I never expected to be pregnant again at thirty-five. After being forced into marriage at sixteen, a mother at seventeen, and spending nearly nineteen years ruled by the Curtis family, I was done. A new baby from one fluke is not going to keep me here a moment longer. It’s only going to force me to have more involvement with Mark than I want.
I wasn’t expecting a ‘happy for you Mom’ from Tyler, but his anger and fury hurt more than I could begin to say. And when his anger brings my neighbor to my door, I certainly wasn’t expecting the attraction to the tattooed man behind it to wake all of me.
Too bad he’s younger than I am, not to mention I’m pregnant. No matter how amazing his sweet touches and kisses are, I know it can’t be more than a short interlude. Right? Luca
The moment the dark haired girl moved in across the hall from me, I knew she was mine. Didn’t matter I hadn’t seen her face, the way my body woke told me everything I needed to know. At thirty, I was settled and ready for more, just waiting to find the one to spend my life with. Now that I’ve found her, the last thing I want is someone else having claim to her.
Especially not some punk that thinks yelling and breaking shit is acceptable. Realizing the punk is her kid still doesn’t stop me from wanting her as mine. Learning she’s spent the last eighteen years ruled by her ex and his mother tells me to go slow, even when it’s the last thing I want.
The second she tells me she’s pregnant…game over. She’s mine. I’m not just claiming her though, I’m claiming them. Just let her son, her ex, or his family try to get between us.
With strong language, no cheating, and a HEA, Claiming Them is s short story of approximately 21,250 words. It is intended for an adult audience and may include subjects that are sensitive to some readers. Don't worry, it’s short but sweet giving you insta-love, babies, and a need for a tattooed hunk of your own.
Rylee is done with her marriage now that her son is away to college. Time to live for herself. The first step is the divorce; the second is moving on, and the third was a surprise. The surprise being her giant hooking tattooed neighbor Luca. But her ex is playing around anyway, and he isn't that great.
Luca is the fictional husband you want, and oh my heart. I loved the mushy cringy dialogue and the emotional investment you automatically have with both characters. Need a quick fix of romance, then look no further.
Rylee and Luca's story just ticked all my boxes. Luca is so hot and sure of his attraction to Rylee even though she is older, divorced and pregnant. Rylee doesn't want to be an older woman with a younger guy but Luca is just too much to resist. Their chemistry is intense and Luca is everything that Rylee needs. I will definitely be rereading this again and will be checking out this author's other titles. 5 stars!
This is a cute story and better edited than the last one I read by her. The hero is nice, the heroine, too, and I liked the idea that she was a bit older than him. What I didn't care for was the confrontation scene with the son. It was preachy and didn't ring true. Still, I enjoyed this light read, and that's all I was after.
Very hot and romantic, I wish everyone was so understanding and good people like all of them are! I hope so because I loved the book! First time with this author but I keep reading her books! Safe for me,
Why is this book so fu€king short?! It had a really interesting plot line and characters I really liked but this story only gives you a taste of it all and then it’s over. Grrrr.
It would have been better as a longer story. Good luck.
I love Luca and Rylee, they're just soo perfect for each other! Such a steamy and beautiful love story! Soo soo good and soo soo H.O.T🔥🔥 I absolutly loved it soo much!😍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🥰
Luca & Ryley's story is a good read to get lost in for a few hours. Once you get past the cringey dialogue, it's a cute read, brimming with chemistry and lots of interesting characters.
It is a cute short story, just needs editing. Badly. A lot of commas were missed. A ton of run on sentences. Enough to make me have to stop and reread to understand.
