I just could not get into this.
The first book left me unsatisfied and I did not care about the characters. Starting up this one was a chore that I kept forcing myself to do. I just have no connection to the characters and so I have no feelings on the story. This makes for a book I have interest in reading.

Well written as always. A good story, but too much slice-of-life (for me) keeps it at a 4. Nothing to be ashamed of, just didn't clear the "excellent" hurdle for me. If you like the author's work, and the previous book in the series, you should like this.
One note to the author: I did notice the incidence of typos to increase in the later parts of the book, so you may want to check that.

Another great story
I almost don't have the wrong describe how amazing this story is. It gets better with every volume, and the characters get more developed and more real. The store is well balanced with action, world building, and lewdness. All around great book and I can't wait for the next one to come out.

I love this series
Simply put, if you liked the first one, you'll live thus one. The characters are well done, the action is amazing, and the, em, adult scenes are amazingly hot. It's just amazing. I can't wait for the next one.

Great episode in this series the story line and characters developing nicely. The overall story line and premis is a good and different to others in this genre. Looking forward to answers to the questions in the following books.

It starts where the first one left off and just keeps moving. It was a longer book but read like it was much shorter.
