I’m no angel. Far from it. I’m the disappointment of the family. The one they try to hide. The failure. The nuisance. I have the rich family – you know the one. Parents dripping in gold, the perfect sister, and the loyal brother. As far as they’re concerned, I’m the accident they wish they had done something about. A rebel. Always causing trouble. That’s fine by me, I’m happy to be anything other than what they expect. Until, that is, my father needs my help. Well, okay, I practically force his hand, but it’s my chance to prove I’m good for something. He needs information on a local biker club. He wants me to go in. To play them. To get what he needs. A club full of hot bikers? A girl isn’t going to say no. I take on the challenge. Go in there and destroy their little club. Sounds like a god damned blast to me. They won’t know what hit them. Or perhaps, I won’t know what hit me… I guess we’ll find out.
Tartlet by Bella Jewel delivers another interesting and entertaining combination of brooding biker, sassy mechanic, sizzling hot chemistry, laugh out loud moments and captivating suspense!
Gabrielle aka Gabby has a mission. Her rich and corrupt father never accepted her as a daughter but if she can get him information about the biker club who is taking the town by storm, she can be something in his eyes. So she uses her mechanic credentials to get a job in the biker garage. But she was never one to follow rules and when sexy as hell Remy catches her attention, she doesn't stop even when Remy infuriates her.Their chemistry is so hot but they have bigger issues. Because her father has some seriously sinister plans for her.
Gabby is so freaking fierce! She has spent a lifetime without belonging to any family. She has been wild and reckless but she secretly craves love and acceptance. She has a loud mouth, so much attitude and a hard exterior. On the other hand, Remy is the sexy charming cocky biker who doesn't know commitments. But he knows that he is deeply attracted to her daring and hot as sin personality. He initially couldn't believe she can be a mechanic and it was a war of pranks but soon that converted into something else. And slowly it transforms into real emotions. The trials Gabby had to go through made them come closer. The only issue I had- I felt we spent too much time unravelling mystery and the couple didn't have enough time together so that I can enjoy the romance part.
Witty, funny and steamy! I love this series so much and the author doesn’t disappoint. Gabby is such an amazing heroine. Strong and she can hold her own. She has secrets and when Remy Winters her world...well things get tricky. This was fast paced, original and so fun. If you want something entertaining and adventurous, I highly recommend this!
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
I'm no angel. Far from it. I'm the disappointment of the family. The one they try to hide. The failure. the nuisance. I have the rich family-you know the one. Parents dripping in gold, the perfect sister, and they loyal brother. As far as their concerned, I'm the accident they wish they had done something about. A rebel. Always causing trouble. That's fine by me, I'm happy to be anything other than what they expect. Until, that is, my father needs my help. Well, okay, I practically force his hand, but its my chance to prove I'm good for something. He needs information on a local biker club. He wants me to go in. To play them. To get what he needs. A club full of hot bikers? A girl isn't going to say no. I take on the challenge. Go in there and destroy their little club. Sounds like a blast to me. They won't know what hit them. Or perhaps, I won't know what hit me. I guess we will find out.
You are going to fall in love with Gabby. I really liked the girl. The rebel. The girl whose father could have cared less that she was his daughter. He never paid attention to her at all. Now he needs her help or more like she told him he needed her help. She is going to infiltrate a motorcycle club and bring them down. This is a girl that takes no bull, gives as good as she gets and I have no a doubt in my mind that she will succeed. But, then along come Remy. This guy is all about a good time. Women are a dime a dozen and he has lots of dimes. He is a mechanic and is all heart for his MC. Now there is a new employee at the garage he works at and when she approaches him for some no stings attached friends with benefits situation he can't say no. Little does he know that he is about to have his world turned upside down. You see Gabby has secrets but is betrayed and finds herself in trouble. Never fear though Remy and the boys are to the rescue. But when they find out her secrets she just might not have anyone to depend on anymore. This is such a fun read. I cracked up and then would be on the edge of my seat. I felt like at the heart of the book it is a story all about making your own family and loyalty. This was one good read and I am so glad that I got to read it.
