Luke’s life was spent serving his country, but when the unthinkable happens, he’s forced to retire and come home to his family in Rojo, TX. Even though he’s been away for years, he remains a long-standing member of the Texas Kings MC. Luke arrives home to find that almost everything has changed. The wild partying men he knew have mostly settled down now with wives beside them and children in their arms.

A business venture with his brother gives Luke something he can focus on since his future does not include marriage and children - that’s definitely not the life for him. But every now and then, life throws you a curveball, and if you’re lucky, that curveball is a soulmate that changes everything.

Liberty Merida is young, successful, and surrounded by a family that loves her. Unfortunately, if it wasn’t for bad luck, she’d have no luck at all. She’s always been more than a little klutzy. A health scare sends her to the gym for the first time in her life, and she’s completely out of her element. A rookie mistake sends her flying, and the landing changes her life.

Life can trip you up when you’re least expecting it, and that happens to Liberty more than once. She’s known to be persistent as hell and uses that to her advantage most of the time. In this case, even battered and bruised, she still knows how to fight for what she wants. When something comes up that shakes the foundation of everything she loves, she’ll have to rely on the bikers and the women who have stolen their hearts.

First off. That note that she put in the beginning of the book scared the fuck out of me.
I was thinking someone was gonna cheat or fuck up. Nothing like that happens, thank god.
What happens is sad and upsetting, but it’s not an unforgivable offense that would ruin the book for me.

Also. Some things happen in this book that date it to a little over 20 years ago. There were signs before this book. Like all the flip phones, but this was a real live tragedy that we get to see ripple through the whole family. I don’t mind, but it was a little shocking to realize exactly what time period these books were written in. Especially since they’ve been released only recently.

Still, Luke and Liberty are totally cute together.
I love the way she likes to ‘argue’, it’s hilarious and genius.

The sex is hot. Their relationship is strong and fun and filled with love and laughter and support.

So good to see Luke find his girl.
And now, I can finally see who the hell Clem gets with.
The last man standing.
I hope she ends this series with a bang. I’m so glad to finally get to Clem’s book, but I’m also pretty sad that that’ll be the last book of this series.
I might have to just move on to Fain’s family’s books after this.

Luke and Liberty

OMG I totally loved this story. I think sadly that Luke is a lot like many of our men and women that have served our country and come home to civilian life, that they suffer some type of PTSD. I really love how Liberty was able to bring him out of his terror by rubbing his head and singing softly to him. I know Liberty is young but she has a brilliant brain with creating her video games and smart enough to sell them to the highest bidders and getting really rich. Also so glad that she was getting herself healthy also. I so loved Ms Britton from your other stories, but yes you brought tears this time. I am also very disappointed in both of her sisters and Lena also. I really think they should have spent more time with Luke's club brothers and get to know them better before they misjudged them because some had spent time in prison. I was proud of how Liberty stood up for herself and Luke. Happy reading.

This book has one of the best meetings between a couple I have ever read! I found myself laughing so hard I had to put the book down, had tears running down my face. Then when I picked up the book to read again, I lost it again. Took me a bit to get myself under control to be able to read.

At first glance I didn't see Liberty and Luke together. When reading the Connor Brothers series Liberty came off as a bit flighty, I was so so on her. But man she really shone in this book. When she set her sights on Luke that was it for her, there was no stopping her, Luke, the poor guy, was putty in her hands and had to roll with the punches. The thing is though, Liberty was just the person that he needed, he's so serious, he needed the flightiness, needed someone to be in his corner no matter what.

Liberty got quite the education from the other old ladies. It was sad the reason it came about, but they all had her back and let her know. She needed that because she had to make some hard choices, ones where she drew her line in the sand with her sisters and Lena. I started out reading the Connor Brothers series, loved them and all that they were about, have been slowly getting to all these other connected books and I have to say how pissed I am at these 3 women, even the Connor men in part. Sure most of them came to talk to Luke, but it has created quite the divide between what was once a really close crew. It's a good thing that Liberty and Luke have a solid family with the Kings to fall back on, along with each other.

Cee Boardman has done it again. Giving the reader a little bet of everything. I laughed until years flowed out of my eyes, pissed at her sisters and friend for being judge mental in regards to Luke. Making Liberty feel like she didn't know her own feelings, make Luke's family look like they were not good enough for their family.

