Darling Dimitri, can I say this isn't what I actually called you in my head for a lot of this book. To be honest I wasn't so sure I liked your persona and at times Sorina frustrated me just as much. However, these two little troublemakers redeemed themselves as emotions, feelings and passion lit the darkness with such a brightness. A story that has you on the edge of your seat torn between throwing your kindle or holding it tight nurturing the relationship and connection that these two were radiating. There was witty banter, heartfelt emotion, angst, drama and just a touch of chaos. As secrets swirl between these two and an attraction that is just waiting to explode in full force comes boiling over, we will be confronted with a sassy girl who harbours a hurt that she has not divulged, who just wants to be loved and a high-handed dominant male that maybe brash, demanding and a total alpha but beneath it all has a heart of gold when it comes to the woman who owns him.

This book captivates you from page one and gives you all the angst , grumpy sunshine , bully - sports romance we need ! Thanks so much Rose for my arc copy , I devoured it .
Dimitri stirred my interest for so long and I am glad we finally get his book and back story of his harsh life in Russia . He was adopted by Arty who took him under his wing . When he’s 16 Arty brings home a 15 year old Romanian girl to ward as well . Sorina is a thriving gymnast with a dark past of hidden secrets .
The two quickly clash and Dimitri knows he has to distance himself or the flame will light beneath them . Fast forward to college where Dimitri is a football star , and who shows up to work with the cheer squad : Sorina ! They quickly fall back into their push and pull and Dimitris dominating personality taking the leading role . Secrets are revealed , promises are made and broken and the flame has been lit . We see the friends from the first two books and love the found family vibes . Dive into this fast paced , spicy , page gripping sports romance today !!

One of the best from this author.
One of my first discoveries when I came back to reading for pleasure, was this author. With every book, I found myself falling deeper in love with how she pens a story. Her stories and characters continue to impress me and live in my head. The characters become my friends and their journey towards love becomes something celebrated because they feel real.
That was, especially, true with this book. From the beginning of every series, I have a certain character that is my favorite, in this case, it was Dimitri. I was waiting for his story to be told because I know that there was a backstory there that I couldn't wait to sink my teeth in. Boy howdy, did this boy have a backstory. I loved how over-the-top he was. He was definitely the king of this jungle amongst these four friends. I cannot count the number of times that this man made me smooth. He might appear as aloof and brash but there is a sweet spot that made me love him even more than the other guys. I felt bad for him and the position that he was put in. However, once he made up his mind and was all in, this man truly was all in.
Reading romance either reminds someone that they have found that elusive unicorn of a man, or they are hoping to find a man that will burn the world down without a second thought to protect his love. Dimitri was a perfect example of why romance gives women hope because if this man was to come my way with his aloof ways and his swagger, I can guarantee, I would think twice about dating again.
Highly recommend, not only this author but this series. Each book builds off the last book but stands solidly on its own. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for Axel.

Oh goodness Dmitri, you may have the bad boy personality but beneath it all you are loyal and everything a woman could want!!! I loved his story. You are going to want to read this series!! Rose Croft you have yet do it again so so swoon worthy!!!

Friendly warning : Dimitri will own your most forbidden fantasies. And if you'll dream of him or can't get enough, don't say i didn't tell you that.
Because he's that. He's too much to resist his vibe. Dangerous, demanding, devoted, he's all this and more. And he's so damn hot when he speaks Russian!!!! He's possessive, yeah, but that's such a turn on. Not only for, Sorina, but also for you. You'll see.
He's one of the most intense and intriguing characters I have ever read about.
Oh yeah, he'll get on your nerves too. He'll drive you crazy. Until you will love him so deeply and so much, just like Sorina does.
Oh and I love that he doesn't get a no for an answer. Never. Protective, possessive, passional, God, I want him to be real, not just a Sexy character of a book, I want to read over and over again.
Now that my crush on him is obviously, let's focus on Sorina. She's far from a sweet doll. She has her own drama. But her smart mouth is something else. Her sass is challenging and addictive. I liked her very much for standing up to him. And push his buttons. It's encouraging. It makes the magic in the story.
Overall, don't worry if you haven't read the previous books. This can be read as a stand-alone too. You will love it anyway
What about the hot scenes??? Well, I'll let you fantasies to go wild, considering his Bahamas.
Oh and let me spend a word on Axel. He's a slode character, but he's a spicy a##. It will be really interesting to read his story.

Sper sa va bucurati de fiecare moment al aceastei povesti de iubire, pt ca merita citita.

This book introduces us to Dmitri and Sorina. It is full of angst, it is forbidden, taboo, and has an alpha who will put ALL OTHER ALPHAS to shame. Sorina is a strong and feisty character who can give as good as she gets. Dmitri is Dmitri. A completely unapologetic, grumpy, Russian male, who excels in football.
The interaction between the two of them is explosive, electric, and spicy. There is witty banter, needling between friends, immense angst, and emotions on overload. It is safe to say that Dmitri and Sorina are my new favorite couple and Rose’s best book yet. I am so excited to read about Axel and his troubles. I have a feeling it is going to be good!!

