This is the 2nd book in this series with these two authors!! And I am loving this world they made!!
Our VP is Tate he’s a doctor for the club and works at the hospital, he’s a workaholic and always teases his brothers. He meets his one when he walks into his office his sleeping beauty needs his help for her niece who is weak and could pass away. He’s already made it his mission to help Samara there is a problem Sam sister was killed by a Biker club so she has her walls up with bikers…so he has to be cautious since he wants to keep them.
There relationship starts off slow but grow each day she does take him being a biker alittle to easy since her sister was murder by one so I wish she kept that back away for awhile. Beside that the fit so good.. we get more of them at the hospital then the club or biker world..
we meet more of the brothers and I can’t wait for some of these stories!!

I don't think that I have ever read anything by this author before.
This seems to be a series by 2 authors about professional men by day ,and MMC members by night.
In this book,the H is a pediatric heart surgeon extradinaire, and the heroine is his patient's young aunt.
Insta luv,and a very nice epilogue set 5 years into the future.
I enjoyed this one,stress free read with no ow/ow shenanigans and good sex scenes.Will read the others in this compilation.

The Surgeon is instant love romance but with so many little twists. Dt Tate "Hands" Grimes is a pediatric cardiologist and also a member of The Silver Spoons MC. Samara is a woman that just lost her sister and became the legal guardian to a little bundle of joy that has had more than her share of hospital stays. The moment Tate lays eyes on Samara he knows deep in his heart that she is the one, but she is going to need to trust him with her niece before than can even think of developing a relationship. This is an emotional ride that will have you swooning for Tate and cheering for the beautiful but independent Samara.

I absolutely adored this book. Tate is totally swoon worthy. He is an amazing book boyfriend and completely yummy. Once he sees Samara sleeping on his couch in his office he is totally smitten. The more he gets to know her the harder he falls. Samara has had a rough life. She was in and out of foster care and her mother was an alcoholic. Her sister pulled away from her and she is riddled with guilt over her death. These things have made Samara one tough cookie and she is going to use that strength to fight for her nieces life.
Tate and Samara were amazing together. He showed her that her strength was an asset but it was ok to be vulnerable too and trust in other people. Tate gave her the family she always wanted that also included a bunch of rough, good looking, grumbling bikers. Tate was 100% in with Samara and fell instantly for her sweet niece Scout. There was nothing in the world that he wouldn’t do for his girls.

Completely safe. No ow/om drama. There are mentions of human trafficking but nothing graphic at all. Just small mentions. No abuse and both H and h were virgins!

The female narrator is super annoying but she's nothing on the patronizing and annoying male main character. He wakes up the FMC (who accidentally fell asleep in his doctor's office) by touching her face and calling her sleeping beauty.
Let's not mention all the gross sexual thoughts the author writes for him and skip to where he orders the FMC to "look at me" and "answer the question". It's supposed to show him being compassionate but I just want to punch his face.

I’m usually not into insta love, cute and sweet romance books but The Surgeon sneaked past my defenses and made me love it. It’s a quick, enjoyable and uncomplicated story that works perfectly. Tate with his loving dominance and Samara with her innocent strength made reading this book a fun experience.

Oh this story made me feel all kind of things😍😍😍 This was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Samara just lost her sister and has now to care for her 6 week old ill niece Scout. Scout has a severe heart condition and needs surgery ASAP. The best surgeon is Tate "Hands" Grimes.... As soon as they met sparks flew and they fell for each other. Tate saw his woman and knew he would do everything for her and little Scout😍😍😍 Instalove, sweet, steamy, heartwarming and gut wrenching, romantic and totally safe(oh yes DV🥰🥰🥰🥰-freaking love it sue me😉) with a sweet HEA. The Silver Spoon MC is more than friendship it's a family❤️❤️❤️ Can't wait for Cowboys story👍👍

Bigger problem is that Samara's sister was killed by an MC, and being in an MC is a big part of Tate's life. How can he get her to see that not all MCs are the same?
Commentary: It is a wee bit unlikely that Tate, a wealthy, good-looking surgeon/MC officer would still be a virgin. That really stretches the imagination. That said, this was a sweet story - I really liked the moment he walked into his office and saw Samara asleep on his couch. And having so many people there to support her and Scout was beyond heartwarming. Having that support system makes all the difference in the world.

Yet another hit from Nichole Rose! I love MC stories but finding a safe one is not easy. I was so happy and didn’t want the story to end!