No of this matter were Love is concern, family doesn't have to of the same blood. Liberty learn this the hard way but stuck to her decision Like first and for most.

In the end they loved a life full of love and 4 children. I don't recall if it was mentioned it she got back with her sisters. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT READ

5 stars again!

I literally have loved every book in this series , but I honestly have go say this one made me laugh the most and saddest at the same time. Life is never 100" perfect and Cee you proved not all HEA are all the same. I think this was ones of the hardest to finish but still loved it too the end.

Family Drama

This is the 15th book in a series of interconnected novels. There are also spin-off series that tie into this book, in particular Conner Brother’s Construction. The story stands alone but the history and personalities of the characters are explained in those previous books and that history is referred to.

Luke Evans is ex-military. He served for 14 years and got out a few years ago with a medical discharge and PTSD. He and his brother opened a gym in Rojo, where they grew up. They have another brother and a sister, and their Dad is still a big part of their lives. Luke is a member of the Texas Kings MC and they have helped him a lot since he got home.

Liberty Merida is the youngest Merida sister, at 21. Violet married Angus Conner and London, the country music star, is dating Angus’ younger brother, Tavin. She lives on the Conner Brother compound for safety and for family comfort. She writes and sells computer games and has got pretty rich off the back of it. Liberty recently had a health scare and her doctor told her to stop eating junk food, get to a gym and try and see daylight occasionally. So she made an appointment at Luke’s gym to see a dietician and start an exercise program.

When the two meet during one of Liberty’s epic klutzy moves they don’t realise that it's the start of something, especially as Luke believes though Liberty is all kinds of gorgeous she is far too young to be dealing with him and his messed up head. Liberty doesn’t agree.

It feels like a lot happens in this book. The most straightforward part is that Luke and Liberty are great together. They laugh and play and support each other in every way. They are passionate and loving and the age doesn’t make a difference. There are various difficulties that they have to deal with, some relating to them and other problems caused by other people and the plot is incredibly well written and keeps you crying with both laughter and sorrow.

This book had a lot of tension in it and characters we all know and love didn’t always behave the way we would like them to. Drama ensues and it isn’t resolved by the end of the book. The author notes before the book begins that redemption is always possible which means I hope they sort things out in the next book.

I love this author and her characters are fantastic, especially having written so many stories revolving around one town. There is lots of history and crossovers that make the world that she has created richer and deeper than can be seen in this one book. This is a great book but if you hadn’t read the others you wouldn’t experience the depth of emotions that I did because you won’t have any connection to a lot of the characters. I have given this book 4 ⭐ but if you take the series as a whole with its complex interconnected network of people and groups in Rojo it would probably be a 5 ⭐ series because the world-building is second to none.

Luke returned home to be embraced by his brothers in the Texas Kings MC, as well as going into business owning a gym with his brother. He knows his past has damaged him and he still has PTSD he is dealing with, knowing this he knows he will never settle down with a woman. That all changes when Liberty Merida enters his gym, it is a meeting he will never forget and not in a good way. He wants Liberty, but she is young and he is not the right man for her. However Liberty sees it differently and friends quickly become lovers. Now he sees a future with the woman he loves but what happens when others around them seem to doubt what they have?

This was a surprise and had a plot twist I did not see coming and as a fan of all of this authors book I have to say it brought a realism to the story which I could easily see happen. Liberty is terrific, I have been a fan of hers since she was introduced. Luke is a gentle giant and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing him fall for Liberty. Fantastic story.

WoW

This book had me laughing with tears at 4am lol... Had me wanting to know what was yet to come the next min. Had me guessing where we were being lead to each page I read. Then the frustration with the family drama. Total disappointment in the sisters,I hope London would have been the peace maker that didn't happen. So the anger as you continued to read. Then the happiness. I am so happy Lib show her ground!!!!!!!! A Must read....

This book is between four and five stars for me, but ultimately I chose four stars because of two things:

1. Liberty's health is a big deal at the beginning of the book, but then it's forgotten. I felt there should be like follow-up consultations with her doctor and test results to show that she was back on track again.

2. The situation with her sisters is left hanging. We get an epilogue 15 years into the future and nothing is mentioned about her sisters? Really???

3. Luke just decides to nickname Liberty "Bert" out of the blue without explaining why, and she also never asks him. Bert is a guy's name, it makes me think of Bert & Ernie in Sesame Street. Because Luke never explained why he calls her that, I never liked it as I couldn't see how it connected to Liberty at all.