Holy mother of hotness and everything swoony!!
This book was everything, absolutely everything I was hoping for and more! Rose managed to pull out every single emotion. The forbiddance, the angst, the chemistry! Everything about Sorina and Dimitri was perfection! I would've read the entire book in one sitting if I could have!
I've been in love with this series from the very start. Rose Croft writes the absolute perfect alpha heroes and Dimitri wasn't the exception. Protective, seductive, cocky but with a golden heart that made everything melt inside of me! He loved Sorina from the very start, but needed a little push to finally accept it! Sorina was such a badass! I loved her attitude, her determination and her drive to be what she wanted to be despite her situation and her past. Both of them had very difficult childhoods and I loved that they were able to connect and understand each other's needs, because they had similar backgrounds. The more the story developed, the more we discovered about them. I love how interesting and complex they were written and how deep Rose was able to dive into them. It made the explosion of emotions even more intense. I simply loved their switch from enemies to lovers! It was so smooth and so, so hot and romantic! By the end of the story, I was so in love with how much in love they were with each other and with the sweetest plot twist ever!
I need to point out how hot this book was! OMG! These two had such an explosive chemistry and a very intense connection that made my heart explode and my cheeks blush so hard. I freaking loved every single second of the story.
I also loved to see Roman, Theo, Nick and Kenzie still super in love and living their happily ever after and of course being the coolest family in all Hillside! And holy shit! I cannot wait to get Axel's story!
This series is an absolute bomb and I cannot wait for everyone to read this book! I absolutely recommend 100%

Darling Dmitri was amazing, Rose has done it again with her boys! This is a story that sucks you in and you won't want to put down! I loved Dmitri and Sorina together these two have been through so much heartache in there young lives! Then college we get so much angst between these two and so many steamy moments! Love all the banta between all the other characters! Amazing ending! Looking forward to Axel's story!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This book was AMAZING! The ANGST! I think Dimitri is my favorite so far from this series! He’s a complete alpha. This is a forbidden romance and Dimitri took that forbidden to heart for so long! Dimitri and Sorina were complete fire! Their backgrounds, the way they met, their lives in high school, and the change that came about in college. Everything was SO good! I didn’t want the story to end! And that ending!!! I can’t wait for more books from Rose Croft! Each one gets better and better!

Darling Dmitri is book 3 in Boys on the Hill series. Demitri is anything but a darling he is an Alpha Ahole. But the chemistry that he and Sorina have is off the charts. This pair drove me a little insane at times but in the end their story is beautiful, tragic and consuming. Another fantastic read looking forward to Axel’s story.

I had been waiting to see where the enigmatic Dmitri's story would lead and Rose Croft did not disappoint me! What a ride!
Dmitri and Sorina had an attraction that was palpable from the moment they met. The chemistry, banter, and yes, even the "forbidden" aspect was riveting. I really enjoyed their story and frankly didn't want their story to end.
A MUST READ! But start with the first two stories in the Boys On The Hill Series first to truly appreciate the depth of the relationship that make this a truly unique saga.

Now he belonged to a wealthy family and was the star wide receiver on the football team. Before leaving for college, his father took in another legal ward. Meeting Sorina sparked an attraction he was in no way prepared for. He was supposed to protect her, not be the person she needed protection from. As soon as he could, he put some distance between them and left for college at Hillside University. For years, he kept his feelings buried. Then Sorina followed him to the college. She was older and even more gorgeous. She was pure temptation and it was getting harder and harder to not cross that line.
This story pulled me in easily and kept me enthralled from start to finish. I had hoped to read the first two books before reading this one but ran out of time. I will definitely be going back when time is available. I loved the found family aspect of the friends at college. The chemistry and resulting banter between Dmitri and Sorina was easily addicting. They were pure fire together and required a cold shower or two. I'm highly recommending this read. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve read a forbidden romance, and I’m glad I returned to this trope with Darling Dmitri. The tension and banter between the Russian-American football player and the Romanian gymnast were off the charts. From the get go, I suspected the relationship between Dmitri and Sorina would be explosive. I wasn’t wrong.

5 DARLING DMITRI STARS!! Oh how I love Dmitri!! He had it all going on for the perfect book boyfriend, from sexiness, jock, mouthy and forbidden. I love this series so much, but Dmitri and Sorina will have special place in my heart.

Seriously this series just keeps getting better and better. I loved learning about these two's background and everything they both went through to get to where they are. The tension and chemistry between Dmitri and Sorina was out of this world and the ANGST. This was absolute perfection. I loved every minute of this couple and also their friend group. This is a MUST read.

