Wow. What an absolute mess everything’s in.

Seriously messy.

I’ve never felt so torn in my life. Between my duty and the truth. Between two men vying for equal space in my heart.
The world is on the verge of changing in the worst way. But despite my mind being overstuffed, and danger lurking pretty much everywhere, one thing is clear—take down the bad guy. Buckle up and get ready for the big boss fight before the horrible stuff seriously hits the fan.

Sigh. I really miss my gaming time.

Hellfire is the third volume of the Hellhound Shifter series. Get ready for more drama in this Urban Fantasy adventure with some MM Ménage Romance.

This is a great addition to this series! There’s so much going on, it’s fast paced and action packed and the twists and turns just come out of nowhere! The characters continue to grow and develop and the love triangle is very intriguing. There’s mystery, secrets, there’s truth and pain and tragedy and I cannot wait to see what the author does next.

Hellfire book 3 in the Hellhound series and it shows no signed of letting up on the pace. Draven has gone through a lot so far and in this book its not much different. Finally finding Micah (taking him as a mate) but he has lyle that brings on all the emotions and theres a complicated dynamic between the three of them. They are great characters though and i genuinely like them as well as Dravens brothers too. The plot twists and turns certainly keep you on your toes and this series just keeps getting better. Im enjoying reading it

Here we are at the third book, and just like most series, it gets better and more complex with each book. In this latest, we have poor Draven torn between two lovers (and feeling like a fool…sorry couldn’t resist!) and on the run. I love how everyone is not just one-dimensional or all good or bad. I really like Draven’s brothers, and I hope we get to see even more from them. The end was a shocker, and now I’m waiting for the next to see how everything is going to shake out. Steamy, action-filled, and great writing, give this series a try. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Hellfire is the newest book in Richard Amos’s Hellhound Shifter series. This book picks up where book two left off. Draven and Micah are mates and have completed the bond. Dolos is still out there on the loose and intent on reclaiming Lyle to further his nefarious agenda. Artemis wants Lyle gone at any cost, and chaos is looming all around them.
Hellfire is a mixed bag of a book for me. There are a lot of good moments. This book is packed with danger, drama, romance, and revelations that truly rock the characters. But there are some misses as well. The pace of the story is good. The author does a fantastic job keeping me engaged throughout and wanting more. My issue comes with two characters – Draven and Artemis.
There are some really intense scenes with Draven that really rock him, but his reactions are so locked away it’s frustrating. Where are the reactions? What is his breaking point to finally show what’s going on in his head? Yes, he lashes out at Micah, but it’s not the same for me when it comes to another character in this book. Then there is Artemis. I can’t help but wonder where the author is taking her. She’s supposed to be a “good guy” but it seems like her colors are beginning to change. So I can’t help but ask – where is this going? Her refusal to see truth adds to the drama, but it confuses me at the same time.
This storyline is good but misses the mark in some aspects this time around. For that, I’m rating this book 4 out of 5 stars. I look forward to the final book in this series though. If you have read this series to this point then I encourage you to pick this book up.

This was the best of the series so far. The story progressed at a decent pace unlike the other books that dragged a bit. All in all, this was a good addition to the series.

Things turned topsy-turvy, and I am feeling the pain. Given that Richard has proven to have no issue with killing his characters and making his mains suffer, I'm worried.

I’m already a fan of this author and I’m enjoying this new series. The worldbuilding is interesting and detailed, and I like the twist on mythology. The characters are quirky, and very much shades of grey. Be warned, when you read this one, that the author throws another twist, and you’ll be hanging out for the next book.

Draven, Micah, and Lyle are very different in personality and have their individual issues which I like. Micah in particular hasn’t always made the right choices, but is torn over his motivations for doing so. I like his relationship with Draven, and how they’re both figuring out how Lyle fits. There were moments where I wanted to smack them as they couldn’t see what was right in front of them. But that’s half the fun. I like how Lyle’s slowly getting a handle on his abilities, and has to work for not only control but to figure out what they are.

