This Gutter and Salaila's story

Blue Saffire is one of my top 5 authors. Police the Black Brothers series aS well as the legally bound books as well as the standalone books. However whist this series is good it is not as good as the series mentioned. I even loved Pit and eagerly await the long overdue Kelex. Don't get me wrong it's good series just not as good. Also I find myself enjoying Forever more than Never. Nevertheless !looking forward to read Grim and Reaps and King's story.

Ummmm...🤔** WARNING SPOILERS**

I am a huge fan on Blues, but this series is starting to turn me off completely. But first HIGH NOTES: love that Sal/Gutter were able to connect with their hx and find love with each other, glad you showed at least one of acknowledging a need for help..instead of everything being handled & solved with sex and killing, good to see a little more background on Cage/Rose, their hx, love story and how they played into Sal's life. Eventually opening up the mystery of Sal & Gutters background. I also appreciated the understanding of Terry, his hx, and his link to Gutter. I know the gay community does not like to assoc abuse with the life, but I am glad Blue was brave enough to talk about how abuse can affect the life of men (we usually see it from a female perspective).

LOW NOTES: the unrealistically, super fast "connection" of the main characters with their hx, their falling in love with all this unprotected sex, THEN we start hitting real issues🙄. For goodness sake, you have a rape victim have unprotected sex with dude the first day she meets him, but she hasn't had sex in yrs since then? That makes no sense. Gutter doesn't want kids but he's unprotected ALL the time??? And why in this series are these men, older than these yg women (almost giving naive immature girls in both cases with Sal & Eva with their portrayal mentally/emotionally), attracted to these yg women and having all this unprotected sex constantly? Book 1 was borderline, creep fest. Also, why so many in depth storylines for everyone if there won't be a book on them. For me, it takes away from the main story. Lastly, the smart/strong, but immature/naive character that was Sal. Its like the different facets of her don't make sense and contradicted each other. While I get people can be layered, her layers were not making common sense. Sal did have a little more wherewithal than Eva, but...like why isn't she gun/weapon toting or have protective fighting instincts with her hx & family, last scene with Spencer- how does she just walk into that house with everything going on? This storyline is not something I'm used to seeing with Blue, I'm used to other authors doing these kind of immature incomplete books. I don't know if I even want to finish this series bcuz I was already not feeling the Misty/King dynamic in the first book. The third book could have been about Grim/Reap or even that triangle with Sugar/Axel/Diggs or even Vault. Trying to figure out why the Head guy would pick, yg impulsive jailbate, I don't know that I'm up for it even though I want to see the conclusion. I'm g!ad this was not not first rodeo because I would have been gone with this. Hoping for better with Kelex (that series needs some redemption too) and Black brother.

ok

He'd spent nearly six months hiding out with us and neglecting his real life, I couldn't blame him for wanting to find a place of his own so he could start the healing process and start his life over again. “Your nine o'clock is here and you have a few visitors in your office,” Terry informs me as I walked past his desk. I head to my office first. When I step through the door, I find King sitting behind my desk with his feet up. Cage sits across from him as Brick stares at his phone, looking like his head is about to explode. “You're gonna want to see this,” he says to King and hands over the phone. “Has she lost her fucking mind?” King roars and jumps up from my seat. He pats Brick on the back. “Dad, let's roll out, looks like you're gonna get to put an end to Pop today.” They storm from my office, and I get the feeling that this isn't going to be a quiet day. Whatever Brick showed King on that phone was only the start to more drama, I can feel it in my bones. One thing I know, you can never say it's quiet around the Lost Souls, there's always something lurking right around the corner.

