Once upon a time, two monarchs from different kingdoms decide to switch their adult daughters with the hope of curbing their inherent character flaws.

Nkoyo, princess of Efik Kingdom, is impetuously problematic, spoilt, and unruly. Wofai, princess of Atam Kingdom, feels easily threatened and has temper issues. So, she screams as a way of expressing her anger.

This book was a pleasant surprise. I don't read a lot of romcoms but I found myself giggling and laughing aloud at the antics of the characters in this modern, princess-swap, fairy-tale romance set in Nigeria. Come for the romance, stay for the hilarity. Thank me later.

I don’t think I’ve ever read a book like this. The narration was different.
A third person narrative of 2 characters, almost like an auditory hallucination.

I enjoyed this story because it made me laugh out a few times
If you like romcoms set in Nigeria, you’ll enjoy this.

A delightful story that entertained. Two women overcame their issues with the help of their parents. I really enjoyed reading about both of their experiences and their journey to love.