I always enjoy every new release in this series. It is so fun and always sexy! Feisty heroines and alpha heroes that find love and family along the way.
She's sassy and direct. Gabby never holds back. She's always had to be tough. From a father who never even acknowledged her as his daughter, to a career path that is dominated by men, this woman can hold her own. She is not afraid to say whatever crosses her mind and she asks for exactly what she wants. She is AWESOME! A strong female character who owns her sexuality and her wild side. Loved her.
Remy is all about a good time. Women are a readily available indulgence and he indulges often. He is a mechanic by trade but an MC brother at heart. He is insatiable but likes to give as good as he gets. When the garage's newest employee approaches him about some no strings, mutually beneficial friends with benefits set up, he is all in. This woman is about to turn his world upside down. She is every fantasy he could have ever imagined.
The only problem is Gabby has secrets and when she is betrayed she finds herself in a bit of trouble. Remy and his crew come to her rescue but once they uncover her secret, she may be left to fight her battle all alone.
This is a story of family. A family of your own making forged from loyalty and respect. Gabby came into their lives with an agenda, but once she learned the truth, her reason for staying completely changed.
A fun read with lots of sexy bikers and their sassy counterparts. The author delivers heat and an interesting storyline that will keep you engrossed as their story unfolds. I look forward to more of these characters and hope we get to see them come full circle.

Ding. Ding. Ding. We have a fucking winner! 👏👏👏 This series seriously gets better and better with each new book! Tartlet is officially my new favourite (sorry Pop! Goes The Biker). I have been anticipating Remy’s story since day dot and Bella delivered the goods! This story did not disappoint. I was hooked from the very first page and could not put it down once I started! Not only did Remy lived up to his hot, charming biker ass but the storyline was on point too!
This is a hidden agenda, friends-with-benefits romance that totally had me entertained and constantly giggling to myself. The introduction of Gabby and her cool, blasé attitude had me immediately perking up with interest of her character. She treads a fine line between smugness and confidence but she knows her strengths and weaknesses and adamant about her likes and dislikes that I found her to be such a refreshing addition to the ever-growing cast of characters in this series. I also love the fact that she’s a badass mechanic who gives the boys a run for their money!
In previous books Remy was constantly one of my favourite side characters, with his sweet, chilled demeanor that I admit I was a tad nervous coming into this story knowing I may or may not like who he ended up with. I should’ve put more faith in Bella because not only has she exceeded my expectations for the heroine who’d land Remy but the storyline itself was gripping.
It’s an MC-lite romantic comedy that had a bit of suspense, a whole ton of witty banter, sexual chemistry, and I’m talking lots of dirty deeds. *waggles eyebrows* 🔥🙈
It’s told from Gabby’s first person, singular point of view. Whilst I’d normally prefer dual perspectives and would’ve loved to have had Remy’s POV too, I discovered fairly early on that Gabby’s view was more than enough to tell their story without it feeling completely one-sided.
I thought the storytelling had a nice flow to it. It was well-paced, well-written, detailed, and full of dimension. The addition of the secondary characters from previous and upcoming books added extra oomph, expanded the world-building, and provided a genuine and relatable group dynamic alongside the romance.
The friendships in this particular book were all awesome that I truly hope that this isn’t the last we’ll see of them. Each bond was unique that you really get a sense of depth in each relationship.
There were a few unexpected plot twists I totally did not have an inkling of, so that was an interesting little surprise. Remy’s and Gabby’s story is romance heavy but it wasn’t just pure lust and hookups, as the story progresses and the plot complicatedly thickens, you see a gradual more meaningful development in their relationship.
I found Gabby’s personal story relatable and she touches on certain family struggles that I think a lot of people (me included) can relate to. From all the heroines in this series so far, she’s been the one I connected with the most, not only because of her personality, but also because of her outlook when it came to certain things.
