Not really sure what to say about this book. The platform on which to read this book was/is horrible. By the time I buy all the chapters, I could have just bought a physical copy.
I skipped over many POV’s in this book. The plot/storyline was interesting enough. But the editing was horrible, at some points I felt like there were words missing or even phrases missing. Certain things mentioned never happened. For example, Marco? Being an Alpha? Ummm nothing came from that.
The last few chapters though, I did not like at all. I did not like what happened with Bronx and Kas and his sister. I did not like how she like she couldn’t tell Bronx the plan. By the end the whole story felt off. Almost rushed. This is definitely not a book I would recommend and not being the story is bad but because of the platform in which to read this book. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY FOR EVERY CHAPTER.
Well this was a very interesting experience…thanks to Instagram I was click bated to a website that allowed me to read the first 11 chapters THEN required coins to unlock every chapter after that (and I do mean EVERY CHAPTER). As the chapters go up so do the cost of coins to unlock each chapter‼️ To that I say NOT TODAY so thanks to google I found the rest of the book FREE online but whoever uploaded this 108 chapter book did some of the uploading by taking pictures of their cell phone of each page for some of the higher chapters and that’s where it lost me..the plot and characters did not captivate me enough to read either screen shots nor waste time trying to collect coins to unlock chapters. SHAME on authors for allowing apps to take advantage of their “literary works” and SHAME on the website/app developers of goodnovel.com for wasting readers time with that nonsense!!!!! There is no such thing as free download no matter how many times they advertise it to be 💩
Eeeek sorry, this book had so much potential but it didn’t hit the mark for me. There is a decent enough plot to this story and it could be great but the writing breezes over huge elements of the story and missed countless opportunities for character development. I did enjoy the first few chapters, up to the point Kas meets Bronx. I was actually getting a good understanding of her experiences but then the insta love kicked in and the development stops when it should be starting!
The main character is away for 6 weeks making huge changes to her life and character and we see absolutely none of it, she completely changes but I’m then unable to connect with her because Iv missed all her ass kicking development, a real let down.
The writing feels clunky and gappy. Lots of events that don’t need any detail are described in depth, yet big events that alter the plot or characters are rushed and skimmed through. POV chapters sometimes repeat the events in the book, which would be fine if it made a difference to the understanding of that character or if they had a different view or opinion of the event, but it doesn’t, it just repeats the same thing in the same way, so is completely worthless to development.
I don’t know… not for me, Il stick to Elizabeth Briggs.
The first half of this book had me hooked and so I paid for the rest of the book.... I have to say I skipped so may parts in order to finish this book. It was full of a lot of needless filler that I believe was just written in to get more money as this book is on a pay by chapter platform and each chapter cost is based on the words written.
This book is NOT worth what it costs to read it.... can I please have my hours back?

1.5⭐️ Decent storyline with lots of potential, but this needs so much more revision and editing. Also, this storyline also had a lot of similarities to Zodiac Wolves series…maybe too similar with certain details.
Platform is awful. Even if u click a chapter by mistake it wastes your coins. No confirmation of purchase per chapter. Story was ok. But It was just a random issue/event in the story after another, some which seemed far fetched or unimportant. I’m a little weirded out by a 17 yr old and a 24+ yr old being together. Editing was awful, some parts were total repeats of prior chapters or the sentence structure was incorrect. Missing or incorrect words/phrases as well.
Read this book on Good Novel. It was the first one I’ve read from the app. With how much it costs to read each chapter you would think that it it would be better written and more in each chapter..
The over all story had me obsessed right off the bat.. it’s draws you in and has a great start to become something great. More details throughout the book, and diving more into the lives of the main characters. Also it’s seems to be going off the basics of werewolf stories and lore, not horrible but so many books have the same basics that they blend together.
I liked the beginning of this but when it got too far into all of the reincarnation jazz I got lost especially when there was a huge chunk of chapters missing. Hate the money grab aspect and found it on swnovels but damn I couldn't get through and will prob never finish it... sadly bc I hate not finishing books.
I am SUPPOSED to be working, but while I break I found this book through Facebook and I am barely on chapter 7 and I am hooked. Trying to find where to download the rest, and I see there is a second book related to it. I MIUST HAVE THEM BOTH lol
Did anyone feel a totally missed something between chapters 89-90? I feel like there was a huge chunk missing.. It’s making it hard for me to continue reading..
This was an interesting journey - the only reason I started reading this is because i stumbled upon a horrible AI generated slop movie on tiktok and it was so fascinating to me that I had to find it and read it.
This feels like a fanfiction written by a 15 year old teenager. Everything is bad - the plot, the characterisations, the relationships, the writing. And yet it's everything I wanted it to be. I feel like teenage me would have really been into it.
Also, there's a character named James and i can't remember if there is a physical description of him at any point in the book but everytime he is in there i picture him as bald for some reason ; given the fact that James gets into a relationship with a witch, I think it is fair to say that James is canonically dating the Witch Who Makes People Bald.
Okay editing was definitely missing and having to pay the required credits to finish was too much. Although I was invested in the story I just couldn't finish it. I hope the author gets a good editor and makes it available in epub format.
The start was fabulous, but then around chapter 70 the author seemed to get lazy, switching from third to first person, word and punctuation errors, it went from being fun to read to seeming like a chore just to finish it.
Everyone complaining is reading illegal bootleg copies. The official copy is on Goodnovel. Absolutely love this series though and can’t wait to jump into the next one.