I like that Draven’s brothers are very different, as are their reactions to the situation. I love Lyle and Simon’s friendship, and the underlying hint of a future relationship for Simon. He’s one of my favourite characters. I liked having some of Drake’s POV in the mix this time, too.

Doros is a total piece of work, and comes across as formidable foe.

I always enjoy the worldbuilding in this author’s books, and I particularly like that they’re set in an AU version of the real world yet with some similarity between the two. There’s also plenty of action, and I’m enjoying how Lyle’s vision is playing out and the curve-balls along the way.

Draven is facing maybe the greatest internal conflict of his life - what is the right decision? Follow the orders, fulfil his duty, and forsake those who stole his heart? Or follow his heart, protect his mate and the clairvoyant, and do what feels right - try to stop the deity that wants to seize the ultimate power? The heart breaking situation leads to more trouble, wedging a gap between brothers and teammates, and Draven might pay the ultimate price in the end..
The story really made a huge progress in this third book in the series. A lot was revealed, the relationships between the characters got more strained and more complicated but some also got closer than ever, and new challenges arose to meet the Hellhounds. Lyle became rightfully the center of attention, though his role in the whole plot creates more conflicts than anything else, and moves the plot nicely forward. There was a lot of action and many deeply emotional scenes, and with the final twist, I am very much looking forward to the final installment.

Pulled the rug out from under me

Draven, an earth stationed hellhound, has finally found Micah, a fellow hellhound and lover, and cemented the mate bond while still harboring feelings for Lyle, a clairvoyant and potential friend or more. As the story progresses a place to hide stays necessary, betrayal comes from an unexpected quarter, and loving is no guarantee that they will stay living in happiness. Richard Amos pulled the rug out from under me in Hellfire. I can only imagine what he has planned for the final book.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Wow. Just wow. This book grabs you by the hand, and drags you in. The world building and characters are flawlessly written, with the characters having their own (believable) dilemmas and issues. The twists and turns blind you, in a good way, and you never know what’s coming. It makes you not want to put the book down and devour it. Draven goes through so much in this installment, as do his brothers, Lyle and Micah. Their lives are quickly getting more complicated than they ever expected and they’re fighting a battle in the real world, and an internal battle with losing hope. Alone with some seriously heated moments. I definitely recommend this book.

The ride continues!
In this third book in the Hellhound shifters series, the plot deepens. More twists and turns and I just don't know where the author gets his inspiration from, it's outstanding and very unique.
I love both his way of portraying the MM relationships and his ability to build incredible worlds.
This book is not standalone. It's book 3 in a series that should be read in order. Ends on a cliffhanger - like most of the series do for this author :)
A must-read for fans of the MM action genre.

This is one of my top three books for the year! The first two were good but this one is fantastic.

Reading this made me feel like I was watching a tennis match. You have to keep your eye on the ball or character in this case. It was non-stop action, but it felt very authentic. In a stressful situation, it's chaos. The author brought that chaos to life.

The relationships are totally screwed up. Things change that you thought were stable.

Just an amazing book! Highly recommended!

Packs A Punch

We are left staggering under the need to know what will happen to Draven, his brothers, Kyle, and Micah, in Hellfire, the almost conclusion to Amos’ Hellbound Shifters series.

This book is ACTION and EMOTION packed, as terror reigns, and the hellhounds are finding it harder and harder to sort out how to save the world from Giles’ takeover attempts.

Lots of excitement, as mating bonds are unexpectedly formed. Lots of sorrow, as lives are lost. The final book in the series releases soon, so start at book one and enjoy the ride!

Mind Blowing world building, plot twists, and character development!! Just when I think I know whats going to happen..... Everything changes! This third book in the series really takes you through all of the emotions.
I love that the three main characters are not perfect. I love them despite their missteps. The supporting characters are just as compelling. And, the world they all live in so complex and interesting. I have no idea what happens next and I'm so excited to find out!

