Wow this arc was probably the best so far.

This series waste NO time. Denji is asked by Reze to run away together. When the boy says he can't, well, she stops him anyway possible. Meaning cutting off his means to transform. When a surprise friend comes to help Denji you think the arc would slow down but instead kicks into high gear as it becomes a entire chase arc. Just like the rest of Chainsaw Man, the surprises keep coming, the deaths are sudden, and the action is off the walls.

This is easily the most exciting volume yet. Awesome fight scenes, team ups I didn't expect, deaths I couldn't see coming, and a ending that was both sad and wonderfully done. I don't know if Chainsaw Man can keep going this good but right now this is one of the best series that I'm currently reading on Shonen Jump App.

i do appreciate how straightforward the manga is. they'll be like "chainsaw man" and it's literally just a man with a chainsaw head.

Một trong những Vol mà mình thích nhất trong bộ này!!! Vol.6 theo mình nó tập hợp đủ các yếu tố Lãng mạn, Hành động, Giật gân và cả Hài hước luôn í
(☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞ "BÙM NỔ!!!" Theo đúng nghĩa đen và bóng. Mình sẽ mua Vol.6 khi nó được xuất bản ở Việt nam (vì Reze!!!).

Phần đầu lãng mạn gì đâu.


Dù đã biết Reze không phải nhân vật tầm thường từ Vol.5, nhưng ai ngờ cô gái xinh xắn, dễ thương này là Quỷ Bom.



Từ tốc độ, sức bềnh quá trời là đỉnh!

Một mình Reze cân hết từ Denji cho tới mấy người trong Đội săn quỷ.

Thắc mắc thiệt sự, không biết đoạn này với cái bìa Vol.6 có qua nổi kiểm duyệt ở Việt nam không =))
Các nhân vật phụ tương tác ăn ý lắm luôn. Quỷ Cá mập Beam cute quá trời, Kobeni vẫn hài dù cũng khá vô dụng (nhưng tui vẫn thích Kobeni).


Tương tác giữa Angel với Aki khỏi phải nói, vẫn còn ấn tượng.

Dù bị cho "ăn hành" thấy mọe nhưng rốt cuộc "bé khờ" Denji vẫn có thể xoay chuyển tình thế. Tuy nhiên vẫn là một cái kết buồn, MY REZE!!! (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)


Tui vẫn đang tìm câu trả lời, nên chọn là  Con chuột Nông thôn hay Con chuột Thành thị?

This volume was mostly fan service. Denji fights a half-naked woman for the majority of the book. The story doesn't progress much, and it's not exactly getting me interesting in the series. But it's still fun. I like Denji as a character, the supporting characters are all alright. The different demons he battles are all pretty interesting to look at.

As I'm mostly just reading it to look at pretty pictures at this point, I wish the art was a bit more developed. It seems a bit half-baked at times.

I was played so hard by Reze, it’s not even funny. A bomb devil did provide a ton of exhilarating action sequences though, making this another super entertaining volume. I’m definitely at the point where I can confidently proclaim my love for this cast (particularly Aki, Beam, and Angel Devil) and so almost every chapter keeps me on my toes, curious to see their fate unravel. Chainsaw Man keeps getting better!!

(6) This is another great volume! I really do like the ending part with Reze and Denji on the beach, their relationship kinda reminds me of Kaneki and Rize from Tokyo Ghoul!

(7) I wonder why the Shark Fiend is so loyal to Chainsaw Man? Makima mentioned in passing about resemblance, but what does it mean!?

(8) Aki and the Angel Devil, I can't even their interaction is just so heartwarming!!!

I'm beginning to like Angel Devil, but Aki is making me fricken sad!! 2 months. Gah! I NEED THE FRICKEN TRICK, IS THERE A FRICKEN TRICK?? Just what tf bruh. I'm so afraid to see the end of him. And can we get another character development for Denji? He needs to wise up a little! Gah, I hate that he's so fricken dumb around hawt women. And yuh, I'm going to say it, I was wary of Reze on the previous volume, and almost the entirety of this one. But yea, since this ended well, I began to like her when she back down. And I'm feeling so sad... but yea, she deserved it.

Volume 6 covers chapters 44-52

Denji seems to have found the love of his life... only for things to go horribly wrong for him once more. Every woman in his life has tried to kill him or emotionally blackmail him at some point. His heart can’t take much more and he’s tired of everyone trying to carve it out of his chest and steal it for themselves... literally.

This volume of Chainsaw Man is like a Tarantino film on even more cocaine and hard liquor than usual. We got a crazy naked assassin lady detonating bombs made out of her own body parts. A shark typhoon tearing up a city. A deadly revenge romance gone horribly wrong. It felt like one big fever dream with a surprisingly melancholy twist that put a nice spin on an extremely chaotic little story arc.

Aki also gets a lot of good moments in this one. His new partner is a chronically depressed angel-demon hybrid that absorbs the life force of anyone that touches him. Unsurprisingly, this makes for a very interesting dynamic between them.

Makima continues to be a dark force of nature pulling strings from the shadows. After finally waking up to all the manipulating and mistreatment from all the adults in his life, Denji seems to be turning a new leaf. The tone of the story continues to get darker while still maintaining its absurd trippy comedy.