Other than these three plot points, it was an enjoyable read. However, because I'm not all that familiar with Cee Bowerman's work and I've only read this series (Texas Kings MC) there were a huge amount of people showing up in this story that I didn't know who they were. So many names were mentioned. I think they are from the Conner Brothers Construction series and also Rojo, Tx series? It was a bit difficult to figure out who was who and how they were all related to each other. But it was nice to have these crossovers because now I want to read the other series, too.

I liked how Luke didn't try to resist Liberty for too long. He was convinced he was too old for her and worried that with his PTSD, he wouldn't be any good for her. At the beginning he did try to push her away but it was difficult for him to fight both himself and her. She was quite persistent and I liked that she didn't get pushy in an obnoxious way but she made known to him what she wanted.

Their first meeting was hilarious, but although we are told that she is accident-prone, she only actually has 3 accidents in the book (their first meeting, the rope incident, and falling off the yoga ball, which doesn't even count since that's probably pretty common and also very minor). She's young -- only 21 -- but I appreciated that she's written like an adult who knows her own mind and is good at her job, not some ditsy young woman who giggles all the time.

Luke's protective streak is always a lovely thing to see in a man and Liberty reciprocates by taking care of him when he has PTSD episodes. I enjoyed their banter and their unique way of solving arguments 😂

This book doesn't really count as an MC book as there was zero MC action. The MC brothers show up more as "family" than as an MC -- they hang out at each other's houses rather than at the clubhouse, and show up at Luke & Liberty's house to help with various things when needed. It's nice, I like it, but some people might feel cheated as this is not what they'd expect in an MC book.

As usual, the plot with the bad guy needed work as his unhinged idea obviously would never have worked (which Liberty did actually point out to him). Cee Bowerman obviously wanted to inject an element of danger into the story but it is so poorly done that it is quickly over and one never feels that there was any true danger.

“It’s just like I thought it would be,” I whispered.

“Like you.”

“What do you mean?” Luke asked me as he started wiping the gel on my face again.

“It looks really prickly, like a warning or something, but when you touch it, it’s soft,” I explained before I coughed into my hand.

I absolutely loved everything about this book! Cee Bowerman created a masterpiece. I must admit this couple completely blindsided me because I never thought of them together, but their love story became one of my favorites from this author.

“I’m broken, Bert. I’m broken, and you shouldn’t have to deal with it.”

“We’re all a little broken, baby. It’s just how we fit the pieces together that counts in the end. I’ll help you find them whenever you need me to.”

“You shouldn’t have to, though.”

“I don’t have to, Luke, but I want to. That makes all the difference.”

If you’ve read my previous reviews, then you know I am a sucker for a tortured soul and Luke had me falling for him in chapter one. In my eyes Luke was always just the brother of the MC who was gone to serve his country but after reading his story and throwing in Liberty and her complexity, had me completely enthralled. This couple had so many things or people rooting against them but Liberty’s determination to what was growing between them never wavered and I loved her for that.

“Well, I lied,” Bird admitted. “I do that. I said I don’t like to sin; I didn’t say that I don’t sin. The devil’s usually in the details, my man, but in your case the devils are standing right in front of you.”

The gang is back and even with some people making me angry the interactions were a great addition. We got to reconnect with the Conners, the Meridas, the Kings and a few of the Knights and it was an emotional journey. After reading the Author’s note I started this book preparing for something to happen however, what DID happen had me completely shocked (mainly because it wasn’t rectified). I can’t wait to see if a reconciliation will come about in the future and who’s story is up next!

Finally decided to read this as I have been picking through other 'Texas Kings'.

I had read 'Tavin' when that came out last year and was just so pissed at Violet, Lena and to a degree London. This re-confirmed that. I know that CB put a warning in her AN's... and I think it was justified. Even now... I just get mad at Lena and Violet for their judge-y judgementalness... I am on a re-read of CB's books at the mo and just don't think that I can re-read theirs... that is how pissed off I am with them!

Now... this... I really liked this. I liked Liberty and Luke and thought that they were great together! I genuinely don't think that the age difference is that big of deal. I think that Liberty is an intelligent and empathetic woman and that balances well with Luke and his 'life experience'. I loved Liberty's addiction and can totally understand it. And hell, there are way worse addictions to have! I liked that the story really was just about them and the family that she was joining. I liked that the Conner Brothers were all mature enough not to buy into the bullshit. Garggh. Now am thinking about those three witches again!!

