My name is Rose Fischer, and I would do anything... Well... Almost anything to go back to my old life. Even if I'm unwanted and hated.
Even if I have no friends. At least I have this stupid legacy that wasn't even supposed to be shared with me.
My own twin turned his back on me, and now I'm lost. Terrified over what will come next. I thought my husband was my savior, but he turned out to be the worst of them.
I finally get away. I get help. I go home, but going home could have been the worst decision I've made thus far... And now there's no turning back. My father-in-law gets me caught up in the Irish mob and he and my husband have been a part of a nefarious plan that they set up for almost two decades. Will the Irish mob help them or me?
Midnight Rose is a 107k word stand-alone novel. This is a reverse harem, meaning the main character has more than three love interests and doesn't have to choose. Why choose, anyway?
This book is intended for readers over the age of 18. There may be triggers for sensitive readers, including, strong language, mature adult content and situations, torture, abuse, and pregnancy complications.
I couldn't put this book down! It had EVERYTHING I ever wanted in a story.... multiple men faithful to their shared woman, a strong woman who can kick ass, but still have a heart, hot scenes, babies, action and adventure.... I loved it all!!!!!
Negative - a lot of errors that should've been corrected by a good editor. I read a Kindle version so I don't know where the source of the errors are. Positive - a bit different RH in that no one had experience with a RH previously, none of the males had ever shared before, and one of the harem was outside the circle of the other males. FMC had a lot of "baggage" that formed her and allowed her to withstand some horrific experiences. The mafia characters could've done a bit more groveling. There is a pregnancy that is crucial to the plot in case the reader doesn't wish to read books with pregnancies.
That poor woman had nothing but horrible people around her. Her entire life including her own family. I loved the ending but I hope she dose a novella about ten years down the road
I enjoyed this book but I wish it was longer. It felt rushed in the last 20% of the book. Would have loved to see more development in the relationship with Murray and Eion. It definitely left me with wanting more.