Hmmmmm, I was pretty disappointed with this volume. The battle scenes were far too long…in fact this volume just read like one long battle scene! And sometimes I find with battle scenes, I can’t fully figure out what the heck is going on!! :/

This volume also failed to make me laugh out loud - I think it’s because we didn’t have the constant bickering between Denji and Power (who I dearly missed) and I also missed the lack of Makima too but I’m glad to see we’re still getting a decent slice of Aki :)

I’m hoping the next volume makes a bigger impact!

While it increasingly feels like this series is heading somewhere bad for our main character, the journey is intense and crazy! This issues mixes in gut punches in he first and last pages to turn some of that "OH YES!" feeling into "ohhhhhh nooooooooooo" but it just serves to make me hope for a happy ending for Denji. This series is a great, funny, violent, heartbreaking ride and each volume ratchets up the stakes more and more and more!

absolutely baffled at how bad this volume is. bomb lady fighting pussy out until underwear magically appears on her. a fight scene that served no narrative purpose and does nothing to advance the plot. overwrought "romance" scenes that feel copy and paste from a cheap harlequin novel. completely predictable plot beats that only happen to wrap up loose ends so we can hopefully get to the actual fucking plot next volume.

once again aki is on the sidelines with all the interesting shit while denji is running around in a scene out of bad Deadpool comics from 2010. where the fuck was power? I guess it's impossible for this mangaka to have two women in a scene unless one is being killed. the reveal of reze's backstory is so nonsensical i burst out laughing. it's so tacked on and forced. I honestly can't believe all the reviews saying this volume made them sad and I hope they're all written by teens who haven't had a chance to read better shit.

denji sucks to read about and his motivations make no sense. he swings wildly from not caring about others to protecting random citizens to destroying entire buildings while saying "if more people die I won't be able to sleep tonight". an entire team was introduced this volume and killed off in two chapters and I guess I was supposed to care? denji sure doesn't but now for some reason he says he does.

makima remains boring and I have little hope for her after the trashfire that was reze's character arc. I just want to see cool monsters and not pathetic wank material that should've stayed in the mangaka's miserable fantasies.

خیلی سال پیش (همون سالایی که گیوم تل و شوالیه تاریک و ازین دست سریالا از تلویزیون پخش میشد) یه سریالی دیدم که تو هشتاد و نه قسمت به بیننده نشون دادن قهرمان داستان به تنهایی صد مرد جنگی رو حریفه، تو قسمت نود صد و یک مرد جنگی قهرمان داستان رو تنهاگیر آوردن و ابتدا و انتهاش رو بهم دوختن و با هم یکی کردن از اون زمان به بعد هر چیزی که از تلویزیون میدیدم پایان خوش احمقانه ای داشت قهرمانای داستان هیچوقت کشته نمیشدن و به همه مصیبتا پیروز میشدن. چند سال بعدش که تلویزیونو کلا گذاشتم کنار تو سریالایی که دانلود میکردم اتفاق مشابهی افتاد توی سریال مرلین پایان خیلی تلخی رو دیدم ولی ازون جا به بعد هر سریالی که دانلود میکردم قهرمانای داستان نمی مردن و مشابها به همه چالش ها غلبه میکردن حتی تو یکیشون قهرمان داستان بعد ازینکه با شمشیر فرو شده به سینش داشت جون میداد از بالای کوه پرت میشه پایین ولی بعد یه مدت حالش خوب میشه و برمیگرده سر جاش. تو چیزایی که میخونم ولی برعکسه بعد از "یازده دقیقه" و پایان خوش غیر منتظره ای که داشت انگار چیزی نبوده که بخونم و پایان خوش داشته باشه. دلم میخواد یه چیزی بخونم که تهش قهرمان داستان با جسم و روان مریض و شکسته کاملا سالم بشه همه اعضای خانواده و دوستا و معشوقایی که یا فوت کردن یا مهاجرت کردن یا به هر دلیل دیگه ای ترکش کردن برگردن پیشش و به خوبی و خوشی تا پایان زمان کنار هم زندگی کنن. دلم یه هپی اندینگ میخواد به همین اندازه مضحک و احمقانه.
(یه ستاره کم دادم به خاطر اورجین استوری ریزه که زیاد تو چارچوب دنیای چینساومن -حد اقل برای من- قابل فهم نبود. الته شاید وقتی انیمه این بخشو کاور کنه با ویس اکتینگ کنجیرو تسودا بشه هضمش کرد. دیالوگ بین دنجی و ریزه در مورد قلبش و دیالوگ بین آکی و انجل دویل رو دوست داشتم)

More monsters, more romantic (or ok, more basic than that) yearning by Denji (he is 16 though, poor puppy), more Aki tugging at heartstrings, not a lot of Power unfortunately, huge ridiculous battle scenes, ridiculous scenes of adolescent humor (but which had me chuckling for minutes, sorry). Nor perfect or deep, but lots of fun. Bonkers fun but fun.

I probably should acknowledge I am bingeing this. I am kind of pretending it is all under control (it is not).
