎹Truly, Honestly by Felicia Mason - Overall it was okay, the story was good but the plot was a bit off.
Pages269-342

This is a decent collection all centered around the same place of business but I didn't discover any authors to add to my must-read catalog list. The stories all followed the same pattern, it got old, especially the love scenes at the same point in every story. Overall it was better than okay to kinda of good.

Recommend to others: Sure, it's not bad and I enjoy the salon theme.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading these 4 romance short stories. The timeline for the main leads in each story all fall in love in the matter of days to weeks, lol. Not sure how realistic that is but still enjoyed each characters story arc. Absolutely love reading romance highlighting Black love. Looking forward to reading more books by these authors.

Great Read

I usually don't care for short stories because they end before I want them to. However I loved these stories. They were full and fun.
