Linda Aksomitis was a school librarian for 11 years, where she shared her love of fairy tales and legends with K-12 students. After leaving the school division, she published a textbook, Guide To Becoming A Library Technician, and taught collection development in library certificate and diploma programs for eight years. She has published numerous books for young readers with educational publishers in Canada, the United States, and New Zealand.
