This beautiful book gives 52 ways of how we can pause, reflect, and take a few moments out of our crazy lives to breathe. It contains gorgeous photos (taken by the author herself) and has some "why not try" ideas that allow you to explore the concept further. It's both philosophical and practical, and in just two weeks, exploring two of the "weekly reminders", I've straightened by shoulders and relaxed my mind. If you need a moment or two of peace, definitely use this book to get you there. I loved it!
I keep this book on my night table. Every morning, I read one page and it sets the tone for the rest of my day. It’s a morning ritual that I look forward to, like coffee or doing a crossword puzzle. Hania’s tips are very accessible and remind you to see the beauty in and appreciate the little things.
