9 Step Negativity Detox: Reset Your Mindset and Love your Life (Mindset Matters) by Domonique Bertolucci receives five stars from me. I found the audio recording to be accessible and easy to follow.

This author read the text and delivers it well. She's easy to follow and understand. The ideas are solid and I could see me using them. I've started using some already.

I did not expect at 360 degree turn around with my life; rather that I would have some tools to make some changes. I feel that podcast was successful in this way.

However, I feel I didn't get as much out of it as I could if I would have taken my time with each section. There's a workbook that is available for down load, and I plan to go through the podcast again, and work through the workbook slower.

Recommended: yes.

It's such a journey. I read 1 chapter per day just so that I can take it all in and have time to really reflect and process the wisdom in this book. Reading this feels like having a life coach. It guided me to release any negative emotions that's been building up inside me and turn it into something positive and switch my perspective. I love this book.

It's a nice audible listen...not the best in terms of self improvement but of the nine steps some of them are very unique...

Would recommend as a quick listen whilst travelling or engaged in some leisure time activity

Super helpful to read at the beginning if this new year. I listened to this on Audible and later bought the physical book. I'm going to read it again because the book has journal prompts and other things to help with goals, habits and changing your mindset.

Absolutely loved this podcast series.

Nice easy steps with great insights & tips for readers/listeners - you can go at your own pace & I expect I’ll listen to this series a few times.

I really enjoyed this self-help book and I intend on keeping a gratitude list to look at. A handy book to flip through occasionally.

Nothing earth-shattering here, but definitely some good reminders in this book. It’s also a very approachable format where you can easily focus on the steps that are most important to you and refer back to them. Each step also includes a handful of journal prompts to help you dig deeper, if you want.
