I realize this book is probably not for everyone. If you're not open to manifestation and sending positivity and, pretty much, "Being the Love," then this is not for you. But I think that there is more at play in the universe than what is known, so who knows? I liked the positivity and promoting kindness and goodness that this book advocates and, even if the manifestation piece is "out there" to some, how could it hurt to be more positive? Thanks to Goodreads for the free book. I enjoyed it!
Sarah Prout is such a wonderful influence on people becoming there best selves. She gives tools to connect with yourself and the universe on a deeper level. ** Update " Wow! I received the sample of your beautiful book Sarah Prout . I couldn't put it down ! So much of your beautiful journey I can relate to.
I love how honest and brave you were to share with Your reader's the honest truth that comes with being in an abusive relationship. I think what I loved the most, is how you were able to reflect on the role you played in each area of your life that was painful, and take responsibility.
You are so beautifully honest, and shared with us how you worked through it. I find so many self help books, can become dangerous sometimes to read because they unintentionally leave the reader left in the second hand trauma of when a trauma is revealed.
I felt like you have put very specific intention to walk whoever is reading through your story, with self awareness and kindness and truly being the LOVE.
I can tell by reading your journey just how much self work you must have done to get to this place of complete personal responsibility, compassion for oneself, and the ability to reflect and let go of trapped emotions. You also were able to extract the teachings from each and every experience you shared, implement it for yourself first, then able to turn it as a beautiful lesson for others.
This is such an amazing sneak peek into this incredible book! I am beyond excited and so grateful to be on this journey with you!! Amazing read, amazing Articulation and I love how you connect directly with the reader, it felt like I was having a conversation with you as a friend having a coffee. I am so excited to read the rest of this amazing book and truly open my heart to unconditional LOVE.
Sarah is always encouraging, and her story allows readers into her life. She is a living example that through heartbreak there can be even more love and hope. I encourage everyone to order and read this book.
I’ve read Sarah’s first book Dear Universe💜 I’m very excited to be be able to read Be The Love. 💜💜💜💜💜😃🎉📖 🎉 A beautiful book to read I couldn’t put it down💜
I think this is a must read, I wasn’t familiar with the author at all and have just started feeling more positive about myself so I was open to the message. This gives the author’s first hand experience with not so positive things and shows all the beautiful people and change that has come to be. Beautifully written and I resonated with many of the conflicts. I received an ARC copy of the book and am posting this review. I will be passing this on to my mother for her healing.
Sarah shares parts of her story with us and so much that she has learned. I felt instantly connected as I read and was able to tuck away key phrases to apply immediately. She shares steps, mantras, affirmations that guide you towards the positive changes you want to make. This book also includes journal prompts and sharing kindness ideas. I really enjoyed this book.

I love this book! It has come at a perfect time in my journey. I have become a fan and follower of Sarah’s. This book is thought provoking and the journal prompts are exactly what is needed to get the most out of this experience
So honored at the opportunity to read a sample. Once I began to read it just made me tingle all over. I can not wait to read it in is entirety. I love how the author explains things and relates them to her own life. Manifesting your hearts desires is truly about loving yourself 1st and utmost. This is the first time In my 50 years here that I have truly been able to sit with myself and say even though its a work in progress I am open to everything Sarah discusses in this masterpiece. She truly is an inspiration 🥰
This was a nice detour through one woman's spiritual journey. She offers some nice advice, but this is a pretty hard book to categorize, as it's half memoir and half self-help and half new-age spiritualism. This would have been so nice as a late-night coffee conversation between friends, but of course many of us don't have time for that anymore, especially while we're in the middle of pandemic parenting or whatever.
Also, I feel as if this could contain a trigger warning for describing a c-section with complications. Way too close to home for me. Really disturbing. Not complaining, as I think women should be allowed to talk about our grisly experiences.
Here are some nice excerpts from the text--little bits I've socked away for future coffee conversations with friends and family:
It's important to know the difference between your intuition and your anxiety.
Just like a farmer can look to the skies and know when a storm is brewing, you must learn how to identify your own emotional weather patterns and how to respond accordingly.
