Didn't take me very long to consider this one a mistaken purchase. Title needs to be more like "if you wish upon a star..." or something along those lines.

The prompts are good for maybe getting to know yourself. I guess.

Certainly not what I expected.

Keeping a journal has never been a “thing” for me to do, its time consuming. I was skeptical, until I read the introduction and she mentions calm and resilience, two things that I know everyone needs more of, me included, so I thought ok I can do a few minutes a day. I was surprised to find how different this would be: the prompts are personally insightful and they invite a more thoughtful response to how you react, feel, and think about yourself and those around you. A journal of personal thoughts becomes a guide to a better you. In this world of busyness and noise, I look forward to spending a few quiet minutes of the day on me.
I encourage everyone to buy the book, take the time to learn, discover, your inner self, to give yourself the calm and resilience, connection and engagement, goals and purpose for a healthier mental health.
