Cute and very useful book. So small that it easily fits in my shopping bag. Contains both apx. 30 recipes and a lot of empty meal plans and symptom trackers as well as useful tips for gluten free living and dining.

Please note that the recipies uses a flour blend (the author uses the brand Freee which isn't widely accessible in Denmark, but she also has a flour blend recipe at her website. I guess the flour blends from e.g. Schär could be used as well).

In plain Danish: En rigtig fin lille sag. Særligt god til dig, som er nydiagnosticeret cøliaker, eller som fortsat har symptomer, trods du spiser glutenfrit.
Opskrifterne er naturligt glutenfri, kan gøres mælkefri (eller laktosefri) og low FODMAP.

Not a great deal of recipes in this one as it is mostly a planner and food diary but it does give you a taste of what you can do. Favourite recipes here include: Pikelets, Sizzling Burrito Rice Bowl, Chicken Nuggets, Lemon Meringue Cheesecake Pots and Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Exactly what it says it is - a meal planner and food diary, with some recipes and tips!

Will use to track my son's meals for 12 weeks. Appreciate that it has more room for things, like exercise and just general feeling of the day.

Do look forward to making a few of the recipes asap!

A helpful short book that allows you to also take notes based on your recipes. It is a great addition, but if you already have her other books, it is not a necessity. However, if you do not have a lot of space for cookbooks or want to take a physical cookbook on holidays it is great.