Sweet beautiful story. Dr. Tate 'Hands' Grimes is tasked in saving Scout 's life from a congenital heart defect. Samara is the Aunt who is fighting for her niece's life. They meet, he falls head over heels in love, at first sight. The Silver Spoon MC's are a crew of beautiful, professional men who are part of a club that is more a family. I loved this one. Great read! 4 stars

This was really fucking sweet.
It was an insta-love like most of her other books, and it was short and steamy like them too.
The plot was pretty heartbreaking with Scout’s heart condition and the way her mother died, but everything that Tate and his brothers did was so sweet afterwards that it sort of made up for it.
And the dirty talk was just the steam it needed to balance it all out.
Such a cute book.

Samara and Tate
Samara was reeling from the murder of her sister and the impending heart surgery on her infant niece. The last thing she expects when she meets the pediatric heart surgeon is for him to proclaim she was his. To much was going on but Tate knew Samara was his one. And he will do anything to get his girls home. Great plot, likeable characters and red hot romance. Highly recommended

This is a story with the focus on family bonds and supporting friendships. Tate and Samara are a caring and loving couple, treating each other teasingly and tenderly. There is lots of steam packed in this shorter read, and a refreshingly drama-free hero and heroine who quickly connect and commit wholeheartedly. There are quite a few supporting characters who will or have had their own books, and this does take attention away from the main couple. Overall, a very enjoyable and satisfying read.

Why on earth is this book so highly rated. It was the most cringey book I’ve ever read. Honestly had to skip big chunks so I could finish it without dying of second hand embarrassment. This was so bad 😭😭

OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Tate/Hands and Samara met when she's waiting for him in his office. A week ago Samara found out that her sister was killed by a MC and she had a baby leaving it to her. Samara finds out from doctors that her niece has a heart condition and is just hanging onto life. Samara best friend, Troian Have a Heart: A Beauty in Imperfection Anthology suggests that she go to see Tate. Tate finds Samara sleeping on his couch when he gets into his office. As Tate talks to Samara she finds it easy to talk to him about what happened to her sister. Tate lets Samara stay in his penthouse across from the hospital so that she's getting some sleep. After going over Scout's medical records Tate gets a surgery date to operate on Scout. Tate encourages Samara to hold Scout, it's the first time she's able to hold her niece. Tate heads back to Silver Spoon Falls to take care of business at the club. Tate lets them know about Samara and her niece, they all agree they'll be there to support her on surgery day. Tate can't stay away from Samara so he heads back to Houston to be with her, he'll have to travel back in the morning for his patients. Tate pleasures Samara when he gets back to his penthouse. Tate holds Scout the next day and Samara wants to hold her niece. The night before surgery Tate brings Samara's best friend, Troian and her husband Gage to stay the night with Scout. Book Two doesn’t disappoint.
Tate Grimes is an over-the-top, delicious, alpha male wrapped up in sexy scrubs (I imagine he makes scrubs sexy anyway). Samara is the strong, smart and fierce woman who brings Tate to his knees from the moment he lays his eyes on her. Together, Samara and Tate are perfection.
Tate is one of the country’s premier, pediatric heart surgeons. Samara crosses his path after she heartbreakingly loses her sister and becomes her niece’s caregiver. Baby Scout is gravely Ill and Tate is the one person with the skills, the heart and the will to save her life. Tate’s mission takes on special meeting as love instantly consumes him when he meets Samara and Scout. He’s not just attempting to save Scout’s life and Samara’s future, he’s saving his own as well.
Nichole Rose knows how to push how to push my buttons. Her characters blow me away on every page. I identify with her curvy heroines, hoping I would be as fierce as they are for who and what they love in similar circumstances. Her heroes…no words can describe how perfectly imperfect these bossy, protective men are and how hilariously obsessed they are for their women.
I adored this book. Tate and Samara’s love story is made more perfect by circumstances in which they meet, Samara’s understandable concern about Tate’s MC brotherhood and of course by Scout, the tiny baby at the center of their love.