Annyway... this was a good read... and although it has MC in the title... it is pretty meaningless... which works for me! Means that I can try a few more of CB's MC style books without too much fear of 'sweetbutts/clubwhores' etc etc etc!!

( I meant to say, it really was quite a deep pause moment when I realised what had happened. That day that changed an awful lot. Interesting to have this series and the related ones placed in time. The only issue that I have with that... is you then have to be very wary of all of the cultural references in all of the various series cos we now know when it's set... and it jars when there is an anachronism... )

A definite must read book and series!!

I swear these books should come with a warning label! Lol! I had to switch out tissues for an actual towel before I got even 15% into the story! BTW, that towel was used to attempt to stop my tears from crying so much due to laughing so much. Of course I had to swap that towel with a new one to finish the story, not that it did much better.
This story was hilarious, sweet, sexy, heartbreaking, emotional, had a bit of suspense, and lots of unexpected twists. I absolutely love the characters in this series, and Liberty is going to make a fantastic addition to the group. It's definitely a story that you won't want to miss!
There is a lot of character crossover between several series, and though it's not necessary to read all of them in order to enjoy each separate series, I would highly recommend that you read them all! They're all absolutely fantastic stories that you won't be able to get enough of. If you're interested in reading all of them, I would suggest that you read them in the order below if you want to read one series at a time. However, if you don't mind switching between the series, I would suggest that you read the 4 series in the order that they were released. Trust me, they'll all have you begging for more!
Texas Knights MC
Texas Kings MC
Connor Brothers Construction
Rojo, Tx

This author also has other series' that are not connected with those listed above, and are absolutely fantastic stories as well!
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.

So good and I am laughing too

This one for Luke and Liberty is a riot! It’s a little embarrassing when you break out laughing and have to explain it’s the book that I am reading. If you are reading this series, just get the book because it’s a good addition and you will enjoy it. Other reviewers are upset about a sub-plot between Liberty and her sisters, but that didn’t bother me because it is something that could happen in real life. This sub-plot adds to the drama of the storyline in a realistic way. All the families are part of this one and it’s the best way with Martha, Smokey, Bird, Kale, Clem, Levi, Daughtry, Jenna, Terra, Willow, Shannon, Grunt, Reba, all the Connors, and more. Okay now about Luke, he is a veteran with PTSD. For some reason he thinks he is too damaged to deserve a honest love and a woman. He works at the gym with his brother by blood Levi. One day in their gym, a lady walks in and her name is Liberty Mirada, a creator of online games. Her doctor says she needs to get some exercise in her life, so she goes to the gym of her brother-in-law Angus, who is married to her sister Violet. Well Liberty is a beautiful curvy woman drawing the attention of the males in the gym. Both Luke and Levi are staring at Liberty, but it’s Luke that takes a real interest. I am not going to give much more away but there is a crash between Luke and Liberty. Also one of the funniest dry humor sections is a conversation between Levi, Luke, and a handbook. . . . Read On!

I loved this book! Definitely love Luke even more! Bert is awesome!! She’s perfect for Luke. I don’t think age difference is bad. Yes from previous books Liberty didn’t seem responsible in some areas but I can see that the health scare really opened her eyes up that she changed her ways & was trying harder to be more responsible & adult like. So it hurt little that Vi & Loni. & even Lena we’re being like that towards her. Especially Lena…. After Clem went & rescued her. I can’t believe she was extremely quick to put them out. It made me absolutely mad. Now as for Vi & Loni. Honestly I get where they’re coming from. But in truth they need to learn to Trust Bert too to make the right decision for herself. They may have helped raised her but they need to learn to let go too. When I say let go they need to let her control her own life regardless if they don’t agree with it. Also what made me mad too was Liberty got that allergic reaction at the beginning of the book to that Ointment & Liberty even said it herself to Luke she’s always alone. Maybe if the sisters seeing things from her perspective that she really has been alone maybe there views would change.

But over all I loved this book. Liberty quirky ness with her appliances won me over! The whole book kept me laughing till that disagreement. Definitely look forward to next book in this series & by this author. Keep them coming!

I think in this one we get the best and worst of the whole series. And that's saying something because I really do love this series. I think the author has done a masterful job of tying the characters together and really making you feel for them in each of their books, while still seeing other parts of their personality in other books within the series (and the interconnected ones).