Ma’am!!! The men you are write OMG I just fall in love each and every time. While it may have taken me a minute with Dmitri because I seriously wanted to strangle him sometimes I did get there and when you fall for him you fall hard! The Angst between Sorina and Dmitri holy freaking like my world on fire. The push and pull will have you on the edge of your seat but once these two came together they are completely explosive. I felt like I knew these two were made for each other when Sorina first came into the picture they were just too young to understand that their story was already written in the stars. This by far has been my favorite of the series so far and I cannot wait to see what Ms. Croft brings us with Axel’s story.

This series is getting hotter and hotter. Dmitri brings a new level of alpha to the mix just when I thought I’d found a new favourite.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book with no shortage of steamy scenes, possessive alphas, fierce and sassy heroines, plus the sizzling chemistry these two produce.
You really feel their story though the pages.

Having read My Roman and Dear Nicholas i wanted to read more from this author! As soon as i saw the announcement for this book on social media i knew i had to pick it up! I started reading it and got right back into the Boys On the Hill world! I so enjoyed this story!
Dmitri and Sorina's journey grabbed my attention right from the prologue! When Dmitri's dad brings Sorina home, nothing will ever be the same. I couldn't wait to see how it'd all play out for them!
Dmitri and Sorina got under each other's skin. I was so glad that i got to dig into both of their minds. I didn't know what all to expect in their story which i really liked. Both Dmitri and Sorina had me going through many emotions from start to finish! The chemistry between these two was undeniable.
The whole forbidden aspect of it all was something i couldn't get enough of! I didn't know how Dmitri and Sorina would tackle their feelings.
It was great getting back into the Boys on the Hill world and reuniting with characters! I enjoyed what everyone brought to the story!

Oh my wow, I absolutely love a possessive and jealous guy and Dimitri was definitely that!
Since Dmitri first saw Sorena he knew it was only going to cause trouble. As much as he wanted to hate her, he just couldn't. He was pretty mean to her at the beginning but because he knew that was the only way he could keep away from her especially when his emotions were starting to show.
When Dmitri left to attend Hillside University, for that one year it was a reprieve for him because she wasn't around and she couldn't cause havoc with his heart and mind. But soon enough Sorena goes to Hillside too on a cheerleading scholarship and that means trouble for both, him and her.
See, Dmitri was adopted by a man who had a heart of gold, Arti couldn't have or didn't have any kids of his own and well, when he saw Dmitri he knew he'd fit in with him. But when Sorena came along, Dmitri didn't know how he felt about it. Now Arti had a secret that he was holding onto pretty good and he couldn't allow the kids to find out what it was. But he treated Sorena like if she were his princess, but he treated Dmitri like he was his son. He asked Dmitri to protect Sorena like his sister, but can Dmitri do that?
While both attended the University, things started to get heated between Sorena and Dmitri. His possessiveness came out and no one was allowed to come near her (guy wise) and pretty soon they were starting to get messy and careless but at that point, Dmitri just didn't care to hide anymore, he wanted everyone to know she belonged to him.
Now when the secret from Arti came out -- that is going to be another problem and also once Arti found out what was going on with Dmitri and Sorena -- boy things are going to go down now!
I was completely smitten with this book, Dmitri and Sorena were everything! I was glued to my device from beginning to end.

Not the one she needed protection from. So I left and started fresh at Hillside University. Determined to never let those feelings for her resurface. For a few years, I kept those feelings in check. However, she decided to transfer to my school out of the blue. Older, more beautiful than ever before and was now back in my life like an unwanted sickness I couldn't get rid of. Darling Dmitri is a standalone in the Boys on the Hill Series from Rose Croft. This is honestly the first book that I have read in this series and I didn't feel like I was lost or missing anything. This is also my first time reading Rose Croft but I really loved her writing style so it will not be my last. I have to also say that I wasn't the biggest fan of these characters many times in this book, however that is half the fun of reading fiction and just waiting for that one moment when the characters redemption is coming. And the feelings you get when they finally give you what you were wanting.
Dmitri is a poor little rich boy but he wasn't always a rich boy and his life on the streets of Moscow will break your heart. However he was adopted by a man named Arty and he made sure to take him under his wing too. At the age of sixteen Arty brings home another child but this time from Romania. Sorina is a really amazing gymnast but she carries around a lot of secrets and has a very dark past. These two do not get along at all from the very beginning. Dmitri knows deep down that he has to get away from her and quick or things would quickly combust between them so off to college he goes where he quickly becomes the star of the football team.He is doing really well at stomping out his feelings for Sorina. However he gets the shock of his life when Sorina comes to college to help out with the cheer time and in no time at all the push and pull between them is once again very evident. However neither of them are the same sixteen and fifteen year old and now he is a dominant personality and it isn't long until they are making promises, secrets are flying all over the place. Promises are broken and the flame that was once doused when Dmitri left is now growing in a bonfire. This book is really fast paced and your going to love to hate these characters for a while. I don't think there was a dull moment in this book and I had a lot of fun reading this book.

