Manwha@ch 71 For female led isekai adventures this one has a bit more action than normal. There are curses, beast slayings, abductions, witches, political marriages, and fancy parties--but not quite how you are used to seeing them. There is a fair amount of fan service from the protagonist writing rofan novels to her hobby of tying up men overnight. She's spunky without being arrogant which is also interesting. The material is dark sometimes to the point of feeling like a misery-fest, yet the tone is often undercut by caricature depictions of evil or exaggerated reactions from side characters to keep it palatable. It's difficult to get a read on early. I withheld judgment until a substantial number of chapters were available and while it is close--I land in a realm of disappointment. It wants you to like a character, then dislike them, then like them again. Part of that showcases good writing, but part of it feels like an angsty gimmick rather than real character development. It builds up a monster and then it goes away off screen. Meanwhile the obvious and known bad guys just get away with everything for an extended period of time (no minor wins or eliminations along the way) and most of the background characters are not worth saving if they are distinct enough to remember. If whole countries are going to be at war, I want to care about the stakes. It's not horrible, just in my escapism I want a bit more clarity in motivations and intended outcomes.

It's too early to tell, only 25 chapters are out but the male lead is so cool, rich, strong, and determined to handle all the obstacles to his love.
The female lead is smart, calculating, calm and composed. She enters this novel as a side character, the male lead ends up falling for her so its not really seduction”. In these kinds of novels, the female leads usually don’t have to try hard.
The antagonist is pretty experienced and there are lots of obstacles standing between their love which from her end we can understand since she read the novel and like ML but he barely knows her so it's just love at first sight.
Lots of handsome guys and well drawn fan service for girls if you are into that.