Other than the group dynamic, Remy and Gabby compliment each other so well that by the end it was ultimately what made them my favourite couple. They just click so well that their romance is the stuff of good rom-com movies!
If you’re looking for a quick, lighthearted mood-booster of a romance, you have got to hit this one up. You can technically read this one without having read the previous books in the series but I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s an underlying storyline that continues in each book, and plus you’d have a better understanding of the backstories of each couple if you read them in order. Good news is, they’re all relatively quick reads that you can easily finish in one sitting.
There were a couple of things that were left somewhat unsettled but in all honesty I didn't even notice until after I finished reading and let it sunk in. It's nothing major and unless Bella comes back to it in future books, it's left up in the air. Nevertheless, the story was hot. It was steamy. It was hilarious to boot! There is some darkish content within and although the book cover is somewhat explicit, it’s still for the most part a contemporary rom-com story. As I mentioned earlier, it’s light on the MC element — so if you’re thinking of dipping your toes in MC romance, I think this is a great series to start off with as it’s nowhere near as dark as far as MC romances go, yet you still get a sense of the brotherhood, their MC lifestyle, and how these bikers love their women.
Bella Jewel’s writing is always so effortless to follow. You get easily attracted to her storylines and invested in her characters. I loved reading Tartlet, the protagonists are truly lovable characters that’ll make you smile with their crazy antics. I’ll no doubt be rereading it in the near future until the next book in the series comes out!
Bella Jewel has a gift for writing plot twists. I love it!! Plus her heroins are bad**s. This is clever and entertaining writing. The type were you feel it's more realistic because Remy doesn't automatically falls in love. He is more like "yeah sure, I think there's something worth checking here". Gabriella is a menace. Has a lot of attitude and complete lack of filter. She is awesome! I love her character. If whatever comes out of her mouth can shock a biker like Remy, she has my vote. And of course, I want to be Doris too when I grow up. Honestly, I didn't find anything I didn't like in this book. GET IT!
I love this book! I'm looking forward to reading the next one after this! I need more Doris in my life, I feel like we all need someone like Doris. She is one of my favorite characters! I feel like we all have those moments in our lives where we feel like we want to fit in. I feel for Gabby's character in this book. I love Remy and the rest of the bikers. They might be a loud crowd, but they are fiercely protective. Great book! Excited for the next one!
*I was provided a copy of this book and this is my honest review*
Well author Below Jewel did in fact warn us Every end book 3, this was gonna be an explosive read. And that.it was. Just not in the BOM goes the bomb sorta way.
You can say Remy We're definitely explosive when they got together. They are both on fire for 1 another Unfortunately, Gabby wanting to prove to her father that she's worth something betrays Remy and the club. But after that betrayal she realizes what a total scumbag her father really is, she does all she can do to set things back to rights.
Things don't go quiet as Gabby planned. She wimds up as main murder suspect. This is all thanks to her fathers backhanded ways. However, it was her father murdered the young girl. Because of this it was simple for him to plant evidence on his own daughter to keep himself out of prison.
Funny how things don't work out for daddy NOT dearest. He winds up dead. Shot by his own son. Luckily Remy and gabby put the pieces of their relationship back together. And of course they're just as fiery hot and explosive as was when they first got together.
Side note or favorite character Doris unfortunately had a fall in her home. Now after breaking her hip and having it surgically repaired, poor Doris is force to sell her house and move into an old folks home. She is so NOT looking forward to it after all Doris says women tend to judge others and start rumors.
I can't wait for book 5 to start in this series! As it moves on to Hugh's story and two possible love interest. There's Delilah, the mother of his child and oh the new hot nanny. Yep, should be interesting reading.

Oh now, THIS is my favorite of the series so far! I have the biggest girl crush on Gabby.
