Read this for a Master’s Level class. This is a decent introductory book for anyone who is just starting out and has little to no experience working with students who have ASD. Unfortunately, I did not get much out of the book and found some of the information to be outdated. 3 stars only because it’s a good foundations book
Terrible view. I can’t believe this was required reading for a course I took on autism. Not neurodivergent affirming at all. Voiced by an outsider looking in at every aspect of autism a deficit. It’s completely a disservice to the autistic community.