Shame is the invitation to be better, do better, and strive for breaking your own patterns of limited thinking.
It's hard to believe that we are born into the world with some sort of karmic debt to pay back over the course of our lifetime. What we do have, however, is the collective impact of generational and ancestral wounds. The generations that have lived before us might have inadvertently passed down some of their most limiting beliefs to us.
Self esteem is the joy of being myself.
Energetically, you always become the energy of that which you judge.
What are the ten most empowering words that you could use more on a regular basis? What are words that you will become aware of not to use so much in your everyday vocabulary?
I work with entrepreneurs. Most entrepreneurs fail, not because they are untalented or foolish, but because they don't have the emotional skills needed to win.
I'm not talking about emotional skills with other humans.
I'm talking about emotional skills with yourself.
Let's be honest- "Be The Love" is uncomfortable. I was reading it one evening and my wife asked me to read out loud to her. I declined as I was in the middle of Sarah's repeated miscarriages.
This book is raw, and it will leave its mark on you.
Sarah shares her life story in detail. Sometimes more detail than I would like. But she didn't ask me. She just asked me to trust her storytelling, and that I would be a more complete human once I finished the book.
And, as always, when you trust Sarah, you win.
Sarah's had it worse than you. Maybe not in all ways, but in some ways, guaranteed. When she talks to you about finding gratitude, or getting over feelings of brokenness, or of carefully using your words, she talks from a place of deep pain and of deep love.
Sarah includes a bunch of exercises after each chapter. Don't skip them. Hang out there for a while. You bought this book because you wanted to become more than you are. Or because you wanted to find peace with who you are. These exercises are your key, your map.
I'm pretty biased. I love this book so much I bought it for all the members of the business mastermind I run. Yes they need better websites and social media ads and emails. But ultimately what every entrepreneur needs is to know herself.
This book helps you know yourself.
Once you know yourself, you can love yourself.
And the best way forward in business and in life is to honestly love yourself.
That's how you bring your best self to your business, your family, all your passions.
Our world is suffering right now from a lack of connection, a lack of compassion, and a lack of love.
You can't fix the world, but you can fix your self. You can use Sarah's tools to Be The Love and let your example shine brighter to all the world.
I hope you read this book, I hope you do the exercises, and I hope you are kinder to yourself.
As humans, we tend to let our ego drive our experiences and believe what we are told and lead life with fear. We need to learn how to lead life with love, or as Sarah Prout says "Be The Love". The first chapter of this book has already started to unlock my heart. The lessons are presented in a way that makes it easy to understand and apply to your life. I cannot wait to finish the rest of this book!

I just love Sarah Prout. She has a way of telling stories about her life and making you see things that have happened in your life, that you may or may not have realized and how they affect you in ways you’ve never thought about. It’s very healing. I can’t wait to start the first lessons and start being the love 💜💜💜
I have just read the first chapter of "Be the Love". I am absolutely loving this and hearing about Sarah's personal journey. I am also on my own self-love journey and can relate to her story. Sarah is such an inspiration to me. We all need to learn how to feel, heal and reveal. I am happy to spread the word about being the love. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in personal growth, self-love and manifesting all that they desire.
This book was a pleasant surprise! I like how the arthur put her life into the book. I might not use everything taught to me in this book but some of the stuff I will. I'll be checking out her other books
I received an advanced copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
I just don't think that I am the target audience for this book, as I wasn't familiar with the author's other books or podcast. I don't really feel like there was anything revolutionary in the book though that being said there were a few good tidbits that I have taken away. I think that someone else might find a lot of useful information in the book and empathize more with the author's personal anecdotes - often times it's about reading the book at the right time in your life. There were a few parts that made me cringe, were a bit too woowoo and probably spoiled the book for me, but overall I just don't have very much in common with the author and didn't feel like her stories could be transferred to my life/lifestyle.
Thanks Netgalley for the ARC! I wanted to love this book but it wasn’t for me. What I did like about the book were the journal prompts at the end of each chapter and I will be using them because I think it is a good starting point to reflect on some of the topics of manifestation, what fears to let go of and how you want to show up with love in the world.