Gabby comes from the richest family in town but to say that their family dynamics are dysfunctional is a total understatement. Her sister is Becky - who was hooking up with Beckett -, her brother is a lapdog clone of their father, and her father is a cruel, cold-hearted jerk. She has no choice but to live with him until she saves up enough to move on with her life and when he asks her to get into the local MC and get him information on their illegal dealings, she wants to prove herself. That is until they become more of a family to her than hers ever was. She also starts a friends-with-benefits thing with Remy, two people who can stay totally detached from feelings, or so they think. But what happens when the club finds out she tried to screw them over? Her father deals in way shadier things than she imagined and when he tries to frame her for murder, she really needs their help.
Gabby is a woman on a mission. She comes from a crime family and has always been a bit of the black sheep. She is strong, independent and fearless. Even though her family is dysfunctional she still wants to belong. When her father needs help infiltrating a local biker club in town Gabby knows that this is her time to shine. She uses her knowledge of cars and engines to apply for a mechanic position with in their club. She knows her way around a garage and she can make this happen to get the intel that her father needs. She is a woman in a man's world so she is always on her toes. What she never saw coming was him, Remy. The big brooding biker is about to knock her off kilter. This couple is sassy, sexy, funny and have wonderful witty banter! ~~Michele McMullen ~~
This was by far my favorite book in the series! Gruff biker Remy just wants to fix cars, hang out with his MC club brothers and enjoy all the women in his life. When he least expected it a tornado named Gabriella came into his life. Gabrilla’s father is a mean man and wants her to be a spy at the MC club for him. She’s not the biggest fan of her family but what the heck. Remy and Gabby were laugh out loud hilarious and had amazing chemistry. I really enjoyed this book. The characters were well developed and the story was layered and very entertaining. This was a great quick read and I look forward to reading more books in this series.
Tartlet is edgy, fun and scorching hot. This follow up to Pop Goes the Biker is a test of family loyalty but to which family; blood or the one you make for yourself? Gabby insinuates herself into the club's life to prove herself to an emotionally distant but very powerful father. However, she gets to know the club members, especially the very hot Remy and begins to question her father's motivation and her own conscience. She gets a true test of if she should do what's right for her father, the club or herself. This was very addicting and hard to put down!
I like Remy and Gabriella together, it just felt more real as opposed to some books where the hero falls for the heroine instantly. Remy was all like, there’s potential there and Gabby was a complete menace!! When the MC that Remy is part of expand their turf to include Gabby‘s father‘s turf he sends her undercover to get the dirt on them. What he doesn’t count on is her falling for the grumpy Remy. I love how the MC rallies around Gabby when she is in trouble.
I'm going to be honest - I was a little scared that this one wasn't going to be as good as the previous ones in the series.
Boy was I wrong!
This book had me wrapped by the end of the first chapter!
Gabby is the outcast in her family. She's unconventional and perfect to do the dirty work her father needs her to do - To get in good with the local biker gang.
Gabby and Remy have those instant hate vibes where you KNOW once they come together, it's going to be EXPLOSIVE!
I love how Bella Jewel can combine humor, suspense, LOTS of heat and pull it into one fabulous story - again and again!
This series is my new addiction and I find myself craving the next story as soon as I finish the current one.
If you haven't read this series, I SERIOUSLY can't recommend it enough!
I was unsure of how this would play out with Gabby being becky's sister an all. But it took some turns I did not expect and kept me on my toes for sure.
Gabby is the outcast of the family. The naughty girl, the trouble maker. She walks to her own beat and really doesn't care much for what others think. I love that despite her not being uplifted in her life she was strong and confident in herself. She's so well rounded as a character and relatable.
Remy is the guy with no attachments. He has his fair share of women but none get the elusive kiss that means more than just a night of fun. Despite his big bad biker persona he was actually so done to earth, very funny and at times sweet when it meant the most. He's positively yummy.
These two had electric chemistry and a connection that could be felt through the pages. Honestly they were literally the gender opposite of eachother in personality. Both spunky outspoken and a freak in the sheets. They just cracked me up with the banter, bickering and teasing.
