Happy addition to the literary magazines that I am aware of. Nice editing, everything from single strips to short and medium-sized spreads. With the changing themes the things on offer per theme are wildly different as well. Of course that means the content hits you like anthologies do: Some are for you, some aren't. But I am really happy this format is out there!

For the cover, backside illustration and separators between sections I would also like to hold a candle, because they are MAGNIFICENT!!!

This issue has manifold CWs because of the vastly varying topics per contribution, so tread with care.

Counted for Bookriot's Read Harder Challenge 2022 Prompt 15: Read a new-to-you literary magazine (print or digital).

I would have thought they'd come up with some juicier secrets, but many of the pieces were kind of boring. Three and a half stars, marked down because of a failure to fact check or possibly a typo saying that at the peak of foreign adoption in Guatemala 10% of the babies born were adopted out. According to a very similar sentence in an article in the Guardian, it was 1% (still ridiculously high).

Some really strong stories in this one! By now I had already seen most if not all in my email, but still. I liked the theme of this issue.