This is an amazing story about a young aunt who has taken on the raising of her niece because her sister was murdered by her boyfriend’s MC and she is the only family she had. Samara is of the mind set that all MC’s are bad and do terrible things and it’s up to Tate to change her mind. Samara has been sent to Tate “Hands” Grimes by her best friend because he’s the best pediatric heart surgeon in Texas. Tate falls for Samara as soon as he sees her asleep on his couch in his office waiting to meet with him. He KNOWS she’s the one and will do everything in his power to get her and save Scout. Tate is a bossy, cocky, possessive, alpha and an amazing surgeon who win your heart and Samara’s even though he’s in an MC. He just needs her to meet his brothers to prove to her they are all amazing men who only do good and will protect their loved ones and family above all else. This is a love story not only between the two main characters but between ALL the characters! You can’t help but fall in love with Scout and her fierce fighting spirit and the nurses who help watch over her and Samara and of course the brothers in the MC and the way they protect who they deem family. Let me just say, not being in a MC myself, but if I wanted to be in one this is the type of MC I want to be in. Where everything is above board and they don't do drugs, run guns nor women. They try to make the world a better place and protect women and children.
Samara had a mother who drank a lot and her and her sister were poor growing up. All she wanted to do was get out of that life once she finished high school. She couldn't take her mother's drinking anymore. Siobhan was with a guy called Danny and he was in the bad kinda of MC there ever is. That MC did drugs, and run women maybe even run guns. Siobhan was helping women that Danny and his MC gang had been trafficking women and she was helping them escape. Siobhan managed to help some of the women escape. Siobhan got caught and they locked her up so she couldn't help anymore women escape. Siobhan gave birth to a daughter, she put her somewhere safe before trying to get to the police station.
Tate has a very long family. Parents who weren't drunk all the time. When Tate was a little boy one of his team mates had a heart problem and that's when he decide to become a Peds heart doctor.
Tate's friends sent Samara to him so he could fix Scout's heart. Scout is Samara niece. She was born with one vein coming from her heart. So, Hands had to create her one so that her heart didn't have to work so hard and get oxygen to her lungs.
Such an awesome story and series. Can't wait to see what comes next.

The book is amazing despite of the tragic accident of Samara's sister, leaving her to take care of her niece. She is devastated that her sister was not able to tell her about having a child and knowing that baby has a severe heart condition makes it difficult for Samara to do anything. Upon setting an appointment, she hopes that the doctor can save her life until Samara meets the doctor and everything changes between them. Tate is a member of the MC and the pediatric heart surgeon in Texas. He is devoted on his job while handling the affairs of the Silver Spoon MC. Tate has a great need to take care of Samara and ensures her that he will do his best to treat her niece, Scout. He says what we wants and Tate is very sweet, understanding, and kind person who cannot help but to fall in love with Samara. Overall, I enjoyed read the book and the characters have a great personality. The HEA epilogue was a perfect way to end their story

Much more than your average MC story
The Silver Spoon MC is different from most MCs. The members are all legitimate professionals, law-abiding and financially well off. The second in the series, The Surgeon follows Tate 'Hands' Grimes, a paediatric heart surgeon. When he meets Samara, the aunt and guardian of his new patient, neither can deny how much their pulses race.
I really LOVED this one. I felt the first book was a little formulaic, whereas this one had so much more depth and heart. Scout's story was so tragic, but the development of the characters really made the ending feel earned. The intimate scenes were incendiary (although I admit I rolled my eyes at Tate's supposed 'experience', given his age, arrogance and looks). But... minor niggle aside, I really felt the connection between them, and I absolutely LOVED their chemistry and banter.
The tender moments were particularly well written, with some truly swoonworthy parts. I also enjoyed getting a bit more of a peek into the MC, and will definitely be reading more from this series, and this author.

The men of the Silver Spoon MC are not your typical Motorcycle club, one looks at them and you would never know. Tate Grimes, "Hands", is the VP of the club, but he is also a pediatric surgeon. Like the other guys, he wants to make sure to do good. Samara overnight became a mom. when her sister was killed, she was left with her niece, Scout. Scout was born with a heat defect and Samara is doing everything she can to get her help before time runs out.
Tate and Samara's tale will take your heart on an emotional ride, so please bring tissues. Tate takes his job seriously and learned everything he could when he was at school, now with Scout he knows he is her only chance. Samara hates MC, it was one that killed her sister, but after knowing Tate and meeting his brothers, she realized there is more beneath the jacket.
I love Tate and Samara's connection, the electricity the follows when they are together. Tate's need to protect will melt your heart. Great addition to an amazing series.

She is sent into another tailspin when she finds out that her sister left behind a 6 week old baby that has a serious heart condition. Samara is desperate to find a surgeon that is willing to help her niece. Tate " Hands " Grimes is one of the best pediatric heart surgeons in the world.