As per with this series Gabby and Remy's journey is a crazy dysfunctional ride filled with all kinds of Hilarious happenings, shocking revelations and filth in the best kind of ways. And of course we have a huge collection of epic characters that never fail to amuse and frustrate me in all the best ways.
Now I want Gabbys hot Best friends story because hellooooooo!!!!! Bad boy cowboy. I'm here for it.
Now I'm moving onto Clash of the Nannies. I want to know everything and Maggie and Hugh!.
I was looking forward to this one, especially after the previous book and how it gave a sneak preview.
Gabby was on a mission for her father. Not that she much interested in it, but who wouldn’t want your father’s approval, especially as she is the ‘black sheep’ in the family. She was to go and get dirt on a biker club. So she uses her mechanic expertise to get a job at the biker garage. But things seem to go a bit hay wire when she’s attracted to the sexy Remy 😊
Remy was the happy go lucky life is good and its meant to be enjoyed type of guy. His a mechanic, but he loves the MC life. So when the new girl at the garage offers a no strings attached friends with benefits deal who was he to say no. But be careful what you get involved in, lol And secrets has a way of coming out when you least expect it to 😊
As usual this one was just as good as the previous books. Filled with fund and laughter and amazing chemistry between the characters. I loved Gabby she was a take no prisoners type of girl and sassy and independent and just a girl who was a total rebel. And I think Remy was totally her match 😊 Everything about this story will drag you in from the start. You wont be disappointed with this one 😊 This has become one of my favorite series to read when I need a good laugh and I cant wait to read more 😊❤❤
⭐⭐⭐⭐ As soon as I saw the Blurb for this book, I knew I had to read it. Gabby has definitely become one of my favorite characters! She is someone I would love as a best friend. This story is an MC romantic comedy about Gabby and Remy. I related to Gabby quite a bit. She is the black sheep in her wealthy family with her siblings being the perfect children while she is always a disappointment or getting in trouble. She finally finds her chance to change things when her father wants Intel on the local biker club. He wants her to infiltrate the club and get the information he needs. She is a talented and qualified mechanic so she gets a job at the club mechanic's shop. I love that setup in a book where the female MC is a badass in a male dominated job. At her new job, she meets sexy and charming Remy. He is the typical cliche biker. He's a playboy with no shortage of women available to him. Gabby is the type of woman who isn't afraid to go after what she wants. She strikes up an easy friends with benefits relationship with Remy. In the process, a relationship develops. I loved the development of their story. I laughed hard quite often which isn't usual for me. There was just enough suspense to keep me engrossed in the story and on the edge of my seat. It was a relatively quick read that I really enjoyed. This is my honest opinion, freely given.
Bella Jewel has absolutely created one of the best #GIRLPOWER series with Turf Wars, and each heroine in this series marches to the beat of her own drum. Gabby is our newest original heroine who is literally the black sheep of her wealthy family, but for some reason, her father actually tasks her with something to help the family out. It leads her to working at the bikers garage (she's a talented mechanic) so she can get the goods on this club. Remy also works there, and the sparks are flying from the jump, but what makes it even more entertaining, Gabby has no problem getting what she wants from him & I loved her attitude since she doesn't do anything serious, just a FWB situation. They keep hooking up, but it's not long before she realizes something is going on with her family, and the bikers are more to her than her family, but she's already in pretty deep. What follows is twists coming in hot as we get some suspense with it all, but the humor is what was my favorite since I laughed my way through. These two are actually catching feelings but what will Remy do when he finds out what she did at first because we all know dirty little secrets tend to always come out! You know what to do to find out as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
This is the 4th book in this awesome series and is Remy and Gabby’s journey. Remy is a sexy and cocky biker who is used to having any women he wants. Gabby is feisty, tough, as sassy, and has struggled with never being acknowledged by her father who is a wealthy, corrupt, and mean man, and he wants to use Gabby to get him information of the new MC club in town. Gabby is a mechanic who has had to work had to prove herself in a man’s’ world, and she applies for a job in a garage the club owns. Remy is sceptical that she is a mechanic, and she is determined to prove him wrong. The chemistry between these two is combustible and undeniable. My heart broke for Gabby as she just wants someone to love her for herself. Gabby’s father has another agenda for her, and when she is in trouble Remy and his club brothers come to her rescue, but what will happen when her secrets is revealed? This is a well written story which is fun, entertaining, and with emotions, mystery secrets, humor, witty banter, loyalty, and is a steamy and riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Oh my goodness this was a fun book, I love characters like Gabby, that just march to the beat of their own drum! She is pretty darn awesome, and not just because she is a mechanic, but just her approach on life. Tartlet was fun and SO FREAKING HOT and just an altogether interesting read! These bikers are no joke either, my goodness, I think they all had their own brand of hotness and this book concentrated on Remy..... just yessss!