WOW

OMG! What a second book! Wow this is a great written series.and this isn't even the last book. There is awesome characters and great dialogue. This book is hot, sexy and tantalizing. But it also broke my heart a little, made me grin and made me say "ewww" on more than one occasion with the incredibly descriptive scenes of carnage. It's definitely entertaining and worth reading moment of it, with the moments that will make you feel sad and bring tears to your eyes to the part of the story that's sizzling hot. But of course it's full of intrigue with lots of emotional drama. But along with their sizzling hot passions that will keep you turning every page until the end. It makes you enjoyed every moment of each couple's relationship, This is one that I could not put my Kindle down until I finished the story and if you are like myself you will enjoy the entire series because it's a awesome romance at its finest.

I can tell you right now that I will be purchasing these books in print when the series is over. I LOVE the LOST SOULS MC. I knew when I read Brick and Eva that I was going to love everything about this series. Gutter and Sal did not disappoint.

First, I love how real the characters are. I love their flaws because we all have them, right? No one is exempt from flaws. Gutter had a hard life growing up with tragedy, loss, and every child's nightmare come true. Gutter thought he was truly broken. He wasn't because he grew up to be a successful person. He just had to face the demons and lay them to rest. Salalia did that for him. She had her demons as well and together, along with the Lost Souls family, they're at a better place.

I can't wait to read Grim and Reap's story. Oh, I'm so excited.

Tortured but salvageable

This was a great read.

Two lost souls, Gutter and Kodak, who have experienced hell that would break anyone down. They somehow find peace and solace in each other. They fight their past traumas, work through their pain, transparency, trust and embrace healing all because of their love and bond. They will never let each other go!

The Lost Souls MC is in a constant state of alert. Reemergence of core members of the club and enemies add to the anxiousness in the air. Things are happening that are more than a coincidence. So many questions are unanswered, the club members are starting to have personal lives that involve the club, enemies that are plotting against the club, and snakes within the club.

Too much is happening at once but they somehow keep it all together.

I enjoyed this, the second book in this series. The two Mc's were damaged by scars that ran so deep. I felt so much for Gutter and Salalia, and it was touching to watch their relationship develop. It is an insta-love type of situation, but it's clear their souls were pulled towards each other. I also loved reading the further development of the fires surrounding the Lost Souls MC and all the delicious potential characters whose stories we may end up reading if Blue Saffire graces us with several more books.

I was going to give this 3.5 stars because it got a little too slushy for me at times, but that is a problem for me, not the author or storyline. The romantic intimacy was fitting given the healing occurring between the two lovers. So 4 stars it is and on to book 3, on to King. Swoon...

The angst!

This book is well written and will take you through your feelings! Blue does a great job of continuing the story line from book 1 without duplicating the same scenes.
Sal is hiding something from her family and is in NY. Someone breaks into her apartment and she goes on the run calling her brother King. King sends Gutter to rescue her. Talk about love at first sight! 🥰 both Gutter and Sal have some heavy demons, but the love and bond they form and the way they can read each other after only knowing each other for a few days? 🥵 there is a lot of angst with GBI’s book due to their past drama, but man! This book was well written and I enjoyed reading it! Looking forward to book 3!

Hmmmm….

….The changes to this new edition are good.
I’m never really a fan of cliff hangers or ‘to be continued’. I’m happy to see some of the same old lines not being used in this book… like mirth in his eyes… who talks like that?…but guys are still shredding and ripping off underwear, like in a lot of the authors books. It starts to be boring after awhile. I love Blues characters and stories. Some of the series start to sound the same in storylines and characters. Overall a pretty good read. I only did speed reading through some of it… but didn’t feel the desire to completely skip pages.

Gutter and Sal

I love this book. Gutter and Sal are made for each other. Not only do both of them have demons they're trying to out run, but they both are truly Lost Souls. Gutter and his cousin Terry went through some traumatic experiences by the hands of his step mother. Her fate was well deserved. Trying to catch threats popping out the wood work, keep Sal safe from her stalker and running from his past Gutter and Sal's relationship becomes off balance, but the love they share keeps them fighting to find their peace. I love Cage and I hope Rose recovers from her memory lose. I can't wait to see what King and Misty up to and I got a feeling she gonna be doing dumb💩.💚💚

It's Time To Ride.Out!!