I know I'm not the only one who was very pissed at Lena and especially Vi in this one. I feel like London got swept away in what they said simply because she worried about her sister but not because she was being judgy mcjudgerson.

In the end, it came back to family and I love that about this series. Like another reviewer, it is easy to overlook when these books are set until you get to this book in the series, since we see the ripples through the community because of what happened.

Well-done story. I vacillate between feeling like Vi and Lena don't really seem like themselves in this one, because I'm rereading the series now and I read the earlier books now, looking for signs they could be so judgmental. I didn't see those signs earlier and instead saw signs of their love and respect for the other Kings (generally since they didn't know them as well) and especially since they helped save Lena in the first Conners book. I really don't know. But I guess that's the sign of a good author - here I am reviewing her characters as if they were real people and disappointed me :D

As always a fabulous read!

I loved Luke and Liberty! The series just gets better and better! I laughed out loud and cried ugly alligator tears as per usual with Cee Bowerman’s books! Since I first read Kale I have been hooked on everything she writes! I was a little worried going into this book in the beginning after reading her warning that we may be mad and I wasn’t sure what to expect! Thankfully she didn’t kill anybody off and that’s all I was hoping for! However, she was right about being mad at certain characters and I was really hoping the issues Liberty faced would be resolved at the end but that was not the case and it broke my heart! I’m glad her and Luke were able to stick it out though and not let the petty drama pull them apart! After everything the club had done for some people and I won’t give names so I don’t ruin it….they turned their backs on them and Lib and acted like Luke and the club were good for nothing criminals and that really irritated me! I wanted to jump in the book and slap them until their teeth rattled for lib and Luke! I can’t wait until Clems book comes out! He’s finally going to fall after all this time and I bet it will be just as amazing!

Luke & Liberty...omg I loved these two right from the start. I've laughed reading all the books but this one...I couldn't stop laughing at times. I had to stop reading for a few minutes so I could see again. I'm so glad Luke found his one. Yeah Liberty is considerably younger than him but so what. If it works for them then everyone else can take a hike. I know her sisters had her best interests at heart but those 2 and Lena were completely out of line and so wrong. Oh well, their loss certainly not Liberty's as she has gained a whole bunch of sisters. Obviously it was obvious what year this took place as we were all reminded of that fateful day....it wasn't mentioned in great detail and I'm thankful for that...we don't need the details to remind us of one the worst day's in history. Anyway, another couple that's simply magic together. I was also very sad to read about Ms. Britton - she was such a sweet old gal and she will be missed. Onto one of my favorite brothers - Clem....can't wait for this one.

It just keeps getting better!

Omg! Ok I officially call this one the funniest one yet. I literally laughed so hard I dropped my phone that I was reading this on like 3 times. I laughed like a crazy person through almost every single page. Before I read this one, I couldn’t see how these two would fall for each other. I know opposites attract and all that but Luke gave off the impression that the type of girl he would go for would be athletic. Maybe because I totally thought he had hidden feelings for Isabelle through most of Staffer’s book. Boy was I wrong and I totally see these two being an awesome couple. I have a husband who is obsessed with buying things online and getting lost in the As Seen On TV isle also so I feel Luke’s pain lol I thought it was hilarious that Martha was totally into these gadgets too. I definitely didn’t think she would be. She seems so homemade start from scratch kinda of person. You know, when she isn’t creating an army to take over the world. Actually, even then lol

I could not put this down. Such a good read.

This book had me in stitches I laughed way to hard, and then had me spitting mad, but with the family drama, I think we can all relate on some level.

Liberty and Lukes story isn't your average boy meets girl, actually it's rather a doozy of a tail.

Luke suffers with PTSD and toys to overcome it the best way he can. Working at the gym alongside is brother Levi helps alot. On what was ment to be a "good" day he finds him self hurting weight benches to save a woman in danger, only to end up feeling like his testicle have been sent back up into his body.... literally.

Liberty has health problems and is in need of making lifestyle changes, her first step is joining a gym, only she didn't realise it at the time that the moving statue would break her fall with his junk.

Luke fights his attraction for as long as possible but some times fighting is the worst thing to do because loves conjures all.

