Enjoyable concept of MC and power set. Pretty normal isekai. Wish the ending was stronger.

Updated in 7/Aug/2024: Basically the author and the team behind it engaged in bad faith. There is nothing good can be fruited with a rotten mind, ill morality, lack attention to details in how they draw and adapt the content from light novel, and the attitude that try to earn attention-as-fast-as-possible-at-all-cost will harm both them and the consumer.
- I stop read this product years ago after I first written this review and therefore I will not know if the product was improved or not. I just think I need to improve this old review because in the past it was somehow negative, dived so much in details and lack of constructive infos

Disgusting and horrible. I can't believe some people say it was nice.

This style of "bad guys are the main character and have god-like power" is nothing new. It appears in popular TV shows (or corresponding comics) like Invincible, and The Boys.

The problem is that it is just poorly written. The entire storyline is the cheat itself, not just the power of the main character. All easy things just fall to the main character in the most illogical ways.

For example, in the very early chapter, the first opponent of our main character in the new world is the weak and small wolf, but its skin is hardened enough that the teeth of the bear (which the main character consumed in the old world) cannot cut through it. So we can expect most things in the old world will become very weak or even have no impact in the new world. But in season 2, when he encounters an opponent that is much stronger than him, the manticore, the most dangerous creature, lives for thousands of years, and the most power in the mystic world cannot affect this monster. The main character just randomly (because no one/document informed him) used some ... poison from his old world, but this poison turned out to be fatal to these monsters.

In the other case, the main character breaks into a computer system that is password protected. And suddenly he reveals that in the past he was a...hacker (Hilarious, we didn't have any sign that he knew about basic technology in the early chapters). Not saying that if from the start the main character has the intelligence of a hacker, he never needs to exploit prince Edward.

This is not creative writing/plotting, it is very lazy writing. Almost every chapter has a lazily written storyline, which like "the main character wins the battle just because the author wants it". The writer, like the child, tries to write a story. Children always want to create the world in the ways they want, even in the most illogical ways.

And the art. Sorry, it's just bad. I don't understand why someone thinks highly of art. A lot of drawings contain big errors that you cannot accept because they are right in front of your eyes. An example would be a worker holding a staff, but the staff is not in his palm. This picture is the cover (or very near to cover, I don't remember yet) of a chapter. How careless that publisher was.

Even the publisher's information is hard to find. They are mysterious (at least in English). I wonder what kind of people can create and publish this kind of product. The manhwa appears to take its content from a cheap light novel. Furthermore, it seems that the publisher doesn't even think about improving its content before selling it to earn fame and money.

Amazing truly, easily my favourite WEBTOON by far. Funny, gory, dark, great art, op villainous main character(s); everything I could want.