This story was like sitting down to your favorite meal and leaving the tablr.full and satisfied. We drop right into the action and drama and we love it and the love that's brewing all around.I love that we get two imperfect people who recognize that and are willing to not only get help but to own this hurt. I loved how the subject matter is handled and we get such a good story. In true "blue" fashion this is one terrific story and is shaping up to be one stellar series.

Gut Check!!!

OHMY Gutter… this Series is getting soooo hot and TOTALLY exciting.
This book NEEDS a WARNING. There is so much going on that there are triggers EVERYWHERE. And I’m not just talking about the sexy scenes.

This book will have somebody totally drenched and begging for a Rose’s Aluminum. Read the book and find out what that means.

Come on KING, in need to know more.

WOW Gutter!

Gutter & Salalia are pair of lost souls that have found each other at the most in opportune time in their lives. Sal & Gutter find that there kindred souls. They find a common ground in each other. Once you are claimed by a lost soul, there’s nothing they won’t do for you. Gutter show Salalia just what he’s willing to do for her, despite what King my think and feel. They forge a path that’s just right for them.

Hmmmm....

I love Blue. But these two books have tooooooo many story lines. Book one is better. Anyway. This book has way too many characters with stories to tell. I understand giving each character a history, but this book reads like five stories in one and there's no direction for all the plots. I'm an obsessive reader and sadly I feel like giving this book 2 stars us pushing it.

Bravo..

Sal and Gutter's story is simply a perfect read and so much better than Eva and Brick's. What stuck out for me was the very real depiction of the various ways an individual copes in the aftermath of horrific trauma and the scars it leaves, both conscience and subconscious. The author took great care with Sal, Gutter and Terry and deserves acknowledgement for that. A great read and look forward to the next installment.

Good

I like Sal and Pierson together. Both have traumatic backgrounds. But they found kindred spirits in one another. Another thing worth mentioning is they both were so young to be involved in such drama. But it is fiction so I guess it can be whatever. In this installment of the MC clubs drama we're introduced to a new character, Terry, Pierson's look alike cousin. Next book will bring about the conclusion of the series.

Tough Read

Please know this one has all types of abuse triggers throughout. With that being said, it was such a fufiling book. Two broken people forming a bond through shared pain they recognized in each other. A lot of learning and growing between the two. Although they both had past trauma, they were able to be a rock for each other. 💗

TWO BROKEN SOULS EQUALS ONE SOLID LOVE

I felt so many emotions while reading this book! At one point I was actually afraid that either Salalia or Pierson would die. But I knew Blue would not let them be taken without one hell of a fight!
I never read the original version of any of this series and I’m glad I didn’t.
I can’t wait to read book 3!

Another for my collection to read over

I love 💕 the way Sal mind works that she has a photographic memory, I’ve never truly met someone like that but I’m sure they do exist. When Sal & Gutter was at the casino I thought for sure they would gamble, but I wasn’t disappointed that they didn’t. I can’t wait to read everybody’s story, this is really good.

Mystery...

And intrigue are the main staples to this book of the series. While two lost souls no pun intended have found each other and promise to be there for each other no matter what their past lives seem to continue to be a problem every turn they make to happier days and times...all is not lost...

Tortured souls

Gutter and Sal were my second favorite couple (Brick is boo). I love the extra scenes Blue added to move the story forward. Loved the kick butt scene between Cage and Rose at the end. Can't wait for the rest of the Lost Souls gang to get their stories.

I truly hope this isn't the end of this series. I love all the drama and action. These guys got it going on. I think there could have been a little more "penalty" in the end ( without giving away any spoilers).

Loved it

No spoilers... just can't wait for the next book! Full of passion, real life stuff and twists and turns, couldn't put it down. Contains some triggers of rape and abuse so be aware but the author handles the right way. Great book and series.