Big disappointment.
I was looking forward to Luke's book as I liked his character in the other books.
Liberty, I absolutely hated and despised her or more that the author wrote this stupid whorish clumsy beyond belief female.
I think the author thought that her stupid shenanigans were supposed to be funny but they were not in the least bit. All I could think was how stupid can this person be??
Add in a stalking ex and a kidnapping, my absolutely least favorite tropes and yeah, I skimmed a whole bunch but never found anything worth reading in depth.
Also, Luke calls her "honey", "babe" and "baby" at their first meeting. This is the owner of the gym she joined, a single woman and this man is acting in a totally unprofessional manner towards her. Imagine that in the real world? I just couldn't suspend my disbelief for that no matter how hard I tried.
This one was a big fail for me.
Now I'm really worried about reading Clem's book because obviously I can't judge based on all the reviews.

Brilliant

I loved Lukes book! I laughed so hard my husband thought I'd lost the plot. Then i cried so much too. I felt it all!!! This books so well written, that it hit me right in the feels! You can tell that it is written with emotion and pulls you right in.
I loved Liberty from the Conner brothers books and so glad she found her one. Luke is an awesome character and I just love that mountain of a man! Their first meeting definitely goes down for me as the best one yet! I'm sad that Liberty had to draw a line in the sand so to speak and hope they can turn it around and give her the respect she deserves. Thank you again for another awesome book and I can't wait for what comes next in the knights/kings universe! Xx rip Mrs b I'm so sad she's not going to be in the books anymore.

All the feels but worth the heartache

First off, please forgive me if this review sucks; I've never written a review on a book so this may be the worst review you've ever read so I apologize in advance if it looks like a 5 year old wrote it.
Now, to the good stuff; the book. If you've read all of the other books in this series then this one is a MUST and is just as amazing as the rest of her books. The only thing I will say is heed the authors warning from the beginning where she warned that you may be angry with her and hurt in the end by some of our favorite characters. I started this book thinking "there is nothing cee or my books friends could do to make me upset" and by the end I was repeating every curse word to somehow make sentences to reflect how I felt. But all in all this is amazing and I cannot wait until the next one!

Good Read

Luke is the 15th book in the Texas Kings MC series and follows Luke as he meets Liberty at the gym he owns as she is trying to improve her health after a scare.

This book is full of laugh out loud moments. Liberty is just a hilarious character and Luke just rolls with what’s going on. This book also covers more serious topics which are heartbreaking but I think it’s a well balanced book. The characters are brilliant in this book and with how far along in the series it is now they’re well fleshed out and in an amazing world. This is another book which makes you consider what family is in all its aspects, whether that be by blood or by choice.

Overall, I think this was one of my favourite books of the series so far and with only one book left in the series I think I can confidently say that. I would recommend giving it a read.

Moonshine, perfect in coffee!

Cee's warning at the beginning, holds true. You will love her, hate her, and totally go nuts over some of the characters.

Luke has done a lot for our country, finding his soulmate shouldn't be cause for any drama. Right?

Wrong!

Liberty may be young in age but she is more mature than her family realizes.

Luke and Liberty have some very unexpected hurdles to jump before they land in the promise land. Liberty decides to go for it and her sisters aren't sure what to do. The Kings are fully behind Luke and Liberty.

*I would have done the same as Liberty. In fact I have. It's a hard decision to make but squashing your happiness and wellbeing, just to make some family members happy? Naw, they ain't squashing her.

Great. LOVED Bert and Luke...

I really enjoyed this book. I did. And I like what they named there children. I like how stronger they were.
My only think was we didn't get to see the resolution with those three idiots. Maybe we will in another book but it won't be the same. We won't get to see what Liberty or Luke think or feel. It's one of my book pet peeves. Why couldn't we see in a epilogue? If it needs to be in the other sister book add it there too but I just felt a bit down on not seeing it and experiencing it first hand. But maybe it will be that much better in Lonis book? If she gets one? I really really don't like Lena... I haven't read the Conners books and now I really don't want to. Judgemental idiots.

Wonderful read!

Once again I must say that Cee Bowerman knocked it out of the park. I love her books because the characters are so relatable and I find myself getting lost in the story. And let's be honest, the sexy bits are great too! So far I have read every book by Cee that I can get my hands on and loved them all. Why this one stands out above the others? Because sometimes family turmoil happens and it can't be fixed by one conversation. Sometimes we hurt the ones we love even though we think we are saying or doing what we feel is best and we are convinced it's from a place of love. I love that things weren't necessarily tied up in a neat package but were left a little messy. And as always I love that the main characters have a HEA.
