This author read the text and delivers it well. She's easy to follow and understand. The ideas are solid and I could see me using them. I've started using some already.
I did not expect at 360 degree turn around with my life; rather that I would have some tools to make some changes. I feel that podcast was successful in this way.
However, I feel I didn't get as much out of it as I could if I would have taken my time with each section. There's a workbook that is available for down load, and I plan to go through the podcast again, and work through the workbook slower.
It's such a journey. I read 1 chapter per day just so that I can take it all in and have time to really reflect and process the wisdom in this book. Reading this feels like having a life coach. It guided me to release any negative emotions that's been building up inside me and turn it into something positive and switch my perspective. I love this book.
Super helpful to read at the beginning if this new year. I listened to this on Audible and later bought the physical book. I'm going to read it again because the book has journal prompts and other things to help with goals, habits and changing your mindset.
Nothing earth-shattering here, but definitely some good reminders in this book. It’s also a very approachable format where you can easily focus on the steps that are most important to you and refer back to them. Each step also includes a handful of journal prompts to help you dig deeper, if you want.
