I hated the nickname Owen had for Chris TT seriously did not hit. Also everything just felt just under what the levels should’ve been. Also not enough cuddling. I think I need a lot of cuddling in my life. Also not enough aftercare! It wasn’t bad but… I love aftercare in stories lol

Owen and Chris are football teammates. Owen is in his senior year, and is preparing for life after school. He’s gay but not out because he doesn’t want to cause any waves so close to the end of school. He’s involved with a gay sex club, but he doesn’t reveal his identity there. Chris is a freshman on the team. He’s straight, but he seems to have a pull towards Owen. He does a few different shady things, one being sneaking onto Owen’s phone and stealing a 🍆 pic. Owen finds out and tells Chris that he owns him for a week due to what Chris did.

The book definitely was spicier than the first. It showed how compatible Owen and Chris were with their needs.
However, I needed more. More sweet and tender moments. More caring and compassionate moments. More of them after their “scenes” Otherwise it just felt like they developed a decent dom/sub relationship, but I don’t really feel like they had a romantic relationship.

It was good, but definitely for me I needed something more from it. It’s worth the quick read, and I do plan to read the others in the series.

Didn't feel too much like a romance, but a relationship btw 2 guys with the same kink. They didn't talk much but at least they know each other since they are from the same team **shrugs**

Besides, I am not a fan of exhibitionism / public sex, which they have in the bdsm club. Not for me.

Almost great

If you're looking for hot and spicy bdsm this is great. However if you're like me and like aftercare with it this is not. I was really disappointed at the lack of aftercare in this.