And that's all because of the characters.
Like, any of them.
But primarily the main couple.
The hero and the heroine are in a relationship that should had remained platonic. But said relationship changed when they attended the same university. All pretense of platonic feelings is thrown as they interacted more with each other in a setting that is miles away from the place that had labeled their relationship since they first met. Forbidden desires arose and can never be put back, especially when there is no willpower behind it. Now the hero and the heroine are in a relationship that is forbidden, but it also brings happiness that they had not known after experiencing what life has thrown at them in their childhood.
This is my first Rose Croft book and the third book in the Boys on the Hill series. It's a standalone book within the series and characters from the previous books make appearances in this couple's story. Such secondary characters really enrich the story and makes this book better because of their presence. But the book is definitely focused on the hero and the heroine. I enjoyed the whole journey that the couple made in their relationship with each other and as individuals overcoming their own personal struggles. I enjoyed all the angst that the couple were going through in this book. And the sexy times in this book, I already made my point in the beginning of this review. I enjoyed reading this book and looking forward to reading more Rose Croft books in the future.

Dmitri and Sorina's story finally! I am so hooked with this series, they are so much fun and addictive. I love this guys, Rose Croft's writing is great, I love their interactions, the chemistry, and everything in between. You should certainly read them all. Looking forward to read Axel's story, this is just getting better and better.

This is my fave story among the three, I just finished this in one sitting and I want more. Rose Croft's writing style and narration here is smooth I only realized it when I'm on the last chapter of the book, her words just captivates me in this story. I just loved the chemistry between Dmitri and Sorina they just compliment each other and the pacing is awesome no dragging moments it's direct to the point and I do admire the lovescenes here they are just authentic to me not the cringey type but just love. I'm excited with Axel's story he's the clown or the happy go lucky in the group so I want to see how he is when he's in love.

This is the first book I have read by this author and in this series, it didn’t lose me nor confuse me it made me fall in love and dying to read the others. Dimitri and Sorina had a lot in common despite how much they loved to irritate each other. They both had rough childhoods and were both saved by Art. Their story is one that was intense, emotional, and beautiful. The relationship between them was supposed to be taboo, but to me it wasn’t because in no way were they even related, and they only lived around each other for a short time and their attraction something that was undeniable. They had a long road to get to where they were meant to be, but will secrets come between and ruin any chances they have for a happy ending, or can they fight through together? I clung to every part of this book just waiting to see what would happen and if two lost souls could help mend each other.

This is the third book in this series, and this is Dmitri and Sorina’s story. Dmitri has is all and is a star wide receiver who keeps his personal life private. When Dmitri’s father brings home Sorina as his legal ward, he begins to feel possessive and protective over her, which results in him removing himself from the picture. When Sorina transfers to the same school as Dmitri, his feeling resurface. Sorina just wants to be loved, and she has secrets which she keeps hidden. The chemistry between these two is sizzling and undeniable, and they complement each other perfectly. This is a well written story which has emotions, angst, drama, humor, witty banter, tension, secrets, intrigue, family, and love, which leads to a steamy and compelling page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I absolutely devoured this book!!! Rose Croft wrote the most incredible forbidden/ enemy to lovers/sports romance story that had me glued to my kindle from page one.
The angst, drama and the forbidden attraction between Sorina and Dmitri was absolutely explosive. I love how Rose Croft gave us their back story and how these two came to be adoptive siblings. Their relationship was unique from the start, from hating each other to the extreme attraction they had but knowing they couldn't act on them for their unique living circumstances.
When Sorina comes crashing back into Dmitri's life she is not longer a teenager but a grown and beautiful woman that awakes a possessive side on Dmitri I adored, he is a total alpha and what once he tried to fight by leaving to College comes and smacks him in the face because he won't let no one touch what is his. His obsession to Sorina was totally panty melting hot, his dirty mouth was totally delicious and the chemistry between these two was just hot.
The turns of events towards the end was shocking and unexpected but oh so good. This couple had a bumpy road from the very beginning and had to face some obstacles but their ending was absolutely perfect.
I can't wait for the next and final book of this series because with no doubt I can say this series is one of my favorites.

I was given an advance readers copy of this book and have decided to write a voluntary honest review. God this book I've been waiting for a while and I've been a in but a book slump lately. So once I started Darling Dmeteri it pulled me right out. I devoured this book because these characters are amazing! Demetri is just soo hot and daring you can't help but want him. And sorina I absolutely love love this girl. You can't fight your heart forever eventually you have give in. I'm soo excited for Axel I hope the wait isn't too long.