There are so many misunderstandings and secrets in this book that you couldn't help but scratch your head and try to understand what would be happening next. Poor Gabby is caught in the middle of everything and as any romance reader knows, that usually blows up in their faces, but YOU need to read to see what is going to happen!
All in all this was a good book that I enjoyed reading. I felt as if there were a few things that felt a little forced and had me not connecting fully to the characters, but it was still enjoyable and I give it 4 outta 5 stars. The next book in the series sounds pretty awesome too!
PS: Thank you to Bella Jewel and Valentine PR for allowing me an advanced copy of the book to read and review honestly!
Tartlet by Bella Jewel is the fourth book in the Turf War series and had me in stitches from start to finish! Gabby and Remy spark and sizzle with so much CHEMISTRY!
I adored Gabby. A bit of the black sheep of the family vibes, hilarious and witty, endearing, that you find yourself falling in love with her even without realizing it happened! I LOVE her attitude, I LOVE the fact that she's a mechanic, and basically, I LOVE her!
And Remy? He is HOT! He's gruff around the edges, plays hard and parties harder, yes has a sweet side that makes you weak in the knees! He's dedicated to his chosen family, and he definitely knows how to work it!
And it was such fun seeing familiar faces that always out a smile on my face! The antics continued to be hysterical, and had me chuckling and grinning like a loon.
This story has some great mystery, some excellent drama, and most of all, delightful banter! So, hop on, you're up for one heck of a ride!
P. S. I am so excited for Maggie and Hugh's story!
P. P. S. Don't mind me, drooling in a corner over Rhett. DELICIOUS. And Enzo? I need to visit this ranch. Giving me all of the FEELS.
Gabby is known as the black sheep of her family. She knows it and so does everyone else. The fun part, she is a mechanic, I love that! Love seeing that there is something other than the standard profession for this beautiful lady.
Remy is a member of the motorcycle club and is always down for a good time. When Gabby approaches him for a no strings attached session, he is all on board. What neither of them realize is that this new arrangement is going to throw a wrench in their carefully laid plans.
When secrets are revealed and Gabby needs the MC to help her out, Remy is there until he learns the real reason, she is working at the club I the first place. Will they be able to get past the secrets and work together as well as become a true couple?
I love that Gabby is strong and willing to do what she wants no matter the consequences. Remy is perfect and I love the banter that these two have. Gabby has the right attitude to deal with Remy and it is fun to watch her be her true self with him.
“You get used to it, working in a man’s world. Doesn’t mean I’m going to take it, though.”
Ahhhh ~ this book had so many layers that I loved. You could feel the emotions…steaminess, pain, tenacity, hopefulness, mystery, abandonment, heartache and betrayal pouring out of the pages.
“Whatever happens to me, happens to you a thousand times worse. You were the one who helped me, you are not innocent in this.”
Acceptance, friendship and “family” comes to you in unexpected ways. Not everything is black and white or blood…your true family isn’t what your born into. It’s the people who love you unconditionally…have your back and you have theirs.
“Everything that’s happened fills my mind and repeats on a painful loop, over and over, drowning me. I clench my eyes shut, and then the tears come. The angry tears, the frustrated tears, the tears of utter betrayal.”