When things are bad, they are almost always worse than they seem. Draven knows life has gone pear-shaped in the worst way. He doesn’t know if he’s coming or going, and he doesn’t know how to get back on track or if he can. Pieces are falling into place, but the whole picture of Dolos, the armor, Micah, Lyle, his duty, all of it is one big, muddled mess. A showdown is coming, but who will come out on top and will the end be what’s best for the world?

This series is so entertaining! Richard Amos really knows how to tell a story! Full of complex, solid characters, amazing world building, action, mystery and steam, this series gets better with each book. The pace and flow matches the story well and keeps you fully engaged! I've enjoyed the growth and development we have seen so far, and the emotions this book has pulled from me! I am really looking forward to seeing where this story goes!

I love this series! Richard Amos writes characters that I always fall in love with then puts them through hell sometimes literally. I really enjoyed Draven and Micah’s interactions even though things are getting difficult for them. Though Draven is torn and it’s hard to watch that at times. Also the betrayal was really rough and I wasn’t expecting who it came from. This series keeps building on itself and makes me excited for what’s to come next.

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

Amos truly has some skills when it comes to bringing a world to life. Not only is it easy to imagine being there but there are also so many twists and turns that you can never guess what is going to happen next. This makes for fabulous read that will keep you entertained from start to finish. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Sigh. I should be happy. There was a moment... The end... But mostly, it feels so "jerky". Like the whole style, with the jumping around disconnected speech... Ideas. One second, they have no idea what's happening and usually just react or well, live their lives. The next, Lyle is fed (basically) all the answers. In other words, instead of natural progression, we have a mess, everything clogged up then releasing all over the place and it just feels clunky and weird. I might see about the final book but at this point, I am not happy with the series and really, skipped way too much of it to minimise the not so pleasant elements.

This book gave me rollercoaster vibes. Things build up between Draven, Micah and Lyle, only to crash down. Lyle dies. Gets reincarnated. They have the upper hand against Dolos. They lose big (bigger) against him. The crux of the book was finding the chain and the armor. A giant buildup to the last book.
Took a bit of time to get interested in this book, I borrowed it months ago and just had a hard time getting interested. But it was good. Certainly not my favorite.

This is the 3rd book in Hellhound Shifters.
And the twists and turns never end. Intricate character development, political intrigue, attraction, hurt and pain between siblings, and a tragic ending to make the reader wonder just how the story will end. Mr. Amos writes another mystifing work. This is my ARC review.

This is an amazing read that will keep you interested and reading from beginning to end. It moves along at a speed which is perfect for the story. It has interesting characters that you want to know more about and you want to see overcome everything in their way. This book is a must read that needs to be at the top of your TBR list, no doubt about it.

This is the third book in the series and OMG this is amazing. The twists and turns in this book keeps you on the edge of your seat. A lot of action, pain and magic as everyone is after the chain and armour. Then there is Draven conflicted between 2 men. Cannot wait for the final book to come out to see how everything turns out.

But I do recommend this book to anyone who is searching for a book to get lost in.

Such a fun and unique series. Each installment brings more to the table, blowing me way with the humor, entertainment and fun writing.

If you have read the first two in this series, the this third input will just sweeten the pot.

This is book 3 of the series and you need to have read the previous books.
We start with Draven and his new mate Micah in hiding, along with Lyle and Simon. But they don't catch a break.
Draven is torn between Micha and Lyle, and also between his mate and his team.
This book is action packed, with a few twists and there is loads going on.

Wow! This series just gets better and darker and it’s full of twists and turns! I really enjoy these characters and I love how Richard Amos doesn’t make them all clean cut. They all have secrets and darker sides and I am really enjoying seeing where there stories lead them to. And that ending… my jaw is still on the floor! Can’t wait for the next one!!