Cannot wait for more with this series. Maggie and Hugh’s story, coming in November 2021!!!
Gabby, who professes to hate her family and is treated poorly by them, agrees to get some information for her father from the Club. She meets Remy and decides to have a casual hookup with him. Neither one of them were looking for a relationship. She then decides that she needs the Club's help when her father betrays her. Instead of owning up to what her real reason was for getting hired at the garage, she keeps quiet. When the fallout ensues from the truth coming out, she was not really doing anything to make herself appear better. The relationship between Gabby and Remy was physical only and I had a hard time believing they suddenly were in love. There was no real connection outside of the bedroom and no real friendship that developed between them. Not really a fan of how it ended for them either. The whole ending of Gabby's brother and father was too unbelievable for me. In real life, that would not have ended like that.
Tartlet was a very fascinating storyline I loved the love/hate relationship with super hot chemistry as with all the other books in Turf War Series.
Gabby's the black sheep of the family with no bond between her and her father she finds it hard to make any relationship work so when she accepts a task from him to put the bikers in the firing line for his mistakes she has hopes to prove she can be the daughter he requires.
Remy is a hard character with a tough shell he's a player but he's intrigued by the sassy Gabby who is suddenly working as a mechanic in his garage and he's impressed by her skills.
Secrets and lies will break many foundations but can the MC pull together and give Gabby everything she's ever needed!
A very fun storyline I can't wait for Hugh's book I'm loving this series by Bella Jewel.
Tartlet is the fourth book in the Turf Wars series by Bella Jewel. Each book is about a different couple and I am here for all of them!
Oh boy, what a great read! I needed one chapter to know I am going to enjoy Gabby and Remy’s story to the fullest. Filled with great humor, sass, wonderful and direct heroes, and an action-packed plot. I couldn’t stop reading Tartlet.
The chemistry between Gabby and Remy’s was off-charts. The banter, push and pull. The plot was very interesting, with a dose of suspense. I loved how heroes dealt with problems and misunderstandings. Also, the supportive characters stole my heart, again, and made me feel like a part of their biker club family.
I recommend the Turf Wars series with my whole heart. I can’t wait for the next book! It is going to be epic.
Tartlet by Bella Jewel is very unexpected. But not at all in a bad way. I was a bit dubious when I started reading, but holy hell did I end up on the edge of my proverbial seat waiting to find out what was going to happen next.
When an author places a woman in a male-centric work environment and it’s portrayed true to life and not just the men fawning over her, I’m always impressed.
The very start gave me Sons of Anarchy vibes which is by no means a bad thing, I love SOA! I knew nothing about this book when I started reading it, I didn’t even read the blurb. I’ve never heard of Bella Jewel before, but I’ve definitely not been disappointed.
One of my favourite mc authors I couldn't wait to get stuck into this book.
Tartlet is the fourth book in this fun sexy biker series. It can be read as a standalone although I'd advise to read at least book three (Pop Goes the Biker) first to better understand this book.
This is Gabby and Remy's story and boy is it an addictive read, I couldn't put it down. Gabby really goes through so many emotions and starts to question everything. I loved the banter between her and Remy and the chemistry was hot.
Love this author, love this series and I really can't wait for the next addictive book by this author. Hopefully we don't have to wait to long as I'm already getting withdrawals.
Omg this book was so good. I could not put this book down. You might want to read it at home because it is very steamy. I absolutely loved Gabby from the start she was so sassy and strong and just simply what a lot of us wished we could be. I loved her way of just being herself no matter the circumstances and believe me she had some very difficult circumstances. I hated and I mean hated her family even though at the end I kinda felt bad for her sister Becky and her brother Brad but was glad her father got what he got. Oh boy and let’s not even start on Remy I mean hello hotness. I loved all of the bikers they were so yummy and had great hearts. You must definitely grab it now and read this book you will 100% love it.
